The sales men informed us on the phone that we should come out and see the car? We live in Niagara Falls and informed him that we did not want to drive out their after asking him some things about the car, He said that he would check on them and would call us back. Well he did and said everything was good and we should come out to see the car? Well we did and we had to find the salesmen and when we looked at the car we where shocked to find out that this car was not what we where told about the car. He tried to show us another car and when we got in it, it smelled like a smoke stack?? We left and wasted our time.

I went to look at this vehicle and others and could not believe the poor condition it was in I would stear clear of this dealer the 4 explorers I looked at looked like flood vehicles from the south engine bays full of sand!! There are no beaches in Williamsville enough said.I would not pay $15.000 for that SUV let alone $32,926 which was the asking price.

Came in to look at used cars, condition was described as excellent ,Rims were shattered, interior disgusting, The put a new Inspection sticker on it with tires that won't pass, and with rim broken and hanging out, I lost all trust .
