Careful with this dealship, they price their cars way below value to get you in the door and bump up the car by 10k.
Rashid was able to help me get the entire process done from the comfort of my home. I was able to walk in at 11:45 with a cashier’s check for the down payment and walk out by 12:15. The lot has a bunch of cars that are excellent choices and will likely be the lot I go to when I replace my other vehicles.
Never do business here tried to sell me a 62k car at

I’ll start off by saying, when we arrived the sales reps were very nice. They gave me all the paper work, gave me all the time in the world to take a look at the dodge charger that I wanted. The price that was online prior to going to see the vehicle was at 33,000. As I’m speaking to the rep and he’s bringing me mock numbers the vehicle final price ends up at 52,000. I left the dealership a little upset and ultimately disappointed. A few days pass and I see they raised the price of the car from 33,000 to 42,000. Leads me to believe this dealership is misleading and scandalous

I wish I could rate lower then a 1 star. Terrible, I won't even recommend anyone there. Worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Such a shame because I really had my eye on a car and they could have sold the car to me and now look. The car is STILL sitting there waiting for a buyer. They give you all the paperwork, have you sign things, have you go to the other location in Yonkers and leave you waiting to see someone. Waited 45 minutes and ended up leaving not 1 person called me back after leaving numerous messages for them as they never even told me if I was approved for the car or not, pushed and pushed for me to take the car the same day which then is when they were sending me to the Yonkers location to speak to the loan adviser or whatever. Again nobody followed up and they lost a customer.

This was a horrible experience. They use really bad tactics where they tell you there is a car available then you go there and it’s not and they try to upsell you something else very cheap and sleazy tactics do not buy from.

I can only speak for my personal experience with this dealership but I would never buy from a place like this!
They do not discuss price over the phone which is shady but ok, that's their policy. My gripe is I asked them
do you guys charge ridiculous dealer fees that cost thousands of dollars in an attempt to bait people with
very low online prices and then hit you with a 5k dealer fee when you get there. The lady said and I quote,
Sorry sir I cannot discuss that over the phone. That an all she had to say, this place is shady as hell, No legit
dealership functions this way only ones who arre trying to lure inexperienced customers in and screw them
over. avoid this place like covid in 2020

Scammers,thatâs what they are,when I did the appointment I specifically asked if they have any
extra fees beside registration,title,DMV paperwork, and the answer was NO.So when we started
to do the paperwork the sales guy added $ 4300 dealer fee and 2700 DMV fees,even the trade in
we agreed to a price but sales person put in computer $1000 less.The car was listed with no
accident,but when we checked the CARFAX,the car had 2 accidents,they tried to convince me
that are minor accidents.So I left wit out getting the car,I would recommend this dealer to nobody.

Garbage bate and switch BS after driving 2 hours, (having , asked if the price was accurate before hand and sent them a text with the listing in question ). Upon arrival price went up $5K, first i was told that it was typo after showing them the text i was told prices fluctuate, walked out that minute, Good riddance .

Spoke to Odelise who âmade an appointmentâ
for me to see a truck I was interested in. She
knew I was driving an hour each way and had
to get my kids from the babysitter at a certain
time. She guaranteed that I would be able to
negotiate the price of the car as the sales reps
only talk numbers in person. I walked in and
the show room reeked of a pungent odor, it
was 1,000 degrees inside and they didnât even
have the truck at the dealership it was in
âstorageâ. I never got to even see the truck bc
the child that was scheduled to help me came
back with a number that was not the
advertised $29k but with a $32k plus tax. I
called Ofelise after I left because I was very
upset about the entire interaction. She told me
she would call the manager and call me
backâ¦: itâs been day and still havenât heard
back. Itâs terrible business, this place will not
last long. I should have known bc as I was
walking in someone was walking out and he
said to me, âdo not buy a car from this placeâ.

Sent in online request for a picture of the bottom of the car they had listed along with total out the
door price for a vehicle they showed in stock. Was told they only provide out the door figures in
person and that they also do not provide pictures of the underside of a vehicle as the donât have a
lift. lol⦠not really upset about the picture thing but the fact that they will not provide total cost
means they are going to add thousands to the very good price they show online. I saw couple
other reviews that also experienced this. My advice would be to not bother with these people.

I was excited to purchase this car after saving up for several months. I drove there twice- an hour and a half each way. When I made the deal and returned to complete the purchase, I was hit with an additional $4000.00 ( yes! Four thousand dollars). The car had some issues which they said they would fix- but somehow I was doubtful. It seemed very shady! Needless to say, I walked away after wasting 2 days, gas, time and my dignity! By the way, they gave a 2 star rating. That should’ve been the first RED flag!

I would give them if I could. I went down from a two hour ride to look at this piece of garbage. I wouldn't give them 1500 for it never mind what they're asking The car stunk like cigarettes trying to cover it with air fresheners. The car was filthy upon my appointment arrival the sunroof was leaking. The car was the radius car I've ever wasted my time looking at never Again will I even entertain the thought of looking here. Nothing but garbage, unprepared junk that they sell.

I went from Jersey paid $35.00 tolls to buy Chevy Suburban premier they have three of them our sales person was “Jay” what the dealer do they mark down the lowest price on line to attract the buyers when we finally we decided the price he added $9000.00 as a dealer markup!! This is dealer is a con. They advertise great prices, but when you contact them they say you have to to the dealership in person in NY. They will not even take a deposit to hold it while you travel there. I am sure the vehicle and price you want will not be there when you get there.

