Great to work with them. I made a purchase and went out on a huge limb to get the car without having seen it (not that I recommend that). But, the dealership made it easy and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. They were able to get my financing done and also I was able to have peace of mind by purchasing extended warranty through the private insurance they work with. Mark was the associate who helped me and he was very responsive and up front. Also, shout out to their manager Phil and finance perso Billy - all were very professional and courteous. I received the standard text thanking me for inquiring about the car, and then the very next message was the salesman asking me to get pre-approved for financing just to do a test drive. I had not seen the car, but was interested in learning more about its history to see if it was what I was looking for. Gabe was only interested in helping me if I wanted to finance through their dealership which offered much worse rates than my bank. When I shared that I had planned on putting at least $75k down on this car and would finance the rest through my bank, Gabe was unprofessional, questioned my bank's interest rates and terms, and then ghosted me. To get blown off because I don't want to get screwed over with a bad interest rate was so unacceptable. I was willing to provide proof of funds, background checks, credit report etc. to prove my serious interest, not a hard credit inquiry. I will never buy a car via this dealership because of this experience. Highly do NOT recommend.

An absolutely Amazing experience at Diplomat Motors! I came from the Seattle area because they were that great! The conversation first started with Mark via Facebook Marketplace on a Lotus Evora that I was very interested in. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Gabe and Timothy then took it from there with financing and answering addtional questions I had about the loan and what I needed to bring to the table. Terms were great. These guys actually got my rate down to a surprisingly low percentage rate for me via a credit union! Also thanks to Phil that also assisted with paperwork virtually. Overall the guys made sure I was taken care of, questions answered, and expectations established. They helped me review all the documents via DocuSign and everything was wrapped up in about 15 mins. I swear this was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had! Highly recommend. Process was smooth and the showroom was high-end and top tier. I will be back!

I worked with Dimitri. It was a great experience. This was my first experience purchasing a car online. I was a little reluctant but Dimitri did a thorough walk around video and there were no surprises when it arrived. The deal was smooth and the car shipped very quickly. I would gladly do business with Diplomat Motors again.

Reached out to the dealership to propose a trade in for this vehicle, was requested to send VIN, payoff and mileage on the trade-in, then never received follow-up from anyone at the dealership. Shockingly terrible experience.

They simply ignored my attempts at making an offer. Not sure why as I was pretty serious buyer. I ended up buying a rivian from another dealer that actually talked to me. Horrible customer service. Never again

I inquired about paint blemishes via text and the salesrep said the car was sharp. He did not answer the question and when I saw the car it had five blemishes on the back bumper with a misaligned panel on the rear. There was also a blemish on the front bumper. Dealer was not interested in price reduction based on condition nor repairing the issues. I should have gone with my gut and not wasted time looking at the vehicle.

You cannot go wrong if you have Gabe for your sales representative. Gabe was thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and generally a delight to deal with. An overall pleasant shopping experience. Also, a very impressive inventory on hand.

They were deceitful. When I went there they told me that they would repair the wheels to look like new. But they wanted me to sign a contract with them before the car war ready. Then they told me because of the shine of the wheels they were not able to repair them. I spoke with a company that specializes in wheel restoration and they told me that was not true. I would never trust this company.

Was negotiating on car on Friday and Saturday morning vehicle was sold from under me on Saturday at close of business. No one call me that night before selling it. Will never do business with this dealership again.

Mark was wonderful. Super polite and responsive. The vehicles were not in good shape and I would not buy from them. Both trucks we looked at had been previously in car accidents and had been poorly chopped together. Lots of damage on insides and outsides. They must buy salvaged/totalled out vehicles and repair the best they can, I wouldn't feel safe driving one of their vehicles.

Took two weeks of back and forth for a car they posted ran my credit just to tell me the car in question wasn’t actually there. Worst experience EVER. Booked a flight and everything to pick up a none exciting vehicle. Be careful with this dealer!!

I contacted them to purchase Ford expedition 2024 and I did insist about damage and clean title. they used different pictures from a different car to make it look good. I flew to purchase the car and I get surprised when I saw it It was a different car . The 2024 expedition has multiple damages cost around $9000 to fix it. I have all the pictures of the damages plus all the text message where they lied to me. They told me to wait for the general manager to contact me to pay the expenses.

Well i have contacted them numerous times..all they keep saying is Bring your trade in etc etc..they don't really answer the questions i have been asking. But i will say they are Polite..and respond sometimes.

Made a great effort to answer all my questions. Highly recommend them.

Truck had issues I noticed and notified them right away. I took it to a shop had them look at it got a quote and sent to them. They said they had all that work done prior to hitting a lot suspension work needs still to be done, but they are refusing to help.

We bought the Van, we wired the money a week,ago got the van July 4 still no Title. Said they Sent USPS priority mail, don’t understand why they didn’t send that title immediately FedEx. I have a vehicle without a title. Can’t do anything with it until that shows up. When I got a vehicle, it was almost out of gas. So far I wouldn’t buy from them again. David Harbin

Not the best experience with this dealer. Despite repeated questions via text they did not answer questions that I had but instead insisted that I call them to discuss my interest in the vehicle. My interest was dependent upon the answers to questions that I posed to them.

The worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. No one reached back out to me after running my credit, I’ve had better experiences buying cars off facebook marketplace than this.

Not willing to negotiate sellable price. Informed buyer from Seattle was interested so I backed off and the car is still for sale. My offer is $33,990 with free delivery due to the car is resale worth $18K - $22K. I still would like to purchase the vehicle.

Dealer said the is in great condition but when I spent 2.5 hours drive there to check out the car. Car have a really poor body work both side doors, rear bumper been painted front grill are damaged.

Responsive and friendly staff. Cash, OTD price was more than I willing to pay for the FJ. Regretfully there is a cult like desire for these which has these way over priced for the age and tech of the vehicle.
