Basically, the sales man stopped communicating with me. Wary to purchase from this dealer moving forward.
Not overly impressed. Used sale mgr tried to tell me how trade-in value was down another $1500 but when the shop guy took me out to show me issues he said it only costs a few hundred for fixes. Lack of responsiveness also caused a truck to be sold that I was interested in and would have purchased so I went elsewhere.
They were very prompt in their responses. Was willing to dig deep to find all facts on the vehicle I was inquiring about. The reason for three stars is when I decided the vehicle wasn’t for me. They still tried to push it on me. Very terrible listening skills when a customer says no. Wish they would’ve spent more time finding a different vehicle instead of trying to convince me to buy the one I didn’t want.

Very responsive - just a bit too far away from us.
I called about 2 Ford Rangers an 02 and an 03.
The salesman told me he couldn't tell me much about them until they cleaned them up and went over them. That was before closing time on a Saturday and he said he would see what he could find out and call me Monday. He didn't call so I called them and was told they were sold. I am not impressed.

I had a small email exchange with the internet sales people for contact. While looking into a Ram Promaster van I wanted to know if they (Don K) would install a second row seat into the Promaster. As many know, FCA doesnt sell the van with more than first row seating. The salesman stated he would look into if it was possible. I explained the process but if they were unable, lacked knowledge, etc... I would do it myself. After being told he was checking into the liability I declined further contact.
My opinion, they lacked knowledge in the vehicle I was looking at, and, unwilling to admit that fact made excuses. I detest dealerships generally for this reason. They will lie about most aspects of anything. I dont believe I will consider shopping with Don K in the future.
My experience with this dealership was beyond disappointing. I was told by two separate salesman and the general manager that because of fraud I would not be able to purchase this suv online and would have to fly to Montana in the middle of a pandemic to sign paperwork. I, In frustration reached out to the general manager explaining to him that it would be impossible for me to do that. I first contacted them around May 28, 2020 inquiring on the vehicle and wanting to make an immediate purchase. I was not contacted until it was too late and the vehicle was sold June 11, 2020, after speaking to the GM days earlier he assured me that he would call me back to give me an updated status on the possibility of financing via zoom or another platform to verify identity. Keith the GM never called me back, instead having a salesman call me to inform me that the car had been sold. As a woman shopping for a car, it is never a pleasant experience. Extremely disappointing!!

Hi Lisa, this is Kevin the General Manager. I'm sorry I didn't explain to you clearly enough why we couldn't sell you a vehicle without ever seeing you in person. In the past we did financing for a customer and sent them the vehicle without ever seeing them. The customer never paid the bank and we were left paying for the vehicle that was valued around $95,0000. We never were able to get back our vehicle so we lost a large amount of money. Dirk and Josh, were very kind and helpful. We were able to figure out everything over the phone and by the time I drove the 4 hours there everything was pretty much taken care of. Dirk even spent time showing me what all the features did in the car before I left on the 4 hour drive home. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful and they seem to care about the customers and wanting to work with you to get the best deal. I highly recommend them. It was worth the drive.

Don K replied with an internet offer of 23475 good for 7 days (assuming rebates). When I called, the price then became 27500 and oh gee I'm sorry but the rebates expired. The rebates only accounted for about half the price difference too... Each time they replied the price went up for a 2017 Colorado with a year and a half depreciation. The original add listed 24000+/-, as you can see now the cargurus add says its 26497 (as of 17 Feb 2018), as cited above,when I called it jumped to 27500. Then I get an email saying the rebates have been extended but the price never went back to the original "with rebates" listing, nor did they ever even ask to see what rebates I might qualify for. I called their cards on their ever moving price and received several condescending responses ....Something is ROTTEN at this dealership! Buyer beware if your dealing with them. If you had a negative 5 star rating , Id use that but I guess I'm limited to a one!

Don K sent information right back to me. I bought the car I was interested in.
The price did change from the advertised price as a document fee was
added. Don K did reduce this to their minimum fee however that didn't
happen until several phone calls later. There was no movement on price in
my favor, as it was explained to me, they list their lowest price and do not
move from there ( except to add a doc. fee). It took about an hour to drive
away with the car once I got to the dealership.
