Had a very bad experience with this dealer I bought a Chevy truck made a deal with them. They couldn’t fix certain details. They promise to fix when made the deal. Didn’t drop the price on the total amount of the truck and couldn’t even make it right on something that cost Under $200. Very petty of a dealership not to keep a customer happy but for sure lost a good customer I don’t recommend anybody to buy from this Rinky dinky dealer ship in Long Beach.

I got several calls to come see the car. I made an appointment to see the car the next day. I got a call at 8:00 pm that night saying the car will be ready. Halfway to dealership text said Sorry car is not at dealership, They will contact me when car is up for sale again. Then hour later Juan call & said the car is there right in front of him. Don't know what happened or why but they lost a buying customer. Unprofessional, un organization, Bait & switch

Kool salesman but the Durango RT just was not a good looking truck for the price! And the owner wasn't trying to lower the price for nothing on that dented up ride! So I walked away happy

I got an alert on here that the price dropped on a vehicle I had on my wishlist so I put in a approval application it even gave me a option to pick that exact vehicle after I spoke with them and we set a time to come seethe car they told me it was sold over a week ago. This was after they already ran my credit... Not judging them personally I might still work with them but bad first impression and I wouldn't trust their online postings...

My experience with Divine Auto Mall in Fontana was very gratifying. A no pressure test drive with Larry followed by a no pressure sales experience with JJ quickly followed. JJ was patient, knowledgeable, highly professional, and a real gentleman. He was able to manage a 1% interest rate reduction on the finance charge, and charged less than the Car Gurus listed retail price. I’m pleased to know I got a good deal on my “new” 2019 Smart Fortwo EQ. Yes, I would recommend a visit to Divine Auto Mall for your next used car purchase

The sales person didn’t know anything about the vehicle. I asked questions why the car engine sounds the way it did, why the tire Jack was missing, what was the history of the car and always the answer was “I don’t know”.

Came out here to view a subaru they had for sale. I informed them I was an hour out they said it wasn't a problem and to come down. When I got there it was being worked on, they said I could get in and start it but couldn't drive it. Then they began to show it to another couple when it was my appointment to come and look at it. The couple was taken aback and even said they didn't want to be rude but the salesman insisted it was fine.

I should have listened the bad reviews, its on point. The infiniti qx56 had major body damage (not mentioned on the ad), then parts are coming off as we were inspecting the car, fresh glue marks and car was dirty!!!! Power mirrors and gears were not working. Granted we made an appointment and when we showed up the sales person was confused and didnt know what to do...terrrible!. He kept saying i dont know.. Wasted our time...listen to the reviews and stay away...I gave it a chance and boy!!!! I was burned.

Down to earth, low pressure and great to work with. These guys don't tack on a lot of extras when it comes time to sign the papers and were very up front. They had no problem with me taking the car to my mechanic for an inspection. I worked with Larry and he was great.

If I could give fewer stars I would. I went to test drive this vehicle and booked that the fuel indicator was on empty. When I mentioned this to the sales person I was told, "don't worry, if you buy it, we'll fill it up". Them upon beginning my test drive, a warning light came on, on the dash. After the sales person accused me of pushing the trunk button(which I had not) and having me pull over so he could make sure the trunk was closed(it was), I drove directly back to the dealership. The test drive was around the block. When we returned, he went into the office fo speak to his manager and I went to explain to my husband what had happened since he waited there. The manager approached my husband and only spoke to him, stating" hey Boss! You want to drive it Boss? We'll fix it quick." My husband declined stating, "No, this is her car". We then left the dealership and I will never return.

This Tahoe needs a lot of work . The first time I went to see this dealer , the vehicle was not there. It was at the shop for a smog . so they had me look at another Tahoe that had been there for over 200 days. the truck made noise. This white Tahoe when I went to look at it had a button busted for the back window lift gate . the step pad was coming off . The engine was making a ticking noise , sounds like the valves are bad . Well when I was driving it the check engine light came on during the test drive. When we finished the test drive they wanted me to come in a talk numbers .. I told them there's no way this car has to many issues . The vehicle wasn't even clean . Dust and foot prints on the ceiling of the vehicle ..very disappointed.. Beware!!!!

Got a callback the same day I sent them some questions. I told them I'd be in the area the following weekend and got a nice pair of calls inviting me to come and visit the dealership and look at the van in question. Very responsive and welcoming....

I'm from AZ and saw this particular Chevy Tahoe at A&A Auto that my family and I were looking for, since we are expecting another child and need the extra room. The color and year and price was perfect so I was very much interested with working with this dealership to purchase this truck. Since I would be heading to CA within the next few weeks to visit family, I figured let's try for the truck now. I dealt with a salesperson named Esmeralda. She gave me what I believe was her personal number and said that I could contact her regarding the truck. After being reassured that the dealership does do business with neighboring states, I was prompted to do the online application for the truck. We did the application and I let Esmeralda know through text that we completed and submitted the application. Esmeralda text back in a timely manner saying she would check the status and to give her a "sec." That sec lasted days. I had to continuously keep texting her about the status of our application and sometimes days between would go by until a response. I was given the same answer as all the other times, "sorry I got busy, give me a sec." I replied "okay" and waited to hear back from Esmeralda, but now a week has gone by without any sort of response or communication regarding the online application for the truck we were very much interested in. It would have been nice to be treated as a priority as we know all clients are treated with at an actual dealership. We were just as serious about purchasing this vehicle as any other person is who walks in a dealership looking for a vehicle and yet we were disregarded from the whole process. A phone call or text saying our application wasn't accepted or the truck was sold or whatever the reason was for not being contacted back would have been nice. My advice for anyone who is a neighboring state of CA and is trying to pursue a vehicle, don't go about it with this place through the phone or online. I promise you you will not be contacted back.
