they did not have the truck even though it was advertised. I bought another from a different dealer. I had to call them twice to find this out.

I found their sales staff to be extremely helpful and informative. Looking for a flat towable car is confusing and they were very knowable of thei Ford brand.

Dealer was warm and accommodating, but a couple of the tires on this car had sidewall damage and it was not the color we wanted. We had a 2015 model to test drive elsewhere and ended up buying that one.
