I drove 3 hours to get a car they had advertised when I arrived they had all quality used cars on their lot their prices are fair and their fees more reasonable than any lot I had looked. paperwork was a breeze and I was out in my new car in less than an hour. I have already told my friends in the Tampa area Drivenation is the place to go!

Very helpful.Went the extra mile to help me as I was under quarantine and most interactions had to be done via
phone, computer, etc. Have yet to drive the vehicle so can't speak as to the condition of the car.

I bought a vehicle thru this dealer and when the vehicle arrived, It didn't seem to be the vehicle they had in their ad. the vehicle had broken inside door handles, dead battery, no spare, no jack, no rear headrests, no rear deck carpet, headlights were water damaged & needing replacements, rusted rotors, etc. i'm not sure what to think. don't trust these people! I can't remove the stars as this program wont let me. no stars for this dealer. He sold me a car that was water damaged without telling me. the pictures they took showed new headlights, but, when the vehicle arrived, it had old used water damaged headlights.

At first I thought Drive Nation was an honest company. But after I purchased a vehicle from them, I found out it had an oil leak. I had to pay close to $800 to get it fixed. When I let them know about the problem, they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I noticed the oil leak one day after I purchased the truck. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership.

Mike, We are sorry you have had an issue. You purchased on 2/25 and just made us aware of this on 4/1. You were offered an extended warranty and declined to purchase it and also acknowledged the truck was AS-IS. The vehicle was 15 years old and had over 150k miles. We always recommend extended warranties and that you have your own mechanic inspect any vehicles before you purchase.
Cynthia and Scott are terrific people. Very helpful and fair!
The vehicle seems to be as described.
We are very happy with the whole experience!

The dealers worked with me over and above the norm. Unfortunately I was unable to secure financing due to due to credit bureau delays. I will, however, go back to Scott and Cynthia as soon as I am able.

I was told he had sent the car to another location an hour away and didnt want to bring it back if my credit was less than good and I was just looking at the time. I told him I have a 2006 Escape and loved it and am looking for another used. I was told I probably wouldnt be able to qualify and the car was gone.

One of our sales staff did not realize it had went to another location, That is why I called you personally. I offered to get it back up in the next day, However you said you had credit challenges, wouldn't qualify and were not looking to just pay cash. We did get the Escape back here and it is available for purchase. We apologize again and wish you luck in your search to find another.
