Great customer service

I really wanted this car because to the extremely low miles on the odometer. Solon said that the miles are true. The trouble is getting this car to Hawaii at a reasonable cost. That is simply not happening. They would have to lower their price by at least $2000. That would destroy their profit or my cost incentive. It is unfortunate.

Speedy return time

Quick response to my request for pictures. As it turned out, not the right truck for me.

Spoke with the manager and was told they would hold the vehicle for 1 day as i live 70 miles away. Sold the car while I was driving down to look at it.

We bought a very nice 2014 Expedition EL XLT from Red Nolan. I really appreciated the no-pressure approach that our salesman, Rick Dymek, used. It was snowing the day I went to look at it, so he had it pulled into their garage so I could crawl all over and under it...THANKS, Rick!

Staff friendly and ready to help.listing stated hitch and there wasn't one on vehicle. The truck had dead battery and couldn't test drive. Went back twice before I could test drive. It was clean.

Was a nice dealership however like most places their car is worth way more than yours even if all the sources available for pricing prove otherwise I found a 2 year newer car act same model with less miles I let the manager know although did not seem to matter, they will stick to their price no matter what and want to give you 50%of your cars actual value. Do your research befor going in and you will see the proof for yourself I will say they did clean the car up nice and were friendly but not 2k over value friendly

This car had a broken door so I looked at another vehicle on the lot (2006 Taurus). The car was filthy and had not been cleaned (food inside, etc). The dealer had not disclosed their dealer fee until that day that I test drove it. The next day I called regarding the dealer fee AND they had increased the price of the car. Not impressed at all with this dealership!!

The sales team did everything they could to put me into the Titan. But just couldn't get enough for my trade and discount on the Titan. I would go back if I look at another Nissan product. They tried their best but at this time it just wasn't good enough!

The staff at Solon were very professional. They addressed my inquiry promptly. We test drove this vehicle with in minutes arriving there. They took care of all the paperwork and we drove our new used vehicle home in a couple of hours. We will recommend them to others.

Although my experience was limited due to the vehicle I was interested in was sold. The internet sales person was very friendly and courteous, and discussed other vehicles available which met the requirements I was looking for.

Well...I had to much down time waiting on salesman to talk with financial person. They were in two different buildings, so he had to walk back and forth. Frustrations and hunger set in, I left to go eat. I did not return.

I sent an email, and I don't remember getting a response to that. I don't blame the dealership though; I can't say I've never forgotten to hit that final "send" button. I will say that when I called them, they were very frank and honest about the car, and I really appreciate that. That's the reason for the five stars.

The dealer never responded so I called them a day later and then they told me the vehicle had sold the day before!
