I was calling from out of state to look to purchase the vehicle based on the information provided by Cargurus. Michaleen at the dealership was very pleasant on our first phone Conversation. However I got radio silence from her and the entire team at this dealership afterwards. I then noticed the price of the vehicle increased on cargurus. Even after that I reached out to the dealership and no one called or emailed me back. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. False advertisement and terrible customer service.

Wasted my time by the car discussed wasn’t even there when I went to a scheduled appointment to see it. They could have told me this before I drove 40 minutes to go to the appointment. I bought a car the next day from a competitor.

Did not buy a vehicle from them, and wouldn't now. I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle, and told them specifically I wanted to test drive it. Drove 50 miles but was told I could not test drive it as it was being serviced. They said I could "look at it" and put a deposit on it. I said I would not do that without driving it. Then they told me that the price that was listed on Car Gurus was $2000 less than the actual price, as that did not reflect the "discount" for a trade-in. Gave me some crap story about how Car Gurus pulls the information incorrectly. I would have checked their website but in order to look at their inventory you have to enter in ALL of your contact information, including phone #. At the price they quoted the car was WAY overpriced. Sales manager said he would call me when the car was available to test drive, and I could drive another 50 miles, or I could put a deposit on it to hold it. Didn't offer me any compensation for gas. NO thanks! Shady

Service was terrible, had an appointment and still waited over an hour. Valued my trade in super low (ended up getting over double what they quoted me) and refused to let us finance with our credit union even though we had a pre approval letter in hand and were told on the phone it would be fine as long as we came prepared with the letter. We’ll never go back. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Walking away from that deal was the best decision I made.

I would not recommend this dealership at all. I test drove a Mercedes reviewed the numbers and agreed upon the listed price. Because I was paying cash and didn’t need the dealership to find me financing the sales manager Pete wanted to hike the price 1k we refused to accept a higher price because because we had cash. This place is greedy as hell and a pure joke. The sales manager has no experience in customer service to allow 30k to walk out the door because he want 1k

Take your business elsewhere. They don’t even try to sell to anyone. Was basically told lie after lie about how long the car had been on the lot and that my vehicle would be hard to say. They couldn’t budge 500 dollars to get to my financing. They don’t care about people trying to buy vehicles they just care about making money off you. Horrible. Will never go back

Came to see the car and as I was checking the car out a sales man completely walked past us and put the temp on the car and when I asked if the vehicle was sold he responded with a very smirky “YUP”. He could’ve at least been professional and polite and said I’m sorry this car is sold but there are many other nice options. And I did scan the lot and there were a couple of cars I liked but because of what he did I decided to take my business elsewhere

I initially emailed to cancel my appt because the interest rate was not acceptable. The salesman, Ryan Heston, responded stating he could get me a rate that was acceptable. So I kept the appt. The car I was interested in had some hail damage, when that was mentioned it fell on deaf ears. Then I was handed a paper with the rate and payments, the rate was not close to what I was told. I was angry that he was dishonest, in an attempt to lure me in hoping I would drive the car and take the bait. When I didn't his demeanor changed. I have not bought a new or used car from a dealership in over 20 years, after this experience, that trend will continue.

If I could give zero I would. Offered $228 for trade in on 2014 loaded Malibu. Yes has high mileage and I was the front car in a 3 car accident with slight rear ended damage bumper cover needed repainting which was done by a reputable car shop. Car still looks great. I took the trade in out of the equation to sell myself but still couldn’t deal with them paying their price. They evidently don’t want to sell a vehicle. Bought a year newer half the mileage exact vehicle down to the same color for $400 more. Very happy with the other dealer. This dealer wouldn’t even look at my pre approval. My advise go elsewhere. Better dealers out there who are more than happy to work with you on buying a car. And the dealer I did buy from found me a way better interest rate.

The dealer contacted me and was very nice and helpful, but after looking in to the vin of the vehicle I was interested in I found out it was a Canadian market vehicle. Yes the dealer offers their own warranty but the manufacturers warranty is voided by being sold out of country of origin. This can also complicate recalls. You may never get notifications for recall because the manufacturer thinks the vehicle is in another country entirely. I just feel like the dealers should stop buying these vehicles from out of country at auction. They should also be very transparent about what they are selling, especially coming from such a potentially harsh climate.

Be sure to read the fine print on their website advertising as it's worded to pull you in at one price when it's actually another. Then it also says "make us an offer!" which is BS as they act like they might accept your offer to get you in but then change their story to say they are 'under priced and just can't go lower, they are really giving you a great rock bottom deal!' Then after much back and forth and feeling like I've been gone over by a dirty used car sales man (Jeff) and having been told that they offer 2.3% financing, he comes back telling me the best financing he can offer me is 9% with my credit being 680, which is a good credit score and 9% apr is for people with BAD credit! And as I say I am going to try to go through my own bank to bypass the high APR, Jeff turns into more of a jerk and says he is now not going to fix the tailgate button that he earlier said it would be NO PROBLEM to fix! That was the deal breaker! Bad customer service 100%!!!!!!

