I called ahead of time to ask if they were willing to negotiate, and they said yes. When one of their agents called, I made an offer, and he said he’d talk to his manager. When I talked to that person asking for a different price, he yelled at me. He didn’t even offer something different. Then he yelled at me, “Don’t call again!” And hung up the phone. I think he forgot about it, so he called me today to see if I was still interested. I’d say learn a bit about customer service and treat everyone with respect. Is it because I’m a woman? I cringe at the idea!!!

They don't call it Dependable Dodge for nothing! These guys mean business when it comes down to it. I was happy getting into the Charger I've been wanting FOREVER!!! Thank you everyone, from start to finish you were great.

The dealership contacted me right away. I set up a test drive and the salesperson was very nice and did not pressure me. The car was not exactly what I was looking for, my quest continues.

Overall my experience with Dependable Dodge, Inc. located in Canoga Park was a very good one. There was no haggling... i was in and out with the used truck that i wanted at a fair price. David my salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend Dependable Dodge to anyone. I am a very happy customer! My purchased 4WD truck looks awesome!!!
