Pricing was ridiculous with all the hidden fees. Would not negotiate at all. Overpriced.Then gave me a falserepair list and it hadn’t been in the shop yet. List included trans and coolant services which is not do till 100000 miles. Had a coolant . How did they know that with out opening the hood. All a scam

I'm in Houston, TX. Saw a deal on Cargurus for a CRV on their lot. Submitted an Inquiry which lead to a deal after 2 days of negotiating. Sent them my Credit Application, to then be told by Antoni Basta (Sales Rep), they can't hold the car while I fly into Florida to finalize the deal, even with a deposit. Don't waste your time with these guys if you're out of town. The deal went from 25k E-price to 31k from jump and had to work my way down over 2 days to get a price we both agreed upon to then we won't hold it for you. What a waste of my time, energy and Credit Inquiry Hit.

T ricky pricing with $1900 for "paint protectant" as a "fee." plus $900 for documents, when TTL is under $100. Lost trust and interest.

Deceptive advertising. Car was damaged. Extremely high add on pricing. I was quoted $1499.00 for paint protection and $900 for dealer fees. Damage to the car was not on the website lusting.

Horrible experience. I had everything set up in advance so it should have been a quick and easy experience. The finance manager was rude, demeaning and threatening. Should have walked out but I had invested time in this. Completely ruined what should have been a milestone experience for my high school graduate who was receiving the car as a graduation gift.

The dealer did respond a couple days later about this limited edition type-r. They gave me a quote that was nearly double the MSRP. First I took it as an insult but then decided to tell them, no longer interested best of luck.

Dealership tacked on an extra $1000 on the final paperwork for a coating that they said they had put on the vehicle and also hid a hole in the carpet with the jack assembly. There is also an issue with the AC that is being checked out. After being told that this dealership was above average and that the vehicle was in absolutely pristine condition, all I can say is buyer beware!!

For starters, I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot-Used Black Ford Explorer Limited. Nevertheless, it isvery clear that Delray Honda not only wants to sell automobiles, but in addition, they have a Sales Staff that exhausts themselves in showing potential customers they are integral part of the success of their dealership. I was fortunate enough to correspond with Aaron Feynus, Scott Pola, and even the general manager, Mr. Flahtery! Needless to say, I was overwhelmed with amazement over their polite and professional approach.

This was my first experience with this dealership. I contacted them online and it took them. 48 hours to respond. I asked them if the car was in pristine condition and they said yes but looking closer at the car it had body damage, No explanation was given as to why they did not disclose that fact trying to get me to com out to the dealership. The car is still listed but they photoshopped it that the damage cannot be seen. Even though I had the Carfax. From them do my own research? I noticed that the car had 6 miles on 12/2018, sold 6/19 and only 6 month later 1/2020 it had 14,426 miles on it which is about the average that a car has in 1 year. When I inquired about it one guy told me. They can't tell. What the customer does? But then another salesperson told me that this car was actually a service loaner car. So overall this first experience with the dealership was not a very trustful one.

Had a great talk and understanding with the dealer. I think the price is a little high because of the mileage on the vehicle. Really liked the vehicle. Did some shopping around the same day. Found other vehicles of the same kind with the same price with lower mileage. Have not decided who I will do business with, still looking.

I communicated with the internet sales person. Over many days prior to a trip made to Florida specifically to purchase a vehicle. I communicated with the dealer upon our arrival that we were in Florida and we would be coming to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership we were told the car that we were interested in a 2008 Toyota Solara was sold the night before by the manager. Night before happened to be a Sunday night when the dealership was not open. After looking further we discovered that the car which was still in the lot had a plate on the rear of the vehicle which led us to more concerned on being totally misled. Approach this dealership with Extreme Caution... As they put Vehicles out as Leaders to draw you to the dealership. We altimate Lee purchased at another dealership in Florida which has proven to be more reputable then Delray Honda. This occurred on Monday February 26th 2018

Hidden fees. Doc fee $795 . Electronic filing $396 plus more. They collect $400 for plates and say they will return difference on a $18,000 car. I bought a $36,000 car and paid $135 for tag fee. This is why people hate used car dealers in general.