After numerous emails back and forth with this dealership, we came in to see a vehicle and it was off site for a headlight repair and unavailable. We drove 40 minutes to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival internet sales manager did not recall our email exchanges and then claimed that other employees respond for him. First red flag was the claim of not remembering the email communications. Through our internet exchanges it was made clear that we were coming on the day we showed and he even requested that we ask for him upon arrival. Completely unprofessional that we weren’t notified that the vehicle would be off site and not to make the trip. This dealership will not receive our business and we will not refer others. I wouldn’t even give one star for the rating but you have to pick something in order to save your review.

My experience was terrible with this dealership. A man got ahold of me named Chris regarding the car. He seemed nice. We had to travel a couple hours away to this dealership and my fiancé spoke with him in detail prior to the rip on where we wanted payments to be and if was remotely possible after we were preapproved which Chris confirmed it was. We went a week without any contact from his end and we made several attempts to reach him to set up a time to come there. We got a call from another man named Joseph I believe and told us Chris had randomly quit without notice and didn’t pass anything along so that explained us not hearing back. So we made the trip to the dealership a few days later. I was fairly certain we were purchasing this vehicle and were told it would take less than an hour. For sake of running out of a room, we didn’t buy the car. It was a terrible experience. They don’t work with you no matter what, nor discount the vehicle flaw for broken features we found.

The dealer was quick to respond and talk on the phone prior to our 3 hour drive there. Everything went very smoothly. The vehicle was as described and what we expected. The wait time was a bit longer than expected for the paperwork as we were told 20-30 mins and it was well over an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful until you drive off their lot. A problem with our new vehicle 1.5 hours after purchase and getting anyone to talk to you is like pulling teeth. Currently unable to even drive our new vehicle due to the temperature as we have no AC and small children, with no indication as to when the part can be fixed. It is very frustrating when you make a big purchase and then you cannot get the person you worked with to return or answer your phone calls.

Dealer seemed ok til he contacted his GM about a vehicle I was looking to purchase I’m from NY and asked to leave a deposit the GM said they are not taking deposits on the vehicle but the interesting part was a week later the car dropped $3000 basically because it wasn’t selling

Terrible. I spoke to the dealer three times before driving over 2 hours to test drive a car. My husband took off work early, we got a sitter, and we struggled through rush hour traffic to get there on the night that the dealer was open until 8 p.m. Upon arrival, the car was not waiting for us to test drive. After waiting to speak to a sales person we found that the car was not on the lot, but instead at another lot in Herculaneum. I am so disappointed that the contact person at the dealership did not even bother to find out where the car was located before setting up an appointment for us to view it. I even told her we did not live in the area. We will not return.

This is a negative experience we must own and apologize for. The representative you talked to had an emergency and left the store early before she could check to see if the vehicle had been dropped off at this location - her Manager was out the day before sick, and did not see any notes. This was a huge mix up and mistake on our end. We are sorry, and all we can say is accidents happen, and we apologize. The vehicle will be delivered her today, and if there is anything we might be able to do to make up for it, we'd like to do so. Again, we are sorry.

This vehicle has a hard top that is conpketeky destroyed as well as a leaking transfer case. No wonder it's been for sale over a year. The salesman said, well it came from Herculaneum what do you expect they drive hard.

I've been calling this dealer for close to a month inquiring about a particular vehicle. Well, every time I call they say the car is for sale BUT....you can't see it because the owner's wife has it and it could be days before we can get it from her....Lol. To me, this is unprofessional. Just take the car off line and off the market until she's done driving it.

They would not deal on the price of their car and low balled us on the value of our trade in. We came in with 20,000 cash and the trade in of our 2004 Escalade. They only offered us $1600 for our escalade. Total slap in the face.

the young salesman, need little more training. He needs to know that taken pot-shots at the customer current car is NOT the way to make people at least me purchase a car. I wasn't approved for the car I wanted Rover Evoque. Not sure what credit report they was using that said I had a ZERO SCORE, but I went to Chrysler and was approved for a fully-loaded 2016 Chrysler 200.

Asked the sales person how much the truck could tow they did not have any idea. after talking to there manager they determine the truck could tow 10,000 Lbs. I informed the sales person my current truck which is gas motor towed more that that amount.

I was very interested in purchasing this. Vehicle. After realizing it had been sitting on there lot for almost 5 months I decided to make an offer on it. They wanted 27995. I went in offering cash for the truck even tho the check engine light was in but all they wanted to do was only take 500 off the price. Any were else I've gone when your paying cash they bargain more then 500 off. So guess the truck will sit there for another 5 months

Offered to pay full asking price for a truck. Drove 30 miles back to buy it. Asked that they clean it and fill the tank. They informed me they only put 20$ in used vehicles but for me they would do a 1/4 of a tank. A 40000$ truck!!! I'm in total shock! I did not purchase it. I own a small business and would not be in business if I treated my customers this way. Good luck to them!
