I absolutely would not recommend Dublin Kia. I was assured my financing would be acceptable. When I came in the story changed. When I spoke to my financial institution I was informed that the sales team straight up lied to me so I would use their financing in an effort to induce me to buy their extended warranty for an additional $3,000. I had to refuse this several times in increasingly assertive ways to pay the price I was promised before even entering the dealership.
Furthermore, it was never expressed to me that a follow up interview with their financing service was necessary.
Overall, this was an abysmal transaction and I left knowing that I was not only lied to, but that the sales team has no integrity or interest in treating their customers with basic respect.

The salesperson was pleasant and professional. I would have purchased the vehicle. However, they installed items I did not request, then wanted to charge me extra for it (almost $1700 worth). They refused to remove the item, and refused to credit me for it. Negotiations went nowhere, so I left.

The people were very nice but I had a frustrating experience because I made an appointment to test drive a certain car and the keys were not available so I couldn't drive the car.
My complaint with this dealership could have all been avoided if they had looked at the Carfax and seen it had an open recall, inspected it, serviced it and had all testing done prior to listing it online for sale. From the first interaction to the last, the information I received was misleading, incomplete and sugar coated. Be careful when they say “ we will treat you like family”.

Horrible!!!!, they won't sell me the car, unless I also purchase an extended warranty. gap insurance, an a lot more of addons, which built up a final price of $28,000.
Wish I could take that star as well went in at 9 am (opening time) test drove a couple cars made up my mind what car I wanted so I was ready to start the buying process by 9:45 am well they were completely against giving me a buyer contract to take to my bank and get a cashiers check (as per the sale manager) was a little frustrating and to top it of the only person that was able to do the financial paperwork didn’t start work till 12:00pm by then I was completely over it and extremely frustrated did not want to wait any long left without a buyers contract and never return to get the car spent a little more got exactly what I wanted and could not be any happier with that outcome of the vehicle I got and the dealership I ended going with

They seem to use an automated email reply system that doesn't respond to your actual questions or needs. I had a hard time getting any solid information from them despite supposedly hearing from three different individuals (two of whom were supposed to have been managers). I had a hard time doing business with them and would not try ever again.
