Very friendly staff! My husband works late and they waited on us to get back from test driving after hours. Quick to respond and to help get information to the bank for my loan. I love my Jeep! I recently purchased 2 vehicles from this Hickory location for several thousands of dollars. They did not do any maintenance on the vehicle including making sure that the cars oil level were full. The sales rep assured me that they maintain their cars and are ready for the road after the purchase. My engine locked up on me within 30 days because of a lack of oil and I only drove the car 500 miles. They were No Help at all after I contacted them, Do not buy from here because they do not check their cars, they just clean the interior and put them on the lot.

Saw the SUV on a Friday at 4:30, but the dealer had note on the door that they wouldn't be there till Monday the 23rd. I called them on Mon from my bank letting them know I was interested in a test drive as I was securing the money to purchase it. The dealer said they would be out a lot on Tue 24th due to bringing more inventory in. So I said let's do it Wed the 25th. Then I sent email to confirm around 3am on 25th then at around 7am dealer emailed me he had sold it late on the 24th. As you can imagine I was disappointed. The dealer was nice, however he knew I was very, very interested to say the least.

We bought this car for my son’s first car. The dealer was very courteous and helpful. He took care of all our needs. We noticed the radio was not working. Turned out it was just the security code had been entered wrong too many times after changing the battery. The dealer called the local Honda dealership to help us. We drove there, they jumped right on the problem and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for your help and kindness.
