Drove 4 hours to purchase a car. The sales guy told me the car was as good as new. I test drove it and found that the back brake light didn't work, there were burns on the roof of the interior, headlights barely worked, and there was a crack in the windshield. Don't waste your time. They lied to me.

They were very helpful but wasn't the car for me they had a 2015 and I was going to get but my wife couldn't make up her mind and they sold the car not their fault

Salesman really didn’t know the vehicle I was speaking of had to go look for it. Told me that the Carfax came up with one accident reported only because the truck had big off-road bumper is added onto it. And in order to go through the Florida auto auction it had to be listed as such. When really it had been in a front end collision and had its frame straightened. Even found the police report online. Their pricing was that of a truck in perfect condition with no adverse history. I’ve moved on to looking for a different vehicle.

W O W!!!!! What a pleasant surprise finding the truck of our dreams at an HONEST, Professional dealership by the name of Delray Auto Mall. We’ve been scouring the internet as well as all our “local” dealers for about two months. Got a hit on an internet search of a really sharp lookin truck meeting our specs and price point. Traveled 90 miles to have a look see and it turned out we found an HONEST used vehicle dealer staffed by friendly, non pushy, professionals ready and willing to meet and exceed our expectations. We went...we saw .... we closed the deal on a GREAT vehicle at a more than fair price point. The entire process was painless, fast and friendly. The owner, Frans came in on a Saturday to assist our salesman Mike with the finance paperwork. We left with a fantastic truck and a feeling more like being family than just another customer. The gentleman was very polite, but the vehicle was not ready for us to see it. It was not washed and the car was dirty inside. Once the wife got close to the car you said no. That shut her down on any if the cars he had. He had plenty of notice to make the car presentable, why he didn't I do not know. This soured my wife the rest of the week for looking at cars and so it affected the other car dealers because of this situation. Honestly, if he had tried a little harder to have the car ready that would have been better situation. In ending, he was polite and respectful and nice to talk to while we were there, but she stayed in our vehicle.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Delray Auto Mall today. I wouldn't even dream of buying a car, new or used, from another dealership in Florida. The manager, Franz, is the most honest man I've ever met in the industry. And his top salesman, Mike, is his equal in every way. They saw me through a rough time last year after the hurricane, and I just traded in my Sebring convertible for a 2012 BMW 328i. They make the buying process completely painless and stress free. So if you are in the market for a car, run, don't walk, to Delray Auto Mall.

I called to inquire if the dealership was open on a Sunday through the Car Guru app. Michael called me back and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation! I haven’t made it to see the car yet but hoping to get there in the next few days. Looks clean and low miles. Also saw a lot of other nice cars on the lot too. All seemed in great condition.

I have been working on pick ups a long time at a custom shop and when I went to see a truck here the owner is driving the truck I was interested in and it had a ton of problems such as a leaking window, tons of cosmetic damage, and a head light filled with water. Extremely over priced the vehicle. The salesman was great very personable but the owner is not reasonable and when he gets a car he likes he uses it as his own. Definitely wont be going back but if I ever need someone to inspect a vehicle I know there salesman knows a lot more than the owner.

Funniest salesperson John P. Dealer lost good deal in refusing to take lexus trade--sales manager told us to sell to Carmax instead of simply offering to come close to Carmax offer like most other dealers. WEIRD.

They responded 1 1/2 days after I emailed them, and car was sold... Way to go, I can see you clowns are on the ball!

We hoped to hear back fom them once I sent them my vehicle information ie photos, mileage and vin number. While I live about 280 miles away, I was and still am willing to drive to Del Ray to see the car

Lot was crowded and vehicle I went there too look at was misrepresented in the online listing.
