Over all I ended up getting a different vehicle two days later the check engine light went on went to return vehicle I did get it returned but they took $500 from my deposit due to " marketing costs" so of my 3000 down I got 2500 back but they did say if I finance again they would add 500 to a future down payment

After contact with dealership regarding specific car, made an appointment to see the car and purchase. Had multiple texts that evening and the next morning confirming appointment. Drove 45 minutes to dealership to be told “we sold that car late last night”?! They were texting me the next morning to confirm appointment. Did they ever even have this car? When I voiced my frustration at their practices their only comment was we will look into it. Our family has purchased new cars from Quebedaux over the years but would never trust them given their shady practices.

The dealer did reply to me told can help me out with this With this vehicle, he was going to finance it. But the finance personnel texted personally asking why I have 2 auto loans? So I told the story and then to finance personnel told me i am sorry to say that unfortunately, we cannot help you finance this car So said that fine with me. Maybe next time I'll try again
Dealer did respond. He was very cordial. The dealer is located in Arizona. The ad says that the price included delivery. It says if you have the car delivered and it is not satisfactory you could return it. If also said if you picked up the car in person the delivery fee would be subtracted from the price. Dealer would not honor either. Would have bought the car otherwise.

Absolutely Loved them!!! They’re small family owned, who refuse to sell you a lemon. They warrantee every vehicle they sell and work with your budget. Don’t have what they’re looking for? Tell them what you have in mind and they will look for it! I’ll definitely be returning for my family’s future vehicle needs!
I scheduled an appointment to view the 2013 Nissan Sentra FE + SV and was met by
Audi who was very helpful in this purchase. This is a family business and each person
that I spoke with very helpful. There were a few issues with the vehicle, that were
corrected by the dealership. This is a dealership that is worthy of praise, and I would
highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
Bill helped me get out the door with keys in my hand and some piece of mind all in one day, I was given options and as a first time buyer this was by far the least scariest experience I’ve ever had buying from a dealership. My Honda Civic coupe is a great car that drives smoothly and was well taken care of by the previous owners and I know pretty much the whole history of the car (good and bad) cause Bill was honest and I very much appreciated that. Please give this dealership some of your time if you are looking for another vehicle.

They kept pushing to go to a bank for financing because they “don’t make money” on financing.

I'm sorry Raymond, but we do encourage our customers to get their own financing if possible, as that would mean that our customer would know their rate and term directly from the bank. Commercial or franchise dealers almost always earn money by not giving the customer the rate the qualify at but one higher so that they earn more money on the deal. We are sorry you feel that us trying to do right by our customers is worth a one star review.

This truck i asked about was actually sold but the site said it was still available. The representative did say that there was another one coming in that was the same exact model but with a few more miles. He only had 1 picture to share and I asked to be kept informed to be able to schedule a time to see it once it arrived.
