good experience this car is not the color I'm looking for
After being pre approved for a vehicle, we drove 2 hours to this dealership to finalize everything and pick it up. After the initial paperwork was filled out my family drove back home while I waited for the only finance person to finish the paperwork with me. After waiting a total of 3 hours, I was then informed that they would not accept the down payment check because it was not in my name, a check that my wife wrote in the presence of the salesperson. They would not take payment with credit card because they will only charge a maximum of $5,000 per day. Because of both of these policies I had to pay for a 2 hour Uber ride back home. These people deserve negative stars.

Unethical dealership. STAY AWAY!!! I went with my daughter to help her purchase a car. We had already been approved for a loan through our bank. Because it was after the bank had closed, they wanted to do a secondary finance application. I’ve dine this before with no problem. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I went to go find our salesman Naveed. He told me that finance was working on it. After a long, rude discussion with who I assume was a sales manager, I find out that there is a problem with the pricing of the car. The value was over $1,000 less than asking price. I told them that I didn’t want to buy a car under those terms and left. After I left the dealership, I got 5 notifications on my phone for hard credit inquiries. Some of these inquiries were AFTER I had left. Highly unethical.

Husband was interested on purchasing Mercedes Benz GL550 contacted dealer to setup meet to view vehicle. Saturday morning drove 2hrs to view vehicle. Upon arrival was told he had to leave for emergency due to bad storm and wasn't sure if he would be back. Fine, understandable but waste of our time.
Two weeks later saw still available so I secured pre-approval loan to surprise husband for Christmas. Contacted dealer again said I see its still available would like to purchase. I was told he started a bill of sale with someone else already just awaiting fund approval. I stated I was ready funds available cash ready to go. He changed his tune once I said CASH. Perhaps we can work it out. He told me he would contact me if the deal doesn't go through in a week. I thought that was odd but he never called back and gave us the run around from Day 1. Unprofessional and waste of time.
Very informative and professional. They do not sell outside of CA however. So they were not helpful in my quest to find a great used car. But they educated me on why that is their stance. You can go to them and buy in CA with no problem. But I leave in NC, so logistically it was not a good fit.

The car was not ready was not even on the lot. We went to a smog shop to pick it up. The car was not yet detailed, in fact it was rather nasty. I understand they just got the car today’s prior. However the salesman was to contact me later in the week after it was detailed. This did not happen.
Dealer contacted me quickly and we set up a test drive that day. Arrived at the dealership where I was greeted and immediately given the keys for a test drive. During that time they confirmed my pre-qualification. After the test drive, we discussed options. Then after that was completed, they took the car to be prepped for delivery while I went to the finance manager to sign. Signed the papers and was handed the keys. Took about 2 hours, no-haggle price as described and they advised me of other options as well. Overall a good experience.
Called and made an effort to see the car the same day. They called back 15 minutes later
saying someone came in from the day before so they may buy it. The car is still listed and
they won't return my inquiry to see if it's available. They probably only want cash offers
right now because of the pandemic. Shameful. I had a huge down payment ready, too.
Made a cash deal for the sale of a vehicle then,
they sold it out from under me......... I would never
do business with them again, they have no morals
and don’t honor their word. Luke was the
responsible party that accepted the terms of the
deal then decided he would rather be the epitome
of a used car salesman.

First I have to start with the fact that this was nothing like 3 years ago when i purchased my first vehicle from Dublin Hyundai.
This was such a bad experience I came to them once again with a pre-approval including a few thousand dollars for down payment. Thinking it was going to be another easy transaction like my first time in 2017. Boy was I wrong!
The sales person who contacted me seemed real pleased and happy to help me over the phone. When I get to the dealership (mind you I drove nearly an hour and 15) he gave me the run around trying to give me a higher rate and double the price for a monthly payment. I was ready to walk out. After a little going back and forth with him and the finance guy they were able to get the rate and payment I was approved for.
I'm saying this to say this... I was there for 4 hours didnt even get to take the car home til 3 days later when I picked up the vehicle they basically gave it a detailing but no oil change no windshield washer fluid.

Not great, car was not available for test drive until four days after I went to view it. I made an appointment but the guy had left and no one else apparently knew I had an appointment so we waited for about 30 minutes before someone saw us. The guy who eventually met with us was pretty unprofessional holding a massive vape in his hand the entire time and never gave his name.

