My wife and I had a very positive experience at Dublin Cadillac. I had researched the SUV beforehand and contacted them the day before we arrived. The longest part, as usual, was formulating the paperwork and signing.

They were terrible, deceitful, and withheld information that the vehicle had been keyed
down both sides (all 8 panels) and other damage was not disclosed until I got there.
I would not deal with this group ever. Their
way of doing business is what gives used car dealers a sleazy reputation.

I would not go back to this dealership. The initial contact was OK, however, we went through 4
different people of which you can tell it was very impersonal, not good energy at all. We test
drove the car and then at the sitdown, it was just 'blah'. The next day, I receive an email asking
me to scheduled a VIP Test Drive...well, if the dealership and contact would have reviewed
their notes, they would have seen we had already been there AND tested drove it. Even if we
would have loved the vehicle, we would quickly go somewhere else. Not the kind of service or
experience I would want to repeat again, nor would I back to this dealership.

I called and asked about Prius plug is available he
said someone is filling out paperwork for it, and
then I called the next day he said itâs sold , at that
time asking price was $12k those loosers lied

I saw a car that we like on Cargurus site. Reacted out to the dealership and said I was interested to come and look at it. Received a call from the sale man Mati and later his manager. Got appointment scheduled for the next morning. I live 1.5 hours away so I had to coordinate my ride to get there . Next morning, got ready and a lot to leave and received a call from Mati that the car was still on rental and he didn’t know when it will be available??? What kind of BS is this? How could you know not if it was out in a rental a day prior and for how long? This is straight up nonsense. If the car was unavailable or pending sale to another customer, you can just let me know. I don’t like business that is not transparent and unprofessional like this. I do not recommend this dealership.

All though I was contacted within minutes of my
vehicle inquiry with a friendly voice being
salesperson Ashley Chahine, the experience
soon turned sour and continued downward.
The unprofessionalism, lack of vehicle
knowledge, confrontational type attitude, the

is advertised on their very own website,
has pushed me away from purchasing a car
there. It is clear that Dublin Auto Group / Dublin Chevy especially is not

I would give 0 stars for such a horrible experience. We had a 10am appointment and when we arrived we were told there was a family there to buy the car. Without even seeing the inside they wanted us to sign the contract to secure the sale. We asked to first test drive it and after a 10 min test drive we were told the car was sold. If you want to want to feel rushed and pressured, not to mention having to fight with other customers to complete the deal faster then this place is for you.

Sukh was very attentive, the car didn't work at this time but am hoping something will come up in the future.

From day one, it wasnât good and I wasted time. I
inquired about this vehicle, was told I was
approved and they found a bank to finance me.
After letting them know that I was coming from
out of town to see the vehicle, an hour later I get
a call from the sales guy and he tells me the
manager has that car out as a rental and it should
be back by Friday. I inquired about it in a Tuesday.
Friday I get an email saying the vehicle is now
going to be out til Monday. Monday I email asking
the status and they said it was going to be
returned tomorrow (Tuesday, one week after my
first inquire). Wednesday morning I call and speak
to the team leader of the sales guy and now he
tells me it is out til the weekend. I gave up and
looked elsewhere. It was terrible from the very
beginning. I wouldnât recommend anyone to them
nor will I buy from them in future. Iâm thankful I
found a vehicle in my town, with 20,000 miles
less. #dontwasteyourtime

I was offered and given all the help and info I needed. Very professional and nice.
Under the unusual circumstances of Covid-19, we were able to negotiate purchasing the Legacy
in what was perhaps the smoothest auto purchase ever without our going on their premises. The
staff of Dublin Infiniti were polite and prompt with answers to our questions. We did not feel
pressure and are happy to give a recommendation for this dealership based on our experience.
The vehicle was delivered to our home with provisions to ensure the safety of the vehicle from the
virus. Paperwork had all been prepared in advance so the actual transfer took place in our
driveway. Everyone was duly masked and conscious for social distancing. Thank you Dublin!

I started inquiring about your 2016 Laguna blue z06/z07 on January 1st of this year. I spoke with "salesman #1" and asked for on further information on the car. I
waited until January 7th without a return call. I called back and spoke with "salesman #2". He gave me a little more information and said he'd work on the trade in
valve for my 2019 tacoma. I sent him the requested photos, VIN, and information. Hearing nothing by January 13th I reached back out to "salesman #2". He replied
that day and said he was still working on it. Again hearing nothing back I reached back out on January 28th but did not receive any further response.

