Problem was that the internet person I asked about the car I went to look at did not inform me that my chosen car had been sold so I drove there from Martinsville, Va for nothing. Luckily they had another Mustang in my price range and I wound up buying that one. Scott was a great guy, not high pressure. Stephen Taylor in finance was great too.

Guy at Duncan Ford was very thorough and fast with his responses. Although I wound up finding a car on different lot that was more what I was looking for, I would not hesitate to work with Guy again if Duncan had a car I wanted.

They responded the same day. I drove up on Friday to test drive. They were willing to correct a wheel balance issue on the truck before i purchased. They were able to find financing at the rate and terms i wanted not what was best for the dealer. I would rate the overall experience excellent.

I had questions responded to even after hours. I live out of state and they had everything ready for me, nice test ride and quick closing. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Very pleasant. I called the day before. A salesperson called me back. He had the car warmed up and waiting for me to give it a drive Saturday morning. All very pleasant and easy. And NOT pushy (Thanks for that!) I almost never buy the first thing I see, and as it turned out, I found almost an identical car for a better price somewhere else, and bought that one. But I do appreciate how I was treated. I normally have a very dim view of dealerships, but this experience helped.

Guy Houseman was awesome. I've had too many experiences that a salesman only talks to my husband - not true with guy! He answered both of our questions and called us both by our first names the whole time. I found the vehicle on CarGuru without pictures because it wasn't even on the lot yet. Guy worked with us on timing our test drive, our trade in and after we did buy the SUV. The process was actually easy. Five stars.
