Buyer be aware..this dealer has good inventory and offers low prices but tries to nail you with bogus fees. Watch the worksheets as the taxes and fees are higher than actual and they will try to fool you.

The dealers on CarGurus advertise the vehicles but upon speaking to the representatives is totally different. They expect you to finance with them even if you’re pre- approved by the bank of your choice. They make it difficult to by unless you finance with them at their rate which is higher than the bank you have been approved by. Furthermore, even if you have the money to purchase the vehicle they will not provide you with the price it is advertised. They automatically give you a different purchase price.
It is so incredibly frustrating when they falsely advertised and attempt to cover the cost with customers who lack intelligence.
This particular vehicle has been at the dealer for over 4 months, could you explain why they would not consider a reasonable offer if they have the vehicle available. Totally unacceptable and frustrating for a customer. That is false advertising on their part.

Andy was beyond excellent — his customer service was outstanding. He guided me through the entire purchase process with patience and
professionalism. I was approved for my very first loan, and even though I wanted to keep my old car, he made sure I received support to take
it back home after completing the purchase.
This experience was far beyond my expectations. The dealership is a wonderful place to purchase a car, and the level of customer service I

The lady communicating via text and email is very responsive. After the contract information is sent to the sales department there is no follow up. This has happened several times with the dealership. Don't waste your time

Doral VW advertised a car for $57,895 and promised an additional $1,000 off over the phone, bringing it to $56,895. But once I arrived, I waited over an hour to see the car, and the price suddenly jumped well over $60,000 due to hidden fees like a forced security feature and a recon fee. When I questioned it, the finance manager blamed Cargurus for lowering the online price — which is unacceptable.
We walked out. Classic bait-and-switch. Avoid this dealership if you value honesty and transparency.

We want to clarify
Dealer refused to give me a build sheet describing vehicle features. When I asked
for a proposed invoice for the car, they added a lojak system, some kind of coating,
and unexplained "government fees" totaling almost $3,000. After text informing
therm that I no longer wanted to deal with me, I received a text that this was
"standard language" whatever that means. I then told them to stop contacting me
but continued to be bombarded with unwanted texts. Finally had to block their
number.
Reviewing previous negative ratings from others, Im sure a boilerplate response
will follow my review. I would recommend never purchasing remotely from these
guys, have your car inspected by another qualified party prior to purchase, and be
sure to ask for final invoice for inspection well ahead of closing.

After several attempts to get some answers on a Jeep that was priced too good to be true, I finally gave up and
bought from another dealer. It was as if they were trying to hide an issue. Had they just been honest, and I knew
what I was dealing with, I most likely would have moved forward.

They told me the car was available, made me fill out an application, ran my credit, and made my credit go down just for them to tell me the car was already practically sold to someone else. Very unprofessional. Do a better job in saying how things are.

The worst experience we have ever had. Nobody talked to us about the offer they made us, it wasn’t acceptable to us, but there was no discussion. Called several times the next day, nobody returned our calls. Then we got a couple messages from different people to call them, we called and they weren’t available, and never returned our calls.
We’re going to write a bad review on this dealership, recommending not doing business with them.

Salesmen Ismael was very very good . Service from the salesmen Ismael was exceptional until i got into the
Finance guys office. Finance guy not good at all Tried to charge more then agreed upon price. He had the price wrong
presented the paper work with a higher price three times so we did not sign until the pricing was all correct as agreed upon
before entering the finance guys office. The paperwork they give you on a USB drive it did not have all the
paperwork on the drive. Trying for 5 days to have someone
who can help me get the paperwork needed for what i had paid for no luck so far in having any response from
anyone who can help . Just leave messages with who we can get on the phone. They can never transfer me or
give me the information direct number of who is the correct person to talk to is

Terrible place to buy, Their feet is not worth the cost of the car and the customer service is the worse. I spent 5 hours at the dealer getting the vehicle they dont care they just make you wait. My car key was incomplete and the manager won't answer your call once you buy. Also they have sale people that don't know nothing about car. Withing 24hrs of buying my car I regretted. Go somewhere else.

I didn’t end up with this car. I did end up getting a brand new car. The service was absolutely fantastic and they bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Gabino and Dantony did so fantastically that If I or anyone else I know need a car I would send them their way.
