After I was contacted, I was told I would need a higher down payment. I told them I would contact them on payday. When I did, I was told the vehicle was out for a safety
inspection and told to just wait. The next day I was contacted and told the vehicle would be sold wholesale, and they would try to find something else for me. I then checked
reviews and noticed this has happened to people going back as far as 2016. They were under the same general manager as they are now (I saw his reply to the review), and
still have not found a way to stop this issue from happening in 9 years. I don't want to work with people who don't resolve obvious issues, so I had another dealer deliver a
vehicle to me.

I had an AWESOME experience from the initial contact via email mail response, to the purchase and drive off the lot of my new Ford Flex. My sales associate Trent B. was very professional! Also, from the time we arrived at the dealership, our encounter with the receptionist and everyone, thereafter, exceeded my expectations. With many prior experiences of car purchases (new & used), I can say that my experience with Dublin Ford Lincoln dealership’s customer service measured up to my experience the Mercedes dealerships. Doug, Marlies, and Tim were honestly amazing. The one thing that was done to make me feel more of a friend than just a costumer was when Marlies gave my dog some water while my family and I were looking at prices and going over them. Tim helped us save money and made sure we were comfortable with the price, alongside Doug as well and I'm beyond grateful for Doug and his amazing patience as well as him and someone else (I can't remember his name) helping me get the best value on my car. They were fair during negotiations and managed my time well so as to not have me there a lengthy period of
time. My representative, Kourtney, was very nice and courteous during the entire process. The dealership
initially thought the vehicle was sold but immediately got back to me the next day to tell me they actually did
have it and had made a mistake. Everything about the vehicle was as described in the listing. The vehicle was
cleaned and awaiting my arrival for the test drive. I would recommend this dealership to someone in the

I contacted them by email about the price and got an email from Chris. I am asked him question and never got a reply back. I then got an email from Tim asking how he could help, well I asked him the same questions and no reply. I got an email from Vicki today. I guess they do not want to sell me a car, because I should not have try this hard to buy one.

They responded quickly. Only is was on called at 1130am and told them I would be on the way. Drove 2 hrs just to find out that someone had bought the car in the time I drove down. Noone called to tell me so it was a wasted trip.

be on there a lot they had replaced the front

made sure everything looks in good shape
before they
put it up for sale.
I just spent $3200 in repairs for this vehicle

it was items they said they repaired
themselves.

We do not understand why Mark would leave this review. When he made us aware of his concerns about the vehicle he purchased our GM told Mark we would “at no cost to him” come and get the vehicle, leave him a loaner, and have it inspected and make any safety repairs that we may have missed. We had spent over $1,000 in reconditioning, so in no way were we trying to pass problems on to the next owner. Not satisfied..On the phone I was told by the internet sales rep automatically the SUV was sold If anything comes across that is around that price range he would contact me..I really felt like he was not helpful and he was telling me anything to get me off the phone..

Firstly let me say I don't do the back and forth "Let me talk to the manager" thing with dealers. I was interested in a Ford Sport Trac and made an offer on the vehicle of $10000, when the vehicle was listed at $10489. The offer was never declined or accepted. The vehicle is now listed a month later at $8995 It's a shame that a dealership would want to nickel and dime so much as to miss out on a sale. Dealerships need to stop the 80's ways of dealing with customers. This one hasn't yet.
To keep this review from being posted they are now claiming to Cargurus that I was speaking of another vehicle (Ford Fiesta) that isn't in their inventory.

Jim has been great in the buying process, so far. Response time was great! We live over 2 hours from the dealership and was able to stop and look over the vehicle on the outside. He has worked with us every step of the way and we will be going back up on Saturday to test drive and hopefully sign the papers.
