Emailed to enquire about the timing chain on this car. I got an email back from Rad, letting me know that he will get me the info the following day. Over a week later… no response. I emailed to follow up, and the car is sold. Congratulations, but customer service doesn’t seem to be priority at this location. One star for Rad, the other two stars for the detailed videos and the restoration.

Sorry we had exactly 63 emails on this vehicle as soon as we posted the price reduction. We were overwhelmed with the interest in this vehicle and could not respond to all the offers. We are a small family business that employs 4 people in total for sales, service and body shop and office. We try to respond to all the emails and inquiries but sometimes it becomes impossible when the vehicle gets unexpected amount of interest. I went to dealmax in Bristol not knowing what to expect but I was met with a warm welcome from rad and art. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. Within a week I was able to trade in my old car at a great price as well as drive off the lot in a beautiful practically new vw gti with only 24k on it! These guys know what they are selling and at unbelievable deals! You can't beat dealmax! My overall experience was one I will never forget. Not only was it quick and easy but very friendly! I felt as if these guys really cared about my wants and needs! I would definitely recommend anyone to stop in looking for a newer car at a great deal! Thanks dealmax!
