Started out good and then I had to get some work done on the car and it went down hill from there. Check engine light came on the day after I bought the car. Took it back to have them fix it and they tried to make me pay for it. When I scheduled for them to fix it they gave me a loaner with 200,000 miles and the transmission was messed up on the loaner. I asked them to Uber me back home instead and they said they don’t Uber customers back home. Then they tried to say I was being rude and I was asking for too much or in their words I wanted the world handed to me. Mauricio is the guy that I was working with and speaking to and his customer service is absolutely horrible

Just had the pleasure of buying a car here yesterday. I was specifically looking for a 2015 Nissan Altima. Great gas mileage, beautiful handling, fun to drive--they are truly wonderful cars. It was the car! Both of us are thrilled to have such a gem of a car car back in our lives. Amazing coincides aside, the experience showed the used car buying process from a new angle. Buying a used car is always a gamble, for the buyer and the seller. We were incredibly lucky to have a deep insight into this particular car's history, but usually the truth is more nebulous. What I can tell you is that Dan at Discount Autos acted in good faith to get us a great car at a great deal.
