As soon as the seller heard i was out of state they ceased all communication with me. Not happy! And would not recommend.

Jonathan, It appears you sent in multiple leads on the same vehicle back to back and our dealer software failed to merge the two together from Cargurus. We responded to the initial inquiry and never got a response back on that lead that was generated. It wasn't until you left this review that we were even aware of your second inquiry, and even then we had to do a search by name to locate it. We apologize for any confusion.

EB Auto has restored my faith in the auto dealership industry. Bob and Mitch are
exceptional, and they do good, honest work. They want customer satisfaction as much
as they want a good profit margin, and their authenticity went above and beyond. Bob
filled up my tank before I took off with my new vehicle, as well as made some minor
repairs to the windshield that he had noticed - most dealerships would overlook these
small details and wait for the customer to leave the lot, but they were upfront with what
they saw and more than willing to fix it before I left. Additionally, Bob was happy to
include a credit towards the price of the car for the one repair I noticed that he couldn't
fix on the spot. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and purchase at EB
Automotive, they have taken the stress out of the car-buying experience and I left with a
smile on my face. I commuted two hours to get to this car/dealership, and I would do it
again if I ever needed to buy something different.

Took awhile to contact me and even when i was contact didn't really work or
give me an answer or try to work with me as I was highly interested in this
vehicle and it's been more then a week and I'm still waiting for a response

Stayed past closing time to let me take a test drive. Met me early the next day
to discuss the vehicle. Was very reasonable.
