Salesman was very rude and not knowledgeable on the car. They claimed the car was out getting “detailed” at 9 am and came back with a dirty car. They admitted later in the test drive that they have been “having fun” with the car the last month. They’ve been using the car for their personal use and beating on it a lot. When we brought up all the issues the car had to the salesman he tried to brush them under the rug. Do not go here to buy any vehicle.

Contacted dealer about looking at a vehicle, they wanted to know when. I just showed up. Aside from the KBB estimated pricing being so so and the burn holes in upholstery , I was still interested. Until I noticed the 10"x10" oil patch under truck. They could say there was a different vehicle parked there before, but the "spot" still wet and the FLAT rear tire surrounded by leaves is a dead giveaway. AND dont negotiate prices or offer warranties,...VERY SKETCHY

They contacted me quickly and were helpful via phone only reason they're getting 2 stars. Made appointment wed with deposit and went to look at the vehicle on Sat, the vehicle hadn't been detailed and was dirty and that's coming from a tradesman, then there was a broken mirror which wasnt clear in the pictures or mentioned via phone. Also missing a sun visor etc, not how I think a car should be shown at all. Biggest thing is the truck had transmission issue that we pointed out to the salesman who tried to play it off like it was nothing and got rather pissy when I told him I wasn't interested in a 9000 dollar vehicle with transmission problems, then refused to return my deposit. I would never use they're service again and will tell everyone my experience because there were a multitude of bad business things that happened

The salesman was nice but informed me they weren’t allowed to negotiate prices. On top of that half way through my hour drive to get there he called to inform me the truck wouldn’t start. Pictures of the truck cleverly disguised the rust and damage to the vehicle. Which I would have been ok with ( normal dealership tactics) but with all these things adding up I decided not to deal with this dealership who knows what else they were hiding. Only 2 stars because the dude was nice and personable if he worked somewhere else I’d like to deal with him again

Didn’t use my pre approval Financing that was approved through Car Gurus Participating finance companies. Use he finance company he deals with. Dealer wasn’t open to offer base on the vehicles short comings. The truck I look at was nice but had deal breaker problems for the price stated.

Not flexible on price at all..... Q5 I saw was ok,but tires were dry rotted....Sales person was ok.... used car lot not much more to be said!!!!

Vehicle was not ready to pass inspection, the rear tires were bald and one rear tire had two nails in it and some smaller components did not work, that could of been fixed. 4x4 wouldn't disengage and the frame was really rusty. Over all completely disappointed after driving 5 hours to get there.

This preowned dealer wasnt bad. The salesman was pretty friendly enough. The truck I bought mechanically was sound enough. I was told the truck was one owner, clean carfax, which it was. I was also told the body was flawless. Unfortunately that wasnt true at the base of all 4 doors just above the rocker panels, all 4 doors have some very heavy rust and potential cancer. I'm pretty handy, so I'm going to grind all the rust down on the doors, spray them with rust reformer, prime, paint, and then finally raptor liner the whole base of the truck all the way around from the base of the rocker all the way up to the first body line. This would really upset me if I had to pay somebody to do it. It would be major money to repair. But for a few hundred bucks I can take care of it myself. I dont want anyone to not buy from this dealer. My whole point is to thoroughly go over the vehicle that you like and potentially buy. They do have some very nice cars and trucks on the lot.

Same story as most dealers on here. Car listed for sale. Car isn't available anymore for one reason or another. Then it stays online for days after it "Sold". How is inventory management this difficult? Just take the cars offline upon delivery...

I am very pleased with Divan Auto Group in Pennsylvania . I purchased a 2009 WRX STI hatch with under 100k in June of 2017 and I never left the comforts of my home Several States South. This is a rare car and I did a national search for months and no one had a better mileage car for the price That I was able to negotiate over the phone. I am very meticulous and created a list of questions about the car and surprisingly, upon the arrival of my car, they were all answered truthfully. Thank you. Divan Auto Group arranged for transport of the car at a reasonable cost. Additionally, this car came with brand new tires and thousands of dollars worth of aftermarket items that I was planning on purchasing and now I don't have to. The Nickelback CD in the custom stereo was the Only surprise that I got. Thanks again for delivering exactly what was promised.
