It appears that the dealership is advertising cars that are not in their possession. It’s been 10 days since I first contacted the dealership and as of this morning no one knows where the car is. In addition, the relationship has gone from we’ll contact you to call us.

Even if you don't live near the dealership, buy from here! I purchased my Accord all over the phone and received a great price and had the vehicle delivered to my door even though I live over 3 hours away. They were extremely transparent and honest throughout the process and the dealership provides a lifetime powertrain warranty with the vehicle.

Nice friendly salesmen. I inquired online and by phone before going and was not hassled by them at all. We were able to establish a starting price before I made the 2 hour drive. We ended up not buying the 2017 but found a more appropriate 2018 Accord. I am very pleased.

Yes, one time. I was promised additional pictures but never received them.

Very pushy salesman Ty would not allow me to say very much. I asked if he could confirm if it was a non smoker he said "I believe it is not" without attempting to check. He went on and gave me a story about how the car was owned by a pilot and he took great care of it.He urged me to come see it and said that he could not send pics I just needed come see it. He says I should hurry because it wont last. I specifically told him I did not want a white car and was no longer interested. He continued to email me with updates such as we put new tires on it and kept asking me if I would reconsider.

I enquired about the availability of the 2001 Aztek only to be told it failed safety inspections. I then received numerous e-mails about other vehicles and , was I still interested in the Aztek? Strange. I smell the ol' bait & switch.

Requested a price on a car that was listed it no price. They never gave me the price after several emails, even after they followed up to see if I got all my questions answered.

The dealer contacted me and we discussed the truck he had in stock and after a little negotiating it was determined that we could not meet at an agreeable price. But he was professional and if another vehicle can be bought at a price more consistent with other dealer's discounts I may purchase from them.

Sharon went out of her way to provide transparent communication about all expected fees and information I didn't even know to ask about before we ever arrived at the dealership. I felt no pressure to buy whatsoever; I simply told her what we were looking for, what our budget was, and she did the rest. When we arrived to pick up the car, we had the one kind of surprise that's okay when making a major purchase--an extra $500 discount, which actually secured the deal for below list price. Quick response time, no hassle, very transparent about what's going on while I wait to close the deal. Very fair in negotiations. A couple hiccups in our transaction but they made it right. I'd buy from them again.

Poor customer service. Never provided the price when asked then told me it was already sold when I inquiries.

Though they didn't respond through cargurus until almost a week later, I went by there and took an overnight test drive of the truck. It was priced fair but we decided against spending that much money at the time. They were very understanding and very nice. I hope to be able to buy a truck from them one day.

I contacted them about a used Prius but of course the dealer kept trying to talk me into a new Honda Fit and kept calling. I purchased a Prius elsewhere.

Service from JFK (our salesman) and the entire staff at Dick Brooks was excellent! This was by far the easiest car buying trip we have ever had. They were reasonable about the pricing of their car and trade-in value on ours. Thanks so much, JFK. We will be referring all our friends to come see you when they need to buy a car.

Dealer was responsive and helpful by phone, unfortunately vehicle had been sold, online inquiry was ignored.

My only complaint would be that the purchasing process took way too long.

I drove all the way to Greer to look at a car that was listed online the guy that answered the phone did not know where the car was located and told us that there were 3 locations. When we finally got to the main store they called all the locations trying to locate the car we had told him that we had gone to all lots. After calling , he then informed .come that the car was sold a week earlier. This should have been taken off your site so that I would not have driven 70 miles,I had contacted this site 4 days earlier!
