They were very helpful with my purchase, they were patient with how long the process took from my part, they also pointed out any flaws they saw, gave a full detailed review of the car, and every honest opinion they had. They also helped every step of the way during the whole financing process and again were very patient.

They were amazing at the dealership very honest and very upfront had excellent customer service and we did end up financing with them went very smooth. I've never felt so confident going to dealership until I had the experience at dapper usually I'm very anxious because I know they're usually not honest but dapper was very honest. The car I bought is great a month out and 1500 miles no issues what so ever I highly recommend this dealership

They were very attentive to any questions I had during the process . They had nice cars but do not negotiate vehicle prices just insurance deals they provide. Family owned businesses so they try their best to make customers feel welcomed once in dealership, would recommend if you know what vehicle you want and are ready to purchase.

They acted professional but when I got my car everything they told me was a lie. The car had no gas , coolant and the didn't change the oil. That could potentially caused issues with the car.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. No one has money just to throw away because you trying to make a sale

It was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I honestly thought I was going to be at the dealership all day but it literally to about 30 to 45 min from test driving the vehicle to signing the paperwork and driving home in my new purchase. Misha and Constantine were the most attentive and even helped me get a lower interest rate than what I had with my loan. I will absolutely visit dapper car sales for future purchases and will also recommend dapper to friends and family. I am now a happy Audi A5 owner.

I went to Dapper to purchase a 2016 BMW 328i. The car was great. The price was great. ($14949) The miles were low...........BUT the hidden FEES and add-ons were incredibly High. They went from $14949 to 21949 in less than the car could do 0 - 60 mph. I made my best offer but the best they offered me was $18000. I left extremely disappointed. I later called back and pushed my offer up by $1000, but they would still not budge and remained ridged on the price. So, if you are looking for an HONEST deal, save yourself some time and go elsewhere.........HONESTLY!.

Very bad service, we came to buy a car, we received all the confirmations, we were ready to buy, the employee said wait, I’ll check something, she walked away, came back and said that we were 2 minutes late and other people bought the car.
