Worst car buying experience ever. The Honda Insight was listed at $13k, then jumped to $15k. I drove an hour after being told “we won’t lose your business over price,” only to face bait-and-switch tactics with “mandatory” add-ons that pushed the price near $20k. The sales manager was rude and even said he’d rather let the car sit another 200 days than negotiate. Buyer beware, these guys don’t care about selling cars, just squeezing money out of you.

I called to verify the vehicle I was interested was still available and at the dealership. The salesperson checked and confirmed that the vehicle was available. So I drove all the way to Palmdale and when I got there I was told that the vehicle had been sold 7 days prior. Salesperson was apologetic for wasting my time and stated that they had another vehicle similar come in and that he would call me when it was ready to be seen. He also said that he would bring the vehicle to me and I never heard from him again. Don't deal with this dealership!
