Just told me the vehicle was still available, but little else. No incentives or reasons to make the long drive to view the car.
Flawless experience all the way through. They responded the same day we sent our inquiry. Everything was done easily online with docusign and clear email communications. Car was shipped in an enclosed trailer and arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend! (Also the car is incredible.)

Bad customer service can't test drive the car unless you have the full amount of the car or they run your credit first.

Hi. We do have a policy of needing proof of funds or a pre-approval for financing before test drives. We sometimes have $500,000 exotic cars with extremely low miles on them and are unable to allow test drives to everyone asking for them without seeing proof of funds or a financing approval. Most of customers are reasonable, understanding and totally understand this fair policy. I think if you put yourself in our shoes, you would totally understand as well. Many other reputable dealerships have this same policy. Thanks and we hope you find what are you looking for.
Diamond was easy to work with and also took care of putting in a new battery during the inspection. Much appreciated from the buyer!

I was reluctant at first to buy long distance, without seeing, touching, and starting the car, but I took a leap of faith; I live in CT and Diamond Motorworks is in IL.
I am happy I did for the car arrived and it is everything this dealer promised and then some!
The car arrived exquisitely detailed. Runs like a charm and feels solid. It’s got that new car feeling even though it’s 20 years old; luckily for me, it’s just shy of 20k miles.
Looking very much fwd to starting driving it. Being winter and such, I’ll wait a bit - this is a 50th anniversary Corvette convertible, so you can see why the wait. :)

Went to check out a few vehicles and was shown around the dealership by a very professional associate. Very helpful answering all of my questions and providing all the information I needed, including a printed copy of the car faxes. Wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle as we are just a few thousand dollars apart on price but hoping to do business here in the future. Nice selection of vehicles in the showroom for those looking for their next purchase.

Text communication was great. Long and drawn out to get a value on a trade. Once it came back significantly lower than several other dealers. No intent to try to work with the customer. Business must be good if they are okay with no back and forth dialogue. No explanation of how they got to the trade in value. More of just a good-bye. Sad since I was super interested, but trust needs to be built when buying out of state. They did not do that

Most of our customers like this transparent and less frustrating way of doing business to eliminate any back and forth. Car was $3500 overpriced by CarGurus and the dealer refuses any negotiation on a car that had been on Cargurus for two
months without a sale. They were dismissive, arrogant, and abrupt when I brought that up with them.

was unwilling to negotiate down any on the price, they acknowledged the issues and quickly refunded my deposit. Disappointed we couldn't

This dealership is so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. They only e-mail you back in the middle of the night
when most people are sleeping. We had gone back in forth with them for seven day and then we call them to let them know we were
coming to make the deal, they never called us back. We were already pre approved through our credit union to purchase this car. We didn't
want to drive over an hour into another state with out speaking to Rami (salesman) first. So Monday morning my husband calls and has
Rami send over the purchase order for the car to the credit union. My husband calls Rami to let him know we are coming to get the car and
he then tells my husband another couple was there and they were trying to get financing. WHAT! We were pre approved and they sold the
car right from under us. Then Rami tells my husband you didn't have any money down to hold the car, YOU NEVER TOLD US THAT
EVER! We would have had no problem put money down to hold the car.

Company emailed me back and told me to check their site. Didnt mention the car, on the site I couldn't find the car either. I think it was sold already. Price and quality of vehicle looked good not sure of it actually existed though. They have a lot of other vehicles that are unique and cool in their own way but not what I was looking for.

They were very responsive to calls and emails. Very prompt and efficient at setting up the deal and car delivery. Honest in describing condition of the car over the phone. They were calm and not aggressive to deal with throughout the process. They have great inventory listed on their website. The miles on the car (approx 2,000 off) were not listed up to date on the website.
Came by to view the vehicle, which was out front. Unfortunately, no one could find a key so I could see inside, let alone take a test drive. Was told the owner had the key and he’d be back in 15 minutes. Ran some errands, came back and he still was not there. Suggest they keep keys on the same property as the car.

The gentleman that I worked with at Diamond Motorworks went well beyond the norm in terms of customer service... when I asked about taking the vehicle I wanted to purchase to my mechanic Rami Suleiman drove the car himself nearly 8 miles each way to my mechanic... That's what I call customer service!!!

Vehicle I went to see was filthy dirty and situated in a very narrow
driveway at the end with 4 vehicles in front of it. The salesman
basically insinuated that he would only pull it out if I was seriously
interested in buying it. Also, made me a ridiculously low offer for my
vehicle. Every other dealership I visited made me a much better offer
for my car. Not at all recommended.

Were really not very helpful, but I guess they don't have to be. They deal in higher end, higher demand vehicles and know buyers will be coming to them, probably exclusively. I suppose on the plus side, there is a lot less pressure when you walk in their offices. In fact, there is no pressure at all. They know there is little competition for the car you came to see. The person I saw actually never got up from their desk, and acted like it was a hassle when I asked for his contact information. He never took mine.
I went elsewhere for my vehicle purchase.
