Like some of the other negative reviews they lured me in with a good price then upped the price with fees. I walked away feeling good that I didn't get taken. They called me back with a "better deal" we turned back around. They moves numbers around gave me a little bit of a better deal but still out of my price range. That 1000 GPS fee was not transparent.

The car I found online seems to be a bait and switch. 2018 Dodge Durango SXT listed for an extremely low price. Salesman called me for a test drive. Sales manager called me back and said the vehicle had a bad transmission yet the website said nothing about a bad transmission.

I was thankful they were honest and upfront about all issues regarding the vehicle

The person that was contacting me was relentless. E-mails, calls, texts - multiple times a day. Clearly motivated to move cars, or at the very
least this one.

The car is in junk condition. They communicated with me via texts from three different sales people asking me if I was still interested. In the forth text they gave me a list of issues traction control and tmsp light on, needs brakes and tires transmission leak plus more. Once I criticized the car they lied and said they told me it was not for sale.
I spoke to Sami and she said the truck would be
ready for me by the time I got from Santa Fe to Rio
Rancho. I get to Rio Rancho and Jay explains to
me that the truck has been shipped off to auction
because it had a bad transmission. Jay was honest and
upfront. I drove an hour for nothing but I did appreciate
Jay's honesty about the situation. I had no idea Sami is
not in NM and she had no idea about the vehicles being
advertised. Bad business

The two cars we were going to test drive were extremely dirty inside. One of the cars had what looked like bloody mucus on the inside of the door panel and something smeared on the cloth of the back seat. We just walked out. They do not take any pride in the vehicles they are selling.