One hour before the appointment, dealer called to confirm the appointment. Once at
dealership they told me that the car we had discussed (so the car I was there for) was
sold the night before. I traveled 50 miles to get on time for the appointment only to find
out that the whole thing was a scheme to lure me there and offer other cars. What a
shame!

Misleading , they won't sell me the vehicle for cash , instead they insist that I apply for financing so can
double the price of vehicle , and they asked me for $14000.00 down , at first they asked for $8000.00
down and after they went and run my credit with a hard inquiry , they came back and asked me to put
down $14000.00 . it was a waste of my time , and they put a big dint on my credit score with a hard
inquiry .

Overall i had a fantastic experience with Indy and Eyaz. They treated me like family and got me a nicer car than the one i came in for at a lower monthly payment and lower overall price. I was astonished they truly valued me and treated me excellent. No long wait great customer service 5 stars!

When you go there, they will increase the car
price at least 8,000 more than the advertised
price. Certification price 5,000, dealer fee 2,000.

Had to reach out to the dealer for them to respond. I explained I was very interested and wanted to make a purchase the same day but they didn't seem to care. When they did respond it was slowly with one word answers.

I was extremely interested in this car. I couldn’t make it in on that day. I talked with the dealership and asked them to hold it for me until the following day. Unfortunately, they said they couldn’t hold it and I would have to take my chances. The car sold on a very day I asked them to put a hold on the car or let me make a deposit on it over the phone. Neither of the two options were acceptable. Very disappointed with the actions or inaction of this dealership.

Never buy a car from them worst customer
service ever. Called Multiple times for 2 to 3
weeks nobody ever called back finally spoke
to somebody made an appointment. Drove
an hour down there went to go test out drive
the truck and couldnât even drive it because
they had no plate. Salesman was really no
help and clueless as well as office staff.
Asked to have manager call me still waiting
for 3 weeks now. Also cars advertised are
wrong details and equipment do your
research!!
I was asked to amend my review which I
refuse to do and stand by what I stated in
first review. I read other reviews and they
state what I said also. As far as me storming
off was because I called multiple times with
no response finally made an appointment
drive over an hour for them to say I donât
have an appointment then no plate available
to test drive . How do you only have one
plate as a dealership. As far as advertised
vehicles they said leather interior one also
said said sunroof and neither one had those

I had an incredible experience at this dealership. My sales representative Eyaz was very humble yet informative and helpful at the same time. He not only showed me the car I came for, but others which matched the price range and features I was looking for in a vehicle. Thanks Eyaz and the team at Eastchester! Dealer did not post photos of vehicle. When they did reach out to me in my response to a request for more info, I asked for photos. Hours later they sent photos which did not match the listing. When I pointed out that the vehicle in the photos is not what was advertised, they said it was the wrong car and would send new photos. Two days later I have not received photos of the car. I do not trust this dealer.

The price they listed on these 3rd party website is not the price they are actually selling it for. I understand there will be sealed fees and such but on top of that they didn’t include about another 3k of warranties which should’ve been included in the original listing prices. Other dealerships aren’t doing this on these 3rd party sites and is very misleading. Shady business tactics which I don’t appreciate.

Typical dealer scam. READ THE REVIEWS. Trust what people are saying. As soon as they talk numbers with you they will add $10,000+ the listed price on CarGurus. Get this, when calculating your down payment, instead of deducting it from the listing price they add it the total cost. This dealership is laughable honestly that makes no sense. Then with the illegitimate fees like a pre-delivery inspection they add on top of that(not taxes and required fees). When they came out with the numbers the car was $13,000 more expensive then the listing. Do not fall for this. Do your research. Trust the reviews.

Sales person told me she would call if car sold late afternoon before my appointment the next morning and nobody called me. Luckily I checked the website before leaving my house to find it had sold. Unproffesional
Amazing dealership!! I was in and out within an hour. Sent in my credit app online, they got me approved in
no time. All I had to do was sign the paperwork, they helped me add insurance and I was on my way. By far
the smoothest experience ever purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend them!!

The pricing they post online is a complete sham. I asked them for the “out the door price” of the vehicle I wanted to purchase (meaning the cost of the vehicle including tax, title, registration and normal documentation fees, etc.). They came back with an “out the door price” that was approximately $9000 higher than the advertised sale price. This is about triple the fees should’ve been for the purchase of a $30,000 vehicle. I asked the financing manager that I was speaking with for a break down of the additional cost associated with the huge price increase. The answer was absolutely laughable. No joke - He said they charge a fee of 20% of the advertised sale price in order to give you the advertised sale price. This translates to the actual sale price of the vehicle being 20% higher than advertised. Then they put the normal fees (tax, title, registration, documentation fees, etc.) on top of that. Totally deceitful. They are just trying to confuse people with false numbers.
Absolutely waste of time they said the down payment is not included on the Internet price and on top of that I had to pay them maintenance for the car that Added up to 35,000 with the down payment and extra charges, and still got a pay the taxes for the car and the interest on the loan, 35,000 and taxes plus 9% on interest for a used car would easily be close to a price of a new one! Clearly a ripped off, it’s true they will literally take you to their website, and show you a letter that states that the down payment will be added on top of the price on the internet. And don’t come here saying! Are you sure you reviewing the right dealership The guy on picture 4 left side took me in and because of pictures I can say it’s clearly that dealership