Stay away from them . Do not buy anything from them. They say lowest prices and they just add on theft programs and try ND push warranties hard. The general manager was rude. Told me he had to go and wouldn't communicate with me at all. They are just trying to hustle and that's it. Do not buy from them I repeat do not buy anything from them. You will regret it. The general manager also simply said it's a business all customers are the same . Stay away from this place. Wish I could give a zero rating
I would not suggest buying a car from this dealership. Integrity is not there strong suit. We had looked at a vehicle for our daughters 16th bday surprise. We were scheduled to come back and purchase the car. My husband and I signed what we thought was an agreement to hold the vehicle. Before we came back I was notified over text message that they sold the vehicle. When I called and asked what happen, they said that what we signed was a form to authorize a credit check. Hmm, super shady...we told them we were paying cash! We ended up buying a car somewhere else from a very nice dealership. Everything happens for a reason, but other buyers please beware!!!

I came in to pay for the car outright. The service was a little lackluster. A majority of the staff was nice. I was upset that with paying almost $30,000 in cash they put $30 worth of gas on an empty tank and they knew I had a 2-hour drive home. They should have filled the tank since they were putting gas in it anyway. They claimed they only had one key to my car instead of offering to replace the second key that they could not find. Those keys are at least $250. They also did not put the mats back in the car all four were missing. I also witnessed the manager yelling I had one of the sales people. That was quite uncomfortable.

Everything was done without any problems. The dealership quoted a price that no one else could compete with. when I went back to purchase, the car was actually $200 less than quoted because of new rebates. THANKS.

Contacted Dublin Hyundai to determine if car was still on the lot. Received an email that stated the car was indeed still there. Drove to Dublin Hyundai and was met by a salesman as soon as I parked. Was not shown the car I was inquiring about. I finally had to pull out the Car Guru ad and show the salesman the car VIN. He begrudgingly brought out the car from the back row. He also stated that the price shown on the ad might not be correct. I left without buying a car.

Dublin Hyundai is great. They are honest and direct, no games. Pleasure to
deal with. I drove 50 miles just to buy from this dealer. Our salesman (Luke)
was excellent. The actual car we wanted was sold the day before I drove to
the dealer. Luke went the extra mile to get us the exact car we were looking
for at a price no other dealer would even try to match. Do not waste your time
with other bay area Hyundai dealers (I did and it is not worth it).

Dealer did not honor price posted on Car Gurus. They stated that the pricing
was only valid if all promotional credits could apply (current hyundai owner,
military, recent grads, etc). Sales person did not even make an effort on
negotiating to match the price on Car Gurus.

Most horrible service I have ever experienced with a new car dealership. They showed me a car that has been advertised for nearly a week that wasn't detailed. The salesman was dressed horrible. He had a shoes on that was split in the soles. Gave me a horrible quote on my Mercedes. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was misled to believe that the car was ready or the car I was interested in was ready I drove 75 miles to check on the car no one called me to tell me the car wasn't ready so I will never use that dealership again I do have the car that I want and I'm very satisfied from a different dealer
This was probably the wrost experience I've had in any sales place. The test drive was rushed, we were told our car had no body damage, and we were assured the tires were in great condition. The whole passenger side has sustained significant damage and it's rendered the two passenger tires useless. We contacted the dealer the day after, and they completely denied ever mentionimg damage, or the tires. Extremely rude and pushy people. I wish i purchased the cancellation option. DO NOT GO THROUGH LULE OR JOEY (JAWAD? )

They advertised a SE Sonta and end up
being a GLS. They where not helpful at
all barely doing enough to sell me a
car. If it wasn't for my daughter
wanting the car, I would have walked

Beware of the finance managers. A couple of them will add items
to your bill of sale and the cost of car jumps by thousands. They
may want to add services and change the length of your contract
to make it seem like you're getting the services cheap. I
recommend taking a notepad and writing down all terms of the
agreement that is made with the sales associate and every detail
before being sent to the finance managers office. The sales
associates and sales manager are fair and they want your
business.

Good price on vehicle, worst customer service I have ever
experienced. Ridiculously long wait times to finish paperwork...that
was never started. No return phone calls regarding finalized lender
info, despite daily requests for status and lender info. Very bad
experience. The only positive was the friendly salesman.
