They seemed super helpful, friendly and negotiated on the price of the car we wanted to purchase, even going so far as to shake hands and congratulate us that the car was ours. Only for them to call less than 24 hours before our appointment to close the sale to tell us that they decided to sell it to someone else. Yet they proceeded to call and reach out asking if we're interested in the vehicle for another 2 days when we reached out from a different contact number saying the car actually was still available. Either they have terrible communication between employees that the car had actually sold or they were trying some weird tactics to try and get more money for a vehicle after agreeing to a deal, either way it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience as a buyer. They really lived up to the stereotypes we've all seen and heard of used car salesmen.

The sales person was kind, courtesy and understanding. But the car was not as advertised and should not have been available for test drives until it had been thoroughly checked over.

The list price was $14971, but they wouldn't
sell it without a $1700 one-year warranty. It
was still a good deal, but a bit cheesy
IMHO. Apart from that, the experience with
the dealer/staff and the quality of the
inventory was very good.

I went to the lot and found the Jetta. I got to drive it, then we filled out paperwork. That was Friday, 3/30/23.
Monday, 3/3/23, I was asked by them to contact the auto lender and get cleared for the loan, which happened quickly.
Then Drive N-Motion went silent. After SEVERAL calls and texts, I found another number for them and called...to find out that they SOLD
the vehicle from a different location. So instead of holding it for me, or at least contacting me to see about finishing the sale, THEY
GHOSTED ME. I'll NEVER do business with this company, and will actively shy anyone away from them.

Horrible experience. Refused to sell us a vehicle for
the listed price because we were paying CASH.
Mind you I am very aware you have to pay title and
tax separately but that wasnât the issue. The issue is
they said it was mandatory we buy a $2-3kextended
warranty if we were paying in cash.
Otherwise they wouldnât sell the vehicle to us. They
wanted to make money off of us by giving us a
higher rate and financing or by making us buy an
extended warranty that we did not need to buy.

I was told by the dealership that over the weekend, the truck was sold, but wasn't taken off their website to when I called to see if it was still available during the week, it wasn't, but said it was.

They were great I liked out the red Toyota Tacoma . Jay was the salesman he sold me a truck Tacoma, with less miles 30,000 less ,2010 instead of a 06 1 owner / no acedents . I could not of had a better car buying experiance . Thank you Jarome Jay Walker. I looked at it applied online ,and as of 1/11/2019 I am driving my truck.

My initial experience with this dealership was a really good one. In fact I
bought a car. However, I've had the car for a whole 15 days and the check
engine light is coming on and it seems to be leaking and/or burning oil. Let
me be clear, I love this car, I just want to make sure it is going to last and that
my engine is not going to seize as I drive down the road, so I contacted the
dealership about having them take a look at the car. I have not even made
my first payment, so I did ask for the diagnostic to be free. I did purchase a
warranty so that would cover any fix, but they would not cover the diagnostic.
The manager flat replied that once it is driven off the lot they have no
responsibility. I believe I've been sold a car that may have some serious
flaws and they are not even a little helpful. I know legally they do not have to
do anything, but just in terms of customer service it seems like they could
diagnose the problem without charging me.

Dealer was up-front about some mechanical problems on the truck I was interested in. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not try to upsell me on something else. Would trust to do business with them anytime.

I test drove this Lincoln and a Ford f150. Got the Carfax on the ford. It had one accident report. I wanted to buy the Ford.. The salesman Denied that the Truck had been in an accident But they say they Carfax Dealership!
Nice People. Just disappointed they lied to my face!
One more life lesson.

Contacted dealer several times to gain additional information. Dealer would never respond and I would try to call, put on hold forever. Even called during middle of week and answering machine said they were closed. After finally reaching salesman, I was given information that was not accurate. Drove 400 miles to look at diesel truck that did not meet federal emissions after being told that it was good to go. What a wasted drive. So upset.

First, I did not purchase a vehicle. I called and inquired about the vehicle and was told it was available and set a date for a call back because I was going to be out of town. I called back on the appointed day and the person I talked to was not available so another person helped me and I arranged to drop by that afternoon. I was greeted and promptly given a copy of the CarFax. I inspected the car and loved the interior, but not the undercarriage. We did not make a deal, but I was treated respectfully when I told them I was not interested.

I went to the Dealer to test drive. When thy pull out the
new car from where it was parked, they run into my
personal car and caused minor body damage. They
buffed/ polished the scratch however minor paint and
frame scratches remain on the body. My overall
experience was not a good one.
