Very responsive
I would give less if I could. Called me about the vehicle and told me they were driving to the lot to meet me so I could buy it. Sold it while I was on my way there within 15 minutes of calling. The employees were rude when I showed up and said yeah sold it to someone else and walked off. Proceeded to call me the next day asking if I was still interested in the same vehicle they sold out from under me and said oh sorry we will update the system now and hung up. Garbage customer service.

The whole team was very nice to deal with. They answered all of my questions, and got back with me
promptly each time I sent an inquiry or called with a question. They went out of their way to take
additional pictures for me so that I could get a good idea of the vehicle's condition. Although I did not
end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I felt that they were very easy to talk with, and I would
definitely consider dealing with them in the future.

it was a good experience
Start off by saying Justin was very nice and not his fault the car was we wanted was not maintained. Drove almost 3 hours to drive and buy a vehicle for my wife. Cosmetically the car was 6 out of 10. We test drove the car and started noticing thing’s immediately. Back right tire was bald and different than all the others not to mention leaning about 20% more than any other tire. Asked them about a oil covered pan under the car for the all wheel drive system. They said they would check it out on the lift while we went and ate lunch. They called back 30 minutes later and said the car was out of alignment was all. I asked about the fluid covering the bottom of the car. He said they forgot to look at that. We drove to mobile al and purchased my wife A car the same day. This is a buy here pay here type lot. Which is okay if that’s your only option. Would I recommend yes if you can not get anything else anywhere else.

Tried for a month to buy a truck from Direct Auto. I was told I was approved but never given any numbers. Then there was a mysterious problem with the truck. I was told
multiple times by the salesman and the sales manager "Let me find out, I'll call you back in 5 minutes." But of course I would never get a call back. Horrible experience with a
hard sales approach on a vehicle they knew nothing about, told me to drive over 400 miles to get a vehicle that they could even confirm was drivable. Thanks for wasting my

If I could I would give them less than 1 star but it will not let me. I told them that I only had a down payment of $1500 and I would like a monthly payment of $250 and that I had poor credit. Dalton said not to worry they could make this happen. I drove all the way from Petal, MS to D'Iberville, MS (approx. 85 miles one way) for them to say they hadn't ran the numbers yet that Mike needed to do that. Then Mike told Dalton to run the numbers. Then he tells me that they would only accepted $3500 down.This was a complete waste of my time. I will never deal with them and will tell others not to use them either. Who asks for half of the car's price for the down payment? Disgusted with the whole situation!!!!!!!!

I really liked this car, i thought i found another camaro but the car had it as an automatic but its a manual and i only have 1 arm and i was pissed. There are other car lots that say and do the same thing and it makes me mad that they dont take the time and thats one more reason i wont deal with those who dont take the time to do it right

The reason they have gotten a 3 is because I had to call In order to get the results I wanted and I'm still waiting on a call back from my sales person. This process has been one very irritating process. But hopefully they get back with me because I would love to purchase this vehicle.
Not bad for a used car dealership! I drove all the way from Foley , AL to purchase a vehicle from Smoking Joe at Direct Auto. I had been searching & searching for an upgraded version of my 09 Escape for 3 WEEKS ONLINE IN PERSON NOTHING WAS HITTING THAT SPOT UNTIL I GOT ON CAR GURU & SEEN A 2013 FORD ESCAPE SEL IN LIGHTENING BLUE FROM DIRECT AUTO IN D'Iberville MS. Once i got there Joe immediately gave me the keys& let me test drive w/out him in car for as long as i wanted...idk bout you but having a sales person in the car makes it hard for me to concentrate on the car itself.
The inside of the building could use some work as far as the office space ect. & keep in my this is a used car dealership so they aren't going to know everything about the car you are purchasing as they come across many different vehicles weekly/monthly & you may want to have the bank you want to finance through already picked but other than that it was a breeze

I left work and to drive 90 miles to this dealership all the way from New Orleans to find that they didn't even have the car on the lot. Then when I get there, they asked if I wanted to drive another hour to see the the truck. I left to go back to work and called them on the way home to see if they could possibly get the truck to their lot and they didn't answer the phone nor call me back. Customer service was garbage. Professionalism was far under par. Would not recommend to anyone in a similar situation as mine.
