I was so pleased with the correspondence I received from Done Deal Auto Sales. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and on point. I highly recommended this dealership.

just a bunch of liars. they keep me waiting for days and I calling them like 3 or 4 times a day. after 5 days they tell me that i was approved but the car i was applaying for was already sold. they could have told me days ago and i ask them about the car and they told me car was still in the lot every time i call them.

They were awesome I did go by their and they took care of my needs very well.

They tried to get me to do a deal outside of car guru and they seemed a bit shady whenever I contacted them they told me different things. And then they wanted my bank password through some webpage to get approved. I did not feel comfortable with any of this and I did and that buying a car from them.

Unethical People!! First off the prices on this site ARE NOT THE REAL PRICES!! They will tell you they are when you call, but luckily I read the credit application before they submitted it.. This car is listed at $21,999 but the real going price for it is over $26,000!! They lied about the down payment and Guaranteed me I would leave in the vehicle I chose and of course I didn’t.. Sold my vehicle to someone and all based from our communications and their salesmen GUARANTEEING me I would leave in the car I chose!! All the cars are dirty and weathered which means they have been sitting for a while approach this place with extreme caution to be honest you shouldn’t even approach cause I’m definitely contacting The BBB for all these unethical practices they are using

When I went to Done deal auto sales they had all kinds of cars. I was looking something sporty but not too expensive. When I looked at one of the cars it caught my eye and it was exactly what I wanted for the longest time. Now I drive a 2010 Acura with nice rims and leather seats. I am happy with my choices and knowing that Done Deal had what I want when I didn’t know what I wanted.

Contact and appointment setting was fine. The vehicle I came to see was not cleaned/detailed, though having been on the lot for almost 90 days, per the Cargurus website. In the condition that it was in, I asked to negotiate the price and see what the dealership would do to get the car safe before purchase but the salesperson was more interested in having me look at other cars that I was basically settling for instead of my first choice. He also threw a veiled insult at the vehicle I was currently driving, trying to come across as being funny. Overall, I should not have taken more time looking at any other vehicles.

My initial phone call soon as I said what car immediately how u paying for it? The biggest issue they tried to sell me a flood car. I order an inspection from Lemon squad, this car was very bad. I Lost $200 but saved me $16K. They kept trying get me in before report was finished I refused. The sales lady was nice and professional so no issue there. I was able to drive the vehicle so no issue there. The power window driver side would not let passenger window. Initially they agreed to fix it. When came time for inspection they refused and said it was sold as is. Also the two rear tires were gone 2/32 totally bald. They were nice people just not honest.YOUU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I was contacted by the internet sales agent at the dealership. She immediately asked how I would be paying for the car, which was off-putting since I had not seen or been invited to see the car. If I were to walk into a grocery store, or any store, and immediately have a salesperson ask me how I planned to pay, I would walk out. I asked for an autocheck or carfax report prior to making any appointments, since I dont have a vehicle and it is expensive getting to and from the dealiership - I want to be sure there arent any dealbreakers in advance. She replied about a day and a half later that it is on their website - didnt provide a link - but I checked the site and there was no link to carfax or autocheck for this vehicle. My followup regarding the car history report went ignored. I was left with the impression they had no interest in my business, which is confirmed by the fact that I have not heard from them again.

I called the dealership on 10/18 and was given an appointment to see this vehicle on 10/19 @ 2:30. I show up for my appointment, and was told that they have taken the car back to auction because the engine was not working. My question was why did someone not tell me that the car was no longer available before I PAID someone to bring me there?

I was contacted by Lang who briefly discussed the vehicle with me. She told me when I was ready to talk more to contact her and even sent me a link to check out financing options. It showed they monitor their internet traffic and respond in a timely manner.

They had me fill out a application and never got back with me.

They contacted me about 3 times, to come in and test drive the vehicle, but Houston was out of my range.

I called twice that I was going to test drive the vehicle.. I go,, upon turning on the car,, it has check engine light on,, a/c did not work and cracked window.. While driving off,, the car did not run smooth and the more 1 drove it,, the worse the car felt ‍♀️‍♀️ We left..

Ronald told me he would fix what he said was the ball joints but he conveniently didn’t put it on paper and said he would have to print everything over which was just too much but promised to fix it, he never did now I have to come off money for diagnostic and car repair. I’m a single mom of 4 and I’m devastated because I spent all I had. He told me he was a single dad but obviously he didn’t give a care about my kids! I wouldn’t recommend because they only want to make a quick sale Period!!!!!

Over the phone I spoke with Damien to find out information... I got beyond good service.... Inwas promptly contacted within 24hrs..... I will be buying a car from this lot wether or not the one I want is there ..... If they have customer service like this can't wait to actually see the cars in person

Very genuine, honest and down to earth. The people I dealt with appeared to really want to help get their customers into cars that were good fits both economically and aesthetically. I was told they would try to wait for me to get a deal to go through on an X3 and they kept their word. That goes a long way with me for customer service.

The Dealer was fair and up front about the car. However, we decided to purchase another vehicle from that same dealer. We ended up buying a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, and we're pleased with the car. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.
