Lies lies lies. Just so people are clear, it is perfectly legal to buy something over the phone and out of town. Don’t let them lie to you. Worked in car sales for a decade and did it many times. When you ask for photos and the CARFAX, they say good luck and hang up on you. Not willing to work with anyone, and extremely rude. Told on the phone first time if we don’t send them money right now it will be gone tomorrow. Waited a week to call back…guess what? Still on their lot. Glad I didn’t make the mistake of buying something from these guys who clearly only have their interest in mind.

These people do not have good customer service. They took my 500 dollars to hold the car. Ran my credit for over a week. Verified every single thing that I might have in my name. Then didnt know how to get my deposit back to me. Go elsewhere.

I recently purchased an SUV. When I purchased it, they told me the only thing wrong with it was an emissions sensor. That was just a small drop in the bucket of what needed fixed. I had it checked out after I purchased it. It needed new sway bars for the suspension plus the emissions sensor and new brakes. So I had those fixed. Then a week later, the engine started leaking oil and transmission fluid. So I took it to the mechanic again. Long story short, I needed new oil pan gaskets which parts are cheap but labor is very expensive. They had to remove the entire engine to replace those gaskets. I had to buy a whole new transmission as well. Donny Mills Auto didn't care when I called, they just told me the vehicle was sold as/is. So I'm stuck with paying $7,800 in repairs for a vehicle that is only worth $5,000. So I actually paid 1.5 times the value of the vehicle just to make it drivable. If I were to do it again, I would find another dealer.

Great place to buy a used car

The salesperson couldn’t give us any information on this vehicle. Even though it was on their website and on CarGurus it was not available yet.

The car was as good as advertised. We purchased the vehicle and I am waiting for the final paperwork to come through so that we can get the permanent tag. The car really only had one problem, the passenger window did not work. They knocked off $150.00 off the sale price and I believe it was a very fair deal. The car was priced right and they did a good job making the process easy. Happy with our purchase!!! Great job Donny Mills Auto Sales!!! Thank you!!!

They say that they buy up vehicles and that the vehicles sit in storage for a while...like almost a year. I'm sorry but to me that doesn't look good on this site. On top of that the attitude I received was that the sales staff could care less if the sell anything. Wow!

I actually had a decent experience here, I was not pushed to do anything, had space to check out vehicle as I pleased and the gentlemen working was always within earshot distance when I wanted a key to look at vehicle. I did not buy, I was looking for a truck. Unfortunately there wasn’t much in the lot for leather and or some other upper trim models of anything. One of the trucks also had a dead battery, looks like the terminals were just corroded. I advise you simply know what your looking for when shopping for used car here as it doesn’t seem like they go through any intensive inspections.

They had maybe 65 cars on a very small lot. Typical used car lot experience - shabby-looking guy greets you and then hovers while you look around. Vehicles all appeared to have been auction bought. They were nicely cleaned and detailed, but mechanically they were problematic. We tested two jeeps. One felt extremely wobbly while driving. “They’re all like that,” the salesman said. Upon closer inspection we noticed one of the tires had gone almost flat. We got out of there as fast as we could.

I was only approached by a lot guy. Looked at 4 trucks but never saw a salesman.

When I got there to see a 2006 Ram 1500 advice on line, i was told truck was not in lot. They have not receive truck yet. Upsetting when you drive 1.5 hrs. I was told the truck should be there in 1 to 2 weeks. Besides that the sales man was helpful.

It was a uniform email that had a link to the dealership but no real information about the vehicle. I got the same information on carguru. But it was quick

Misled in aspects of the transaction. They stated that they had two Sparks on the lot when in fact they did not. They tried to sell me one that was twice as much as I Was willing to pay. Totally dishonest dealership!

Salesman were very polite and didn't try to hide the condition of the vehicles we looked at. The problem was they were not in good shape and not worth the asking price. Buyer beware.

I did not buy a car from Donny Mills but was very pleased with the follow up and information.

I went down to the dealership, test drove a car, and filled out an online loan application. I called repeatedly for several days, but fortunately because of the SOLD notification by CarGurus, I was emailed by them that the car was sold. Still haven’t heard from the dealership. I guess my money or business isn’t welcomed. Very unprofessional.

Guy on lot named heath wanted to lie directly to my father and I and tell us that all Ford Focus’ rattle , this car was a rattle machine and you will get a butt massage every time you accelerate. My father has sold cars at a larger dealership and also drove a focus for many years. This was outright annoying at how rude he was and his arrogance cost him any potential future business

Beware! Wouldn’t suggest any sales at this lot. Jeep had beyond bald tires on vehicle when asked if it has some kind of front end issue his comment was they are just old tires. Then vehicle had NO A/C. They buy at auction clunkers and try to sell w/o doing any repairs to make vehicle safe to even test drive. Go else where car shoppers!!!!!

Salesman Joe from Jersey was good dude.. but when it came down to pricing they had mandatory $999 dealer fee on a $2000 car.. ridiculous!!.. GM was arrogant and I walked out... found another car on different lot.. average dealer fee I found was $250....

Very professional, the car was as described on site and we purchased vehicle.

Had mixed messages from sales people. Said everything works great, then talked to someone else and they said it had issues with the audio. The another said the audio doesn't work at all, and then said well it kinda works sometimes. I decided to buy else where sense they didn't know anything about the car on there own lot. I was trying to get information on the car by phone because I live over an hour away.

Received a brief response with no detailed explanation. Also sent some Carfax info. Was way off my autos' trade in value. Would have bought this Jeep if more reasonable in that respect. I sense this dealership prefers cash deals instead of trade in deals.

Drive for over 100 miles to look at vehicle. Not impressed with his stock. Didn't take time to even clean vehicle. Had check eng lite on, brake lite on. No big deal, he said. No warranty, not even an offer to check these things out . Would not Shop here again!

What kind of car dealer advertises vehicles that aren't even available for sale, and not even the slightest apology for the wasted trip ? BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE !!!!

Dealer kept insisting the Carfax was on their site but I was not finding the link. For some reason, when I accessed using Chrome, it did not show up. But I then used Firefox and was able to access the Carfax report. However, when I advised the dealer I couldn't access or find it, I never received any response.

Two casual guys with no pressure were helpful when needed. I bought a different car from them at a good price .

I emailed them and said I was interested in a car. They responded and said that I should come over and drive it. So I went and when I got there I found that the car hadn't arrived there yet and they had never actually seen it. They tell me come back in a week or so. Well, I drove for over an hour to see that car and will not again!

The dealer claimed the truck was in sound mechanical condition. And that they only sell quality used vehicles. They parked the truck close to a wall and I did not see the tires on that side. The sidewall of one of the tires was severely cracked and the ply stock was showing, and they said nothing about it. Knowing I had to drive the truck almost a 100 miles. And there was no spare. Less than 200 miles after I purchased the truck, I had to have the transmissiontotally rebuilt. The rear seal was also in need of repreplacement, and the U joints had to be replaced. Total cost $3, 073. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. I recommend staying away and save your money.
