Dealer has a nice car (been for sale over 5 months now) with a good car fax. This is a vehicle I would have acquired. The car is priced a solid $2-3k over the market but it's closer geographically than others I made offers on and its closer than the one I bought. I did make two offers on the car. The second wss over what similar cars were going for. Dealer, as is his right, refused them both. When I pointed out that the majority of the options listed on the car were not in fact on it the dealer got very angry with me and started yelling about being in the business 30 years etc, etc. Bottom line: -Good inventory. -Prices higher than market. -Options listed are lies. -No negotiating price. -Does not want to deal with non local buyers who pay cash and fly in or ship.I'm guessing it's because we ask a lot of questions (never seeing the car before taking possession and considering all in cash price vs monthly payment). -Unpleasant to deal with.

Im from out of state, called about the vehicle , Fred answered all my questions and sent me all the info i needed for the SUV i was interested in, they pretty much paid for my flight and picked me up from the airport, i was in and out and about and hour n a half and on the road to San Jose,Ca from Phoenix! Truck was exactly as advertised! Couldnt be happier with the service and vehicle! I will have no problem flying out to buy from them in the future!

It was an insulting experience. What they offered for my car was ludicrous. They took 2 days to contact me and after giving them a counter offer, I never heard back from them. Do they actually sell cars there? I wouldn't buy a car from them. Complete bummer.

10/10 experience. I flew in from NY for my dream car! Fred held the car for me for a week and even offered to pick be up from the airport. Very easy, smooth, and pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone.

The Spanish gentleman working there seemed quite uninterrupted in selling me a vehicle and pulled my credit after I told him not to because I didn't have the OUTRAGEOUS like 50% down payment. Vary unprofessional, Zero customer service

It was a very nice car however I did not to purchase it simply because it was not my type or style of car that I was looking for. The salesman was quite easy to deal with having a very easy laying low type of feel to his approach. Overall it was a nice easy relaxing experience with a car dealership.
