They approved me for the amount they wanted to. I was trying to spend less to pay off something quick. But she tells me that I have to spend a minimum of $10,000 then the ttl would make it $13,000. so then they could tax me and I'd have to put down $3,000. I've never heard of that. You can't make me spend more than I want to. So I guess I just need to save for an amount I want to spend cause a $3,000 down could buy me a cash car for that amount. They aren't the truth. Maybe approval guarantee but not where you should be. That was a load of crap!!! Be careful going there bad credit or not.

very knowledgeable and personable
Drove 100 miles to see and test this vehicle. The finance manager told me they didn't have the vehicle and never had it. Just a scam to get you to come in. The person I talked to before the manager didn't know what was going on or acted like she didn't. I'll never go back and I recommend to everyone to stay away from that place. They act like scam artist.

They kept up with me and text me regularly letting me know status of vehicle..sent pictures and did call

Called about 3 times and 2 days later they finally sent photos of vehicle. I filled out a vehicle financing app and I kept getting emails from them but they would never respond. I called after 2 weeks and they said since I was out of town state they could fiance me and that's why they never got back to me.

I made an appointment and drove over 45minutes and no one was there in office. No one answered the number I had available and then some guy comes from outside saying they’re closed and have shut down for the day.
Someone else was there in the office with me and said he had drove an hour plus and was very upset as well.
It’s crazy because we are both cash buyers. It’s like they didn’t want money. This was a Saturday the guy that came in late said reschedule for Monday.
I have since been to other lots and won’t return to this one. Very bad customer service
