Internet sales manager Joe was the one that helped us with our car purchase him and his finance team bent over backwards to help us get that car financed and purchased I would recommend this dealership to anybody because all the sales people there all the finance people are truly awesome they bend over backwards to help you they treat you like a VIP I've never been to a dealership like this one and I plan on going back when I make my next purchase truly awesome experience with them

Not just Diamond Honda is guilty but the low price
only to add market adjustments and add ons once
you get anyone on the phone or in person is
atrocious. Scammers are going to do just that, stay
away. Dealer listed a price 8k under what the actual
price is!

However, you may find that we're a bit more expensive than an independent auto repair shop due to the fact that we use only OEM parts and employ only factory-trained technicians. Was quoted sticker price on cargurus. Then the
dealership tried overcharging by $20,000 for dealer
add-ons (Mark ups) that I didnât ask for.

The sales guys I dealt with were very professional. Even when we didn't initially agree on price
the back and forth discussions via text and phone callswere very polite. All of my questions and
concerns were addressed and for the most part I'm satisfied.

Shady sales tactics and wouldn’t budge on price at all because they kept throwing the “Honda certified” 182 point inspection blah blah when in reality this car has way too many miles to be certified and the only reason we found out it wasn’t was because the finance guy mentioned it and we ended up walking... the only inspection is check oil and tires and they tried to pass those two off as why the price couldn’t drop because they invested into it. Overall not a great experience and defiantly glad I didn’t end up putting money in their pocket.

I went In to look at the car but the sales rep would not allow us to even test drive the car unless he ran out credit.

Hi there, we aren't doing test drives right now due to COVID-19, so we are wondering if this was meant for another dealership? We are looking into this.
Not the people I would give me money to treat you like your a number and tell you somebody is coming into look at the car your trying to work a deal on. But they won't negotiate on price just tell you no this is your deal, dont fight me on this, they wont go a penny less when you tell the salesman to go ask his manager if he'll except you first offer. He told me dont do this to me man this is a smoking deal wrap it up and its your"s . Bad sale tactics and not back up from the desk to even try saving or salvaging a deal. So they let me walk so their appointment that they told me was coming in could just pay the fill price . Bit guess what they called and text me for a week straight hoping I would come back to buy it at full price till I told them I bought another call somewhere else. Call wasn't even there and I tried to buy it sight unseen and they didnt even try to work with me. Dont go here they (ARE NOT HELPFUL HONDA PEOPLE)

Had a car that was listed online and went to this place and turned out they didn't have the car, they claimed to have this specific car but in reality they just want you to go to dealership so they can sell you a different car at a much higher price.

Very responsive
They got back to me a couple hours after I contacted them, and went to check out the car the next day. They made the whole process so easy and I didn't feel pressured to buy at all. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Honda fit and i couldn't be happier! This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I would definitely do business with them again.

Worse dealer ever. I have bought 16 new vehicles
and this the worst experience. I told them I am
from out of town and gave them quotes from
other dealers. They told me just to come in for
the best deal. I went there with good faith. When
I showed up and the sales person said the car is
popular and they won't sell it for anything less

I was in communication with this dealer for three days about a specific car and set up an appointment. I drove over an hour to get to the dealer just to find out the car had been sold the day before. Ridiculously unhelpful and unreliable staff. Don't waste your time.
