After an initial contact with a salesperson who I felt was rude, the sales manager, customer service manager and the general manager reached out to me. When I walked in Max Salas greeted my wife and I, offered to change the course of my first impression. Drove off in a beautiful Bronco Raptor, 2024, Black and extremely low mileage. Absolutely horrible! Made a deal with this dealer remotely. Put a DEPOSIT on the truck I wanted. Let them know what day I was coming in to sign for MY truck. The morning I was to come in they sold the truck from under me. Absolutely no integrity here. Snakes! Will never deal with them.

Abby was very prompt in helping setup an appointment for Monday. Marcus was extremely helpful and professional during the transaction. He also helped facilitate a minor repair before keys were given. In house financing was a breeze thanks to Brad.

My overall experience at Russell and Smith was horrible. 1st they refused to honor my XPlan pricing, yes I know it’s dealers desertion, but typical limited to higher end limited inventory units not A XLT trim basic model! 2nd they tried to add a $5000.00 market adjustment to the MSRP! At this point I kindly exited the inside of the dealership and was met in parking lot by the GM (was it really? lol) who tried to tell me he could sell the vehicle I was looking at auction for more money then the outrageous marked up price they showed me. I kindly replied “then I would sell it at auction then so you don’t waste any other customers time“. The “GM” then said if he could change the $5000.00 market adjustment to $3995.00 would I buy it. I told him I wouldn’t buy it at MSRP or from them period! 3rd they also added a $4000.00 vehicle protection package. I was also told the sales manager shouldn’t have done what he did to make my experience horrible. Well it’s to late for that and if the “GM” h

Great dealer that responded within less than 5 minutes for the car. Gave me more for my trade-in. I saw that one of the tires needed to replace and without hesitation they put a new tire. They really are great with helping get the finances in order and I was out with the Mustang that same day! Would actually recommend this kind of dealership! And most likely will do business with them in the future.

Every person was great and helpful. One person in particular stood out my Sales rep Brooklyn Long was very helpful and a determining factor for which I proceeded with my purchase at Russell &Smith Ford. She understood my needs and knew exactly to meet them. Thank you for such a great experience and made my car purchasing fun ...something we all expect but rarely experience.

Originally this vehicle was less that what is advertised. I had set up an appt to test drive the vehicle and already was pre-approved by one of my creditors. When I pulled up Kevin came out and greeted me. When I informed him that I had an appt for a test drive and what vehicle I was going to test drive he gave me the bad news. The vehicle was priced incorrectly and was more expensive than was posted on the website. He then brought in a vehicle that had all the same features and was the same year but it was a different color and had 20k more miles. The price was about the same and after I test drove the vehicle I fell in love with it. After that it was all about what I wanted my payment to be. Kevin made the whole process easy and painless. Overall a great experience. My only gripe was that I wasn't told the vehicle was priced incorrectly until I got there

They called/texted/emailed me about 20 times the first day. I set up an appointment to view the vehicle & offer a deposit to hold it for 2 days. They say, no need, no one else is looking at it. Then I request pictures of the vehicle & get crickets. Then I get a call that says the vehicle is sold. At least I didn’t drive the three hours to look at some crap from these incompetent weasels. Probably buy from anywhere except here.

Derek Sasser was great. Finance manager Charles assist quickly. Being Derek was recently hired his sales team guided him . Great Team work. The salea manager td me they could repair a dent and redo film from tinted windows and later lied but it after we signed.

Dealer followed up and was very professional. I drove in and test drove the truck. I liked the ease of being able to drive the truck without a lot of salesman hassle. I didn't end up buying the truck but liked the experience.

Awesome experience. Emailed them on Thanksgiving day around 12pm got a reply by 3pm same day (SHOCKER) Followed up the next morning. Sales Professional Amir Pari Zangeneh was outstsnding assisted us from start to finish. No pressure or arm twisting was in & out in about an hour. Nice dealership

They were a little confused on whether the vehicle was available or not. And it was confusing since I was contacted by two different people with two different stories regarding the vehicle. They were pushy on getting me to the dealership which unfortunately is the norm.

Sent me pictures of the vehicle 2 hours after I test drove it, in fact in the parking spot we parked it in?! They also sent me the same email every day for 4 days asking me if this was a good email address to send information and pictures about the car I ALREADY test drove. They need help with Communicating to potential customers. I bought another vehicle elsewhere

Told me the truck was there. Drove 45 minutes to dealer and nobody can find the truck on the lot. After waiting for about an hour. They just apologize and say that it must have gone to auction. Salesman just walked away after that. Didn't even try to show me anything similar that they did have in stock.

Called dealer about this truck they said it was sold later found out it was not sold. Bought a chevy.

They responded promptly, we're very helpful and not pushy, but the truck I inquired about sold to someone who was looking at it when we communicated.They quickly let me know afterward that this person had purchased the truck, and offered to help me with a similar model.

the truck had already been sold a week prior to them answering our request but told us the truck was still available when it really wasn't just to get us in the door

The car I called about already "had a contract on it" when I called them, but reappeared in a day with a price that was $1000 higher. When I called and told the young lady that it appeared to be the same car only at a higher price she quickly told me it had been sold. Doesn't that sound like bait and switch? I would not think of dealing with them.

Horrible, they tried to rip me off by making me over pay on the vehicle. They got 3 guys to try and make me buy it and on top of that they said one of my vehicles I wanted to trade in was only worth 2000 when it is over 40,000. Waste of gas and time

Worst experience salesman Stephen asked for my debit card to hold the car! I have never heard of that. Wasted time and gas car was sold while we were on the way to purchase it and he didn't answer our calls to tell us.

Bad customer service plus sales manager and finance manager play way to many games went to dealership with 50k and a 2013 trade for a dually truck they wouldn't do the deal and let me walk out the door with my 50k. I went to Dallas to a dealer and got the deal done. For 47k. I wouldn't do business with Russell & Smith bad dealership.

Very fair deal on the car. Transparent and easy to work with. They are privately owned and gave us loads of attention and consideration. Did not get the sell vibe at all. They were quick to respond and delivered to the letter on everything they promised. We bought used and got an amazing deal. Can't believe we lucked out! Very good people. We definitely will return.

No complaints, I stopped here a couple weeks ago to test drive a Ford Fusion. The salesperson was helpful and friendly and offered to provide me with X-plan pricing on vehicles that I emailed to him. I never followed up.

This is a dealership to stay away from. The sales team will promise everything; but the service department is truly totally bad. Don't expect warranty claims to be honored with this company. Ford is a great product and there are a lot of other dealerships in Houston to purchase from. Do yourself a favor and eliminate a lot of heartburn. Purchase from someone else.

These people did not seem ready for me even though they made sure they knew I was coming. Called me before hand and I call them beause I was running a little late. I made an appointment with someone but when I got there he was busy and several saleman said they worked with him and they could help me. I worked in sales for years and had other people took my appointments and leads. I wanted to speak with only the person I had the appointment with. Finally they told me that the person I had the appt. with was the internet manager and he finally came out and one of the salemen finally brought the car around I was interested in. I did not care for this car so they tried to show me several others. None would work for what I needed. The internet mgr. called several times later, but it appeared he did not remember what I was looking for as he suggested cars that did not meet my needs.