This 2017 Tacoma has been hit and alignment pulls to the right. Back bummer is hang for dear life. Horrible salesman. They would want to fight you if you go to a different salesman. That salesman did this in front of all his co workers. This is harassment to a buyer. Bad business. Don’t go here look at their yelp. Waste of time. They lie about how much they put in their car. It’s an auction car. Don’t pay 30k for this junk. Went there and was dirty and bird poop and a log in the truck bed. They don’t put much in this truck. Just a quick sell. Never will I buy any thing from this dealer.
The internet gut Adam was very short with me, I simply asked for a discount as Im on the car business as well and cut to the chase he said no discounts here. I said ok, he replied with have a nice day. He acted like there was no urgency in selling a vehicle. Good luck with your strategy, sure you lose more deals then you actually make per month, there are times you have to work with a customer to earn there business. Every deal is far from a lay down these days.

Very good experience. Was interested in a luxury SUV and noticed a particular vehicle on line that I was interest in. When I inquired, I noticed the vehicle was 90 miles away. It was a fair price, however, not worth the drive to make sure.
We have several dealers of the same make and model within 10 miles. Made more sense to look in my own backyard.

Had a wonderful end to end experience with the terrific staff here. The sales staff led by the excellent Ivan Valencia were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Ivan made sure my wife and I were taken care of when purchasing our new SUV, and he answered all of our questions with a smile. He did and when I asked to set up an appointment within 2 days he was not helpful in giving me a call to ensure that the vehicle was still available so that I would confidently travel the distance to the dealership. The first person who replied kept insisting that the car I inquired about was not a Monte Carlo. I then called the dealership and spoke with someone who said it wouldn't be on the lot til maybe Thursday, which is silly. Why advertise a car that noone can come check out? I may call him back then and see if it is actually available. Hard to give a rating yet.

Checked car is available, 30 min later was on my to dealership when rep called to tell the car is sold but they have other cars for 2k more. No thanks.
BTW car is still on cargurus after a week.

Quick response to sales inquiry.
It has been an exceptional experience working with GSM Joe Mesa and Salesperson Lance Quevillon at Dublin Chevrolet. They answered any and all of my questions and even forwarded pictures without delay although I'm in VA and they are located in the Bay Area. Lance is a car enthusiast and many times we just discussed cars in general, not just about the actual vehicle I was interested in. He is the type of salesperson that puts you at ease and really worked to achieve the mutual goal. Joe helped immensely putting fair numbers together and even making arrangements to get the Corvette shipped to my local Chevrolet dealer in VA.
I have been a high-line European Manufacturer Area Service Manager for years and have seen a lot, good and bad.... These guys really impressed me !!! I highly recommend the dealership which I don't do all that often.
A great job and thanks to both of you for your help - I'm really looking forward to seeing that green Corvette sitting in my driveway....

The dealership created a very good experience. The salesman that I worked with was Adam who was professional, respectfull and timely with the vehicle information. The finance manager,Ruben, was equally professional and was accurate with all information. There were no hidden numbers. or stressful moments, or what I would call parlor tricks. From start to finish it took around two hours and I think that’s mainly because they were busy. I would highly recommend checking their dealership out if you’re interested in a Cadillac. Ask for Adam.
The person that answered the phone what’s rude. He didn’t know
anything about the car the listing is incorrect I tried emailing
somebody and they were just as rude and didn’t know anything
about the car .
It was listed four different places with different details and miles .
Edmonds was kind enough to send me the first page of the Carfax
so I know how many miles are on it and it’s not 150,000

Dublin Chevrolet was hands down the best auto dealership we have ever dealt with. We found the truck on CarGurus (awesome website) & headed north to pick it up. Roy was amazing to work with & so personable. Luis handled the paperwork & was quick & super helpful. Go Dublin Chevrolet!!!
Not happy with their service... I asked the sales person if the vehicle was available before driving 1.5 hours to the dealers location.... The car was not there it was sold.... But what bothered me the most is that they did not try to keep my business by offering me a car from their lot that was actually there.... They tried to give me a deal on a car that was not even there... Telling me I would pay for that car and they were gonna deliver it later.... My wife two children and I spent close to 5 hours waiting and trying to make the purchase but quit honestly this has been one of the biggest wastes of time of my life.

Other than referencing a particular make and model, the dealer completely ignored what I said I was looking for. Notes from the dealer read as if they were written by a bot or by someone who paid no attention to what I said.
If that's the way they respond to potential customers from this site, then I have no desire to do business with this firm nor to continue to use this site.

I did not leave a phone number. I was emailed within minutes of my inquiry. After the honest answers I've received from them regarding tax credits, dealer incentive and manufacturer incentive, a new 2018 Volt just did not pencil out for my needs so I am proceeding with a used volt or leaf. My over all experience with Dublin Chevrolet is a great one.

info, and then I made an appointment and visited. All of a sudden, they
said the given price was wrong and offered ordinary discount. I quickly
ended the conversation and went home. I never go back to this dealer

Set up afternoon appt. after rain finally stopped falling and took public
transport from San Francisco to Dublin CA. Located Roy Montana in a few
minutes after arriving at dealership and was quickly taken to view the ATS.
Looked as good in real world as it did on Web site picture so I asked to
take for test drive. Montana was very accommodating in helping me find
type of roads I wanted to test car on. Got back to dealership as proceeded
to negotiate slightly lower price as I had to trade to bother with. On the
whole, this is the best experience I've ever had buying from dealership.
The only negative was the massive amount of paperwork involved in
Cadillac GM certified used purchase rules. I would recommend to friend
enthusiastically. Want a new or used GM, go there.

