Salesman replied via email and phone and relayed factual data regarding my concerns as to the longevity of the vehicle and helped me come to the decision that with the needed repairs, this wasn't the right vehicle for my use case. It was a pleasant experience and i value the transparency and honesty

My son and I ended up stranded in Idaho after being struck by an unlicensed driver. The pressure and time limit to find a replacement rig was stressful to say the least. I probably talked to 15 dealerships and looked at 40 trucks. Justin and Shane at Driven made it super easy to search, apply, sign, and drive home. Most of it over the phone since I was over 100mi from Boise. Shane even stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule and transportation issues. We’re now home with a beautiful and fun new truck. Even referred a couple people to them on our treck home. Thanks you guys!!

My first experience with them wasn't great but have since had great communication and appreciate their honesty of buying a cash vehicle and driving it out of state. Shane, the sales mgr. called concerning my plan and discouraged me from doing unless I'd get it checked out by a mechanic and was agreeable to taking the truck to the local dealer. He even volunteered to shuttle the truck there and set up the appointment. It was a pleasure working with them.

The truck was leaking oil and the agent lied about it saying that another truck was parked in the spot that the truck was setting the day before. i had to crawl under the truck and find the leak. The guys were nice people just not that truthful.

We had the shop take a look at this truck shortly after Jason visited the dealership. They did discover that it had developed a minor power steering fluid leak, which we were unaware of.  We had it fixed immediately. It is unfortunate that Jason was upset by his interaction with our staff. We do our best to be upfront and honest with anyone we interact with.

I bought the truck, very friendly, only thing wrong was no owners manual in vechile only one fob for ignition no help to get a owners manual or spare fob, but the truck is nice.

I flew to Boise from Arizona to pick this truck up, the staff were amazing, the paperwork was ready and waiting, so signing and getting on the road home was quick... and they even filled my tank 3/4 full! I highly recommend this dealership!! :0)

Nice selection of cars. Pretty disappointed in the level of service though. Several calls and text messages left un-answered. I've never had to work so hard to try and purchase a vehicle from a dealer. Normally they won't leave you alone. With these guys, I can't even get a call or text back even when I have expressed pretty serious intent to purchase. I suppose I can chalk it up to being a buyer from California so this deal requires a little more work, but still.

The guys at Driven were very helpful. I'm always on their website looking at the trucks they have. They have probably the best selection at the lowest prices in town. I will definitely buy my next truck from Driven.

We are from oregon and were going to fly to Boise for a vehicle from this dealer. We asked for detailed pictures of EVERYTHING on the truck. The dealer knew if we got there and they'd lied we were going to buy a ticket home; that it was not a guaranteed sale. He said excellent condition, with just one ding. He promised we knew it all! We agreed on price and purchased our plane ticket for that weekend. Then looking at pictures again on the website I noticed a dent on top of the cab. I looked at all the pictures the salesman had sent me and he had strategically left that area out of all of them. I requested pictures several times and after 24 hours he still had not sent them to me saying it was nothing. Finally, my wife called and left an angry message requesting the pictures again. Finally, he sent me one from far away, I asked for a close up. He sent it and it was at least a 3 inch dent filled with LAYERS of rust and had dented the weatherstripping and was leaking inside the vehicle. So we cancelled the trip and were out the cost of a flight. If zero stars was an option I'd give it. Unbelievable to be treated like that.
