Poor customer service, while outside looking at the vehicles NOT one salesperson came out to assist, and when I did go in, there was 3 people in an office I'm guessing the dealer manager having a conversation did not look like it was business, he saw me and didn't even acknowledge my presence even though his office door was wide open. Don't think I'll be going back because of the service in my case not given.

I had been let down by a previous out of state car dealer, so i didnt know what to expect. From start to finish, Duncan acted like they really wanted to sell me the car that i wanted. They went out of their way to make it happen. I am so happy.

Ducan replied BUT DID NOT answer my question 2 different times, The sales manager kept wanting me to call him but without the info I asked for I did not know if I was interested so No Duncan Suzuki was NOT helpful to me .

This was by far the best dealer experience my family has had. Emma replied
to me almost immediately and took the time to meet our needs. My son has
Asperger's and she made the extra effort to connect with both of my kids.
Although it was traumatic for my son to lose the familiarity of his 2009
Trailblazer, Emma and the staff at Duncan went above and beyond what I
feel other dealers would to help us meet our family's unique needs.
My experience with Duncan Suzuki has been great. Any response I received from an inquiry or question was met with quickness and honesty. Emma Rodriguez was very wonderful to work with as my family and I were buying from out of state. They handled everything professionally and promptly, and when we showed up we felt very comfortable and welcomed. I believe that the tendencies of the employees at Duncan Suzuki are very genuine and I would recommend them to my closest of friends or family.
