Called to verify the vehicle was there, scheduled to see it the next day. Drove 2 hours, when I got there the salesman pretended he didn’t know what car I was there to see and after wasting another 20 minutes finally told me it had been sold earlier in the day. He had my phone number and email but didn’t bother telling me in hopes of selling a different car.

Car was in good condition. Didn’t give a good vibe around purchase. Dealer fees excessive added additional $1000 to asking price.

Normally purchasing a car for me is like going to the dentist, but Elite Auto group was a delight! Mike worked on the price with me even though the vehicle was already priced below average value. He established a personal relationship with me. After returning with the check, his dad entertained my wife while his brother and I finished signing all the paper work. I felt a part of the family and plan to visit them after my first jeep mods. Guys, thank you for everything!! The vehicle is clean and Moe thanks for throwing in that little extra. It made my month. Will definitely buy from them again!!!

Stand up guys... I contacted elite auto about the 750Li because it didn't have alot of pics.. So Moham contacted me and we FaceTimed so he could show me the vehicle! So I drive the 3+ hours to come see the car... GREAT CAR!! NO real issues and I got the car at a great price. I am definitely impressed and I will be using these guys again for future buys!! Today i went there to see a suv The stuffs were amazing ! The guy whom we talked to *Ahmed* he was an awesome guy He helped us to get the perfect car for us . He really helped us a lot ! Car showed on CarGurus but not on sellers website. I contacted the dealership thru CarGurus with interest on the car. They wrote back that its still there and if I wanted to come see it. I went to review the pictures on CarGurus and the car wasn't on there anymore. I wrote them back to verify if they indeed had the car and asked a few questions and they never bothered to write back. You either have the car or you don't. Don't tell me to come see it because you're either too lazy to check your inventory or answer a couple of simple questions.

These guys were great to work with.The staff stayed late to help me.The vehicle was as promised.I got a great deal on a sweet Harley Edition F250.It was definitely worth the six hour drive!

Good price - poor service. Kept on getting passed around so I passed on them. I always got I call you back or I'll have him call you back in 5 minutes. That lead to days and me calling them. I guess they just didn't want my business
