Easy purchase. Negotiated a little on price and trade. We we driving away in the 23 Suburban only a couple of hours after arriving, with all the paperwork and financing completed. Dunning arranged financing with Capital One at essentially the same rate as our pre approval through our credit union, so we had them put that in place. Their drivetrain warranty is also a good benefit, as long as we keep going back for regular oil changes, which are priced about the same as the shop we were using.

Salesperson was aggressive and sounded very desperate to sell a car. Wasn't willing to come down to $17,000. He would only come down $200. A few days later, the price of the car dropped down $500. Interesting.

Took a close friend shopping for this vehicle. We had a few vehicles to look at different places. We went here first. After looking at the other vehicles at other dealers we called this dealership and told them we wanted this Jeep. They had everything prepped for us and made the deal very easy. Mr. Yoder salesman and his manager were totally wonderful

Was there a lot longer than I expected to. Was suprised by the offer for trade in... ($800.. told them no way, came back at $1300. I did not accept.) Was surprised that the salesman could not work on negotiating price... lot of running to talk to someone, run back to us, run back to someone.. and we still don't have title because my wife "forgot" to sign a paper...
I had a wonderful experience working with Dunning Ford, Although I was not
able to get the vechile that I desired from them, Mike and Warren were really
helpful talking to me about the vehicle and working with me to get me
numbers. I was sad that I wasnt able to go through and purchase the vehicle
but I had excellent customer service, thank you again Mike and Warren for
working with me.
