Everyone was so helpful and made the deal go so effortlessly. I drove 5 and 1/2 hours to pick up the car with my trade and was in and out of there in less than an hour everything went smooth and everyone was great!!!!!

Was a waste of time. The car was at auction already because it was too overpriced. I asked what type of price they could offer to make it a fair deal and they wouldn’t work with pricing so it was a waste of time for everyone

The salesman was nice in the beginning but when he realized there more customers asking about the same truck, he was rude, rushing and don’t waste any seconds just to talk with me and he close the file and he said that’s is I got nothing for you . I left immediately and I regretted I drove one hour for that dealership

Already sold the vehicle.

Bought the 05 Dodge Ram truck but after waiting a over an hour we were told they would have to fedx us the title.after many days of calling the dealer and no response we were contacted by manager. Jason Dunham in which he stated they messed up and would have to take the truck back.In a nutshell the truck was traded in without having both signatures on the title, then sold it to me after I paid them gave me a transfer of tile and sent me on my merry way. I had to give the truck of my dreams back. Check their rating and decide for yourself.

We enjoyed our shopping experience. Salesperson, Emilie, was courteous, professional and personable. The Sales Manager was also accommodating! Drove a long way to make the purchase but we feel the drive was worthwhile! Would recommend this dealership!

Some consultants were great like Jessica Chapman, but other consultants seemed really hungry for a good review. I asked for my car to be detailed and they said they would detail it and they failed to do that. When confronted, they only cleaned the spots I pointed out and not the whole car. The sales manager tried to tell me that because of where I was from, they do detailing jobs different compared to North Carolina. There was also a paint scratch on the driver side mirror that wasn’t there a few days ago. They had over 4 hours to get the job fixed and couldn't get it done. It was as if just because the car was a used car and not a real car, they treated it differently. Even though I was told the car was “certified pre-owned”, it definitely didn’t feel that way.

I don't usually so This sort af thing but... These guys (and ladies) were awesome! I drove from Wilmington and they worked with me as long as it took to make it happen. All the staff were very friendly, the facility was very modern and clean. We sat around and talked about life and whatnot, while I was waiting the paper work. Jessica was an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, sales person. As well as the whole staff that I worked with. Not sure what the bad reviews on here are about, cause I was very happy with me buying experience. The car was nicer, cleaner, and better priced than a same year/make/model at other, lager dealerships. To sum up, the staff was great, the car was great, and the facilities were great... So I guess I know where I'm buying my next car.

I'm pretty satisfied with the level of serves they provided to us. They gave us a car report, they were answering questions. If they didn't know something they would find out it. And we were able to get a better deal on the car we liked.
