Alex is a great person and made our purchase for our Sons first car simple with no hassle and gave us a great deal. In and out in an hour and no extras to add. Didn’t bother as we looked and helped us with answers and easy to test drive. Even after we bought it and got home and noticed the horn wasn’t working and I replaced the fuses and finally saw the horn died. I emailed Alex, he had a quick response and called me to let me know he will fix it. He got it fixed in a day without a second thought. I had only contacted the dealership about a car I was interested in. I didn't look at it because it was pretty far away. They were very quick to reply and very friendly. If it wasn't so far away, I would have certainly worked with them.

I bought a ford fusion from Deme Motors and worked with Alex through the whole process. He was really patient with me and allowed me to take the car for a pre purchase inspection to my personal mechanic, the car came back with no problems and Alex helped me do the deal and get out the door all in under an hour. Great dealership with honest people, definitely would buy from them again.

I bought a car from them and a couple days after the alternator had failed, I called the dealership and Alex was really helpful he told me to bring the car back and got it fixed for me free of charge. Great and honest dealership, I highly recommend them to everyone.

Car had not been detailed. It might have been a good car but overall impression of attentiveness of staff and car was below average.
