Dealer did not tell me about warranty till a day later was not able to get warranty on the truck I purchased and they would not at least put a little fuel in the truck it was almost empty about to run out of diesel after I had filled up the truck I traded in and I drove 147 miles to get their this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership

The sales person spoke out of turn about the warranty on your vehicle as it wouldn't even qualify for one regardless due to miles and diesel options. This was an excellent experience. I went there and looked the truck over before going in to deal with salesman. It was what I was looking for. Went in and talked to Tom, he was not pushy like alot of used car lots I had visited. We drive the truck and I was definitely sold since they had it priced under KBB in a time where "market value" everyone was priced higher than KBB. I have driven the truck almost 1000 miles with no problems yet. Richard the owner treated me like I was family as well. A++ team you will deal with here at Direct Automotive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.

Mich was the most outstanding sales manager I ever encountered. Very friendly, good sense of humor, super helpful and even provided a ride from the airport brings we were not local. Very upfront on pricing and financing. He made sure he had everything in line for us as we went ahead and purchased from him. I highly recommend the manager.

. Saw the truck on the internet and it looked great. So I drove 75 miles to look at it. The truck was not ready to sell. The interior was dirty, the engine was dirty, and when I drove it I was looking through a cracked windshield. Did not buy this truck. Great bunch of guys though.

I wish I could give this "business" 0 stars. I ignored the other reviews thinking that every used car dealership would have its fair share of good and bad reviews. This dealership is a nightmare to work with. If you ignore this and the many other negative reviews be sure to pull a carfax (that they will not provide) on the vehicle you are interested in. I put a deposit down on a truck that they said had "minor damage", after running the carfax it showed that the vehicle had sustained severe damage and had to be towed. Mitch is a decent guy but steer clear of the salesman Ken (not sure how such an unethical person is still employed by this dealership, no matter how bad they are I wouldn't let him represent my company). Spend a couple more thousand dollars elsewhere and go with a dealership you can trust and a sales team that will truly take care of you.

We supplied you with an Auto check on the truck, full Skype video conversation and spent many hours with you and your father during your purchase . Our dealership has provided everything you asked for, you entered into a contract with us and a national lender and gave us funds to secure the truck. Dealer contacted me quickly, and answered most of my questions. But the vehicle had been wrecked and they could give no info on repairs that had been made to the vehicle. Then I I question the price because it was higher that the good price on KBB plus it was previously wrecked and the dealer cut off communication.

Hello! We did respond to the customer but were unable to accept his offer of 4k less than listed value. We informed him we couldn't sell for that price. We had no prior history of an accident on the vehicle. We could not meet expectation of customer. There was nothing more to discuss after that.

Truck for sale was a rust bucket. Dealer told me my truck for trade was a salvage title. I checked with the NCDMV on the following monday and they assured me my title was clean and guaranteed not salvage. Not sure of the motive.

We pulled the vin of you vehicle and ran it through Autocheck which is the dealer standard for pulling title information and history. It showed your vehicle as salvage. I'm sorry this is unfortunate but this is what we know to go by. I'm not to sure what we could have done different there.

Positive - They do a really nice job detailing the vehicles to make them look as good as possible inside & out. Reasons why I won't go back - First, I asked the salesperson about the condition of the body. He said it was very clean. I asked him to clarify because I hear that all of the time, the condition of the exterior & interior is very important to my wife, and we have to drive an hour to see it. He assured me that he looked the car over & there is very little wear. When we arrived, the exterior was in great shape with 1 minor & 1 major exception - the minor exception was the fuel tank cover was sprung & wouldn't stay closed. He didn't mention that on the phone. He also said he wasn't sure if they'd fix that for us. The major exception was that the clear coat on the entire roof was flaking off. I specifically asked him on the phone about that common problem on this make / model. He assured me that wasn't the case for this vehicle. I also didn't feel comfortable when I asked to see the carfax (prior to seeing the vehicle because we were waiting for them to finish detailing it). They showed it to me on a smart phone (no print-out), and he wouldn't show me any details or let me scroll through it. I can pull my own carfax if I like the car enough, but this made me not trust them because the car had been in 2 accidents, and they glossed over it like it wasn't anything to worry about. I'm not sure why I stuck around to look at the car after that point, but I had driven an hour and waited another 30 min for it to be detailed, so I was kind of invested. I left as soon as I noticed the clear coat failure and told my wife that we wouldn't waste our time here again.

Terrible , drove an hour to go get the truck after they told me it was ready , ingest there it has no interior at all in it and hasn't been inspected. Then they apprised by car 4500 under what it was apprised a week before , bad business men

Terrible people to do business with. They will lie to you and steal your money. When they tell you they need a $1000 deposit to the vehicle off the website and lot so that they can finish working on the vehicle they wont do it. The vehicle will remain on the lot, they will still be trying to sell to others and will try to pressure you into getting it paid off before being ready. On top of that after almost 2 weeks of waiting for your truck when you tell then you can't keep waiting around for their empty promises and that you need your money back to go actually get a truck they will tell you you'll never see your money again. The owner will also be very rude to you and hang up on you while you explain to them why they owe you your money. Don't waste your time and money with them!

Left out a few details like it had hail damage and the heater coil wasn't hooked up because it was bad every thing else was as said. Over all they are OK besides they are car dealers if you miss something it's a lick on you so I got a lick on me no hard feeling
