Unprofessional staff. I should have taken their online Reviews to heart. That was my error in judgement. There are way too any car dealerships and online sites, to deal with such lack of integrity.

The car manager contacted me by text the next day! I told them my daughter had my car, so they drove the Ford Taurus to me in Lima! By the time we drove back to the dealership, they had me pre-approved! I drove it home that day! Awesome service!

Great people and they stood by what they sold even after. They went above and beyond picking my vehicle up from work and leaving me a loaner til they resolved a few issues. I Highly recommend them.

I contacted them about a vehicle priced at $8911, asked what the best they could do was and they took off 11 dollars!!! Since then, they have raised the price $300

Called and scheduled a test drive informing them I was located an hour and a half away. They said the car would be ready so I would not have to wait. I arrived to the dealership and checked in with the receptionist and was told by the sales representative next to her that the car was broken down to a point it could not be driven. I was told that the car was damaged to a point they would not repair it. Overall took 4 hours of my day and a tank of gas to find out what they should have told me when I called them in the morning

They sold the vehicle but did not communicate it to salesperson I was dealing with the I was told I would get a call later that week on another unit its been 2 weeks haven't heard from anyone

Salesman lacked knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. No carfax, reason given being the cost. I came in knowing more about the vehicle than he. Test drove a second vehicle and it was virtually unsafe. The front end was very near the point that driver could lose control, and the 4wd was in need of repair due to grinding noise. Purchased a vehicle at another lot. I cannot, in all honesty, give this particular lot a good review based on my experience with them.

The salesman contacted me by email the same day I had emailed them requesting to see the car. Went over to dealership and ended up buying the car.

Negotiated nicely pre-visit, since I was 1.5 hours away. Pleasant to work with. Only slight dig is that they did an inspection of the vehicle and did a few things to it. Unfortunately, they didn't point out at least 3-4 glaring issues that should have been noticed during this inspection. I've got a couple hundred dollars of unexpected expense after the purchase.

I worked with John. He was always willing to answer my numerous questions and text messages. When I went to the dealership, all of the staff was friendly and willing to help. They were willing to negotiate and we came to a price we could agree on-I love my new car! I would definitely work with them again!
