Rip-off con artists! Love to have lots of add-on charges. The price they list cars at is set low to draw interest, but they have add on charges galore in order to up the price nearly an additional $6,500 on a used vehicle. Lucky I did my homework on add-on charges and additional charges dealerships like to add in the financing office. My advice to anyone is to watch videos with previous sales people advising people how not to get ripped off and how to negotiate.

The Sales manager made an offer only to walk it back after speaking with the owner. The car had a cracked bumper they would not discount as well. A wasted trip for us.

These people have no reason to be in business. I asked for a detailed list of all the fees itemized, multiple times, and they refused. Charging $1,800 for LOJACK and over $1,500 of fees is absolutely insane. I will never buy a car from a dealer in Florida if they continue to rip off the consumer with junk fees.

People listen to me ! This is hands down the worst, sketchiest dealership I have ever dealt with. In my opinion they are scammers. The price you see them advertise is nowhere near the out the door price. They bait you with a low price then add on all of the see bogus , made up fees to inflate the price almost $4,000 ! At least this happen in my case. I was negotiating over the phone and the finance guy gets in the phone and argues with me saying I have to pay THEM the property taxes on the car. I explained to him that in my state, I pay my own property taxes and asked if he even knows what they are.( Which he didn’t) . I explained that I was willing to pay the sales tax and their doc fee, but none of those other bogus fees. He then yelled at me and told me it was non-negotiable and then gave the phone back to the sales guy ( who actually was a nice guy.) They wasted hours of my time, just for them not to follow through. Run from this dealership! Bad Bad news !!

I called them. I said I wanted to pay cash. They said ok. I asked them to send me a quote. It was around 6k more than the website price, because of the fee. I show up in the store and asked them how we can reduce price. They said they can’t. So why you are asking me to go into your place and waisted an hours to check the car, test drive and then in the end you can not remove a lojack which one I don’t need. Total waste of my time.

I loved the price for a 24 integra but once they sent over the out the door price, it ballooned by $6,000. You are supposed to expect, 899. Processing fees and 1300 in taxes. I purchased from another dealer that wasn't shady.

I was highly disappointed as two associates stated the vehicle was available and after a hour drive the sales representative started the vehicle was sold the day prior and the sales associate are not located on the premises.

The car was exactly what I wanted, but their pricing was very deceptive. The price of the 2024 Acura Integra with tech was $28,995 which was incredible. I agreed with that immediately. Most dealers only add a typical processing fee near $1,000 and tax which was going to be around 1300. They added a $2999.00 reconditioning fee and another random tax of $944 that didn't make sense. Adding $4,000 to the price of the car completely unexpected. Be careful buyers.

The dealership listed a vehicle on multiple websites stating 66,000 for this vehicle they then after I got approved to buy it told me that they made a mistake and it’s 72,000 now so now they want me to negotiate from a price that it was not originally my interest it’s a pretty snake move and I would like to speak to somebody in upper management and when I say upper management, I mean the top

Just an automated email. I requested information but only received automated emails with no information each time. By that point I could not remember the description of the Lexus vehicle. I was inquiring about the interior color. The automated email showed Acaras of which was not my request.

If I could give this dealer a 0 star I would. Let me start by saying that I drove 4 hours from Orlando to Miami confident that I would be buying this car due to the pictures that I’ve seen. After going back & fourth with the sales guy Rafael, he told me that he will hold the car for me. As soon as I got there they had the car pulled up out front for me and I took it for a test drive, but this is where the problems began. I had a few friends of mine that are car enthusiasts and also one being a mechanic and we started noticing a lot of red flags about the car that were clearly mis leading buy hiding them in the photos on the website. I understand a used car could have some cosmetic issues but clearly there was more wrong with it. The car clearly had flood damage by the previous owner but was fixed by themselves, so it could not be reported on the Carfax. Rafael was very rude, and the Manager was misleading about the car. If you go there be careful. Scammers ⚠️
