They were very nice and I assumed I was taking all the steps to buying the car. I was told overnight someone else had bought the car. I wish the dealer which literally advised to take my had advised me that others were in the loop.

I sent this dealer a starting point of my price range, let them know I felt the vehicle was priced a bit high, which is indicated on the Car Gurus listing itself, and also told them I was looking at another almost identical jeep at another dealer.
The other dealer responded right away, and it was an actual person, and all the while I kept devoe in the loop and they never responded other than their AI bot which wasn’t even good enough to recognize I was a serious buyer. I just got home with my new jeep that I drove to another town to purchase and I’m still getting AI bot emails from Devoe even though I told Bridgette the bot I’d already bought at the other dealer.

The car was listed for sale for several days and it was already sold. I set up an appointment and the morning of the appointment I was notified it was sold. The Ad needed to be pulled done when the car was sold or was this to get you to the dealership to look at other cars?

The "asking price" was thousands too high, and they "low balled" my trade-in, and refused to
refer to Kelly Bluebook or other valuation services, so I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend
utilizing DeVoe Cadillac, as they are very dishonest and NOT professional.

Very dishonest dealership. Listed a car at MSRP that was in stock. Found out the car would not arrive until the following month. Also the price was listed at MSRP only to be told the car was $20k more that the MSRP.
Told the sales person I wasn't interested, but he kept trying to sell me on the car being a limited car.
Told him three times I'm not interested in there car at $20k above sticker. That those cars were available at MSRP from other dealers. Then he tried to sell me on another car at $10k over MSRP. Again I told him I was not interested. Just another bait and switch. There may be those who don't care what price a dealer places on a car, but I certainly do. Waste of time.

Yes, the dealer contacted me via email. I asked a single question about the vehicle and
was sent a list of the options that I had already SEEN on the website, but no answer to
my question. I then received an email from the Sales Manager and asked her the same,
single question and again, was sent the same list of options that did NOT answer my one
question. I informed the Sales Manager after they sent me ANOTHER email asking if I
had "any questions" and I replied that they OBIVOUSLY do not READ the emails or other
queries that are sent to them, so I did not intend to spend any more time or spend any
money at their dealership, if THIS was the kind of attention they paid to potential
customers. They obliviously do not care about their customers, or at least that was the
way I was treated by their sales staff. I eventually purchased a similar vehicle of lower
mileage and newer year WITH the question I wanted answered, at ANOTHER DEALER.

Devoe contacted me within hours. The representative told me that the car was not yet at Devoe. Now two weeks later the car has not arrived at Devoe. I have not received
any photos. So I am not happy.

Had a good experience with DeVoe Cadillac. I was going to purchase this Yukon until the sales staff informed me that the vehicle came from up north. I was looking for a local southern Yukon XL SLT. If the vehicle was a local vehicle from Florida, I would have purchased this one. I would recommend Devoe Cadillac if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle online.