Besides the time it took to go through the car buying process, they met or surpassed all my expectations!
They had great follow up, but the in person experience was definitely lacking. We sat around for an hour while they tried to locate the car. They thought it was at their sister location down the street, then it wasn’t. They kind of strung us along for a while and we finally ended up leaving after being extremely low balled on our trade. I decided to come back the following weekend after they called to tell me they no had the car. I’d been to another dealership and received another (much higher estimate) on my trade in the meantime. So I took that estimate with me and went to go see the car. The car was ok in person but they still stuck firm to the low estimate on my trade. I ended up buying a 2015 Acura RDX with the tech package, with only 20K miles for $500 more at another dealership. The other dealership gave me a much higher estimate on my trade and the paperwork was a breeze.

I went in to look at a new 2017 camaro and test drove it, was very happy until I found out I didn't qualify for 2k in rebates because I haven't owned a Chevy since the early 2000s so I did not end up buying it, but was treated well

John Kada was en excellent salesperson. However after I purchased the CPO car, there were several emails from different managers who pledged excellent customer service. After I responded with minor issues and complaints, I never got an email from any of them. Makes me wonder now what they mean by excellent customer service
politely persistent and professional, how ever once reading about the
FIAT500 low score in dependability and customer satisfaction I was spooked
away from the fiats on my 2nd day looking for a car. the low scores came
from consumers so unfortunately, i did not give them a chance. A+ in
responsive and informative. and available and inviting.
It was confusing at first because 3 salesmen contacted me. Eventually a
week later, I bought the car from the salesman (Omar) who kept me updated
on the availability of the vehicle. Even told me that someone had borrowed
the car for a day for an extended test drive moments before I was about to
leave my house for an appointment to see it. The buying experience was
pretty painless, despite being a very lengthy process due to a couple
unforeseen obstacles that affected the timing.

Went to dealership after I was told vehicle was there for a test drive. The car couldn't be found. They ask if there was any other car I would be interested in. They also said they would locate the car and contact me. I have not heard from them about the car I was interested in. Instead I received an email about the inventory that they have if I was interested in buying a car.

We were told the vehicle we were buying would be detailed with carpets cleaned because of a cigarette odor and they didn't do it. Even after multiple assurances that it had been done it still wasn't. The sad part was the lack of honesty on their part. We love the truck though so we're dealing with the odor ourselves...at a cost of more than three times the 185.00 they gave us off the purchase price. It's just sad that some people will say anything to make a sale. All we asked for was honesty, and a detail. I must say that Ray in Finance was this dealership's saving grace. Wonderful person to work with!

off...it was obvious he didn't care about making a
sale. Next guy said he would get back to
me...seemed helpful at first. But now it's day 5
and still no call back. So screw them. I went and

They knew I was out of state then said they couldn't because if there policy. Still ran my credit. Then Kiefer said he is working on it and will have me wire the money to them. The car missed one key and the manual and quick start guild were soaked
and dried before that makes the pages can not be separated. They did not
tell those to me in the purchase process. And after 25 days from the
purchase I still have not received the title (pink slip) from DMV yet.

My sales rep, Ivan was very patient and helpful with answering all of my questions. I flew up and drove my dream car back 400 miles, all in the same day. He picked me up at tbe airport, drove me to the bank, on our way to the dealership, and even offered to get me a sandwich from Subway, while i was signing, because he knew I hadn't eaten, since breakfast. It was a long day for me, from start to finish, but we'll worth it. I would definitely do it again.

I did received an email response for a car I inquired about. I followed up with the dealership/internet sales manager to receive a CarFax for the vehicle. I never received a response. So I decided to call the dealership directly, just to find out that the vehicle had been sold! It would've been courteous of the internet sales mgr to respond to at least let me know the car was sold. I would've have droved an hour away to purchase a vehicle that was not there.

Bought a vette from here. Sales manager John lied about warranty on vehicle. Didn't find out truth about warranty until I got to Finance. Almost didn't buy car. Was given due bill to have mobile company come out to repair little paint chip under car. Was promise within a week from purchase. It's almost one month now and still haven't sent out anyone. They are just giving me the run around even though I have a due bill on hand. Please stay away from this dealership. They lie, bad customer service, once you buy a car they don't care about you or what was promise on the due bills. If you don't believe it, try for yourself.

I visited several dealers during my search for a car, and Dublin Chevrolet was by far my best experience and the one that I ultimately ended up purchasing a car from. In particular, I found that the sales manager is very reasonable and hands on in understanding the customer's needs. The salesman was also very responsive and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
