Salesperson was honest and quick to respond to inquiries. Due to her diligence, she saved my family and I several hours of driving to look at the vehicle. We ultimately didn’t purchase the vehicle, due to too much rust on the frame. It was her that crawled all over the ground, took pictures, and sent them to us for review. I appreciated her effort.

Worst dealership ever. I posted issues with buying a truck and they responded with lies and misinformation. One week after my purchase the brakes needed replacing and running boards fixed. Tires were misrepresented on bad they were. After contacting Carlos at the dealership he didn’t respond back. BEWARE!

Car was dirty outside and in which resulted in not catching damaged, dented body panels and grill, fender liner (listing and Carfax showed no damage) Tires were under inflated and dissimilar sizes which damages spider gears in the differential. Collision safety system inop because of inop camera. It's possible they didn't do safety inspection or it was all missed. I'm sure it wasn't careless or intentional. The 3 month 3000 mile offered is drivetrain only but that's covered by the manufacturer so it's redundant and doesn't cover any of the issues with the car. The person who helped me was courteous. The dealer lowered the price about ⅓ of what it will cost to fix the safety issues so total cost will be well over normal retail. Since I didn't know any of these issues until the sale was final I have no recourse. Based on this experience I wouldn't recommend buying a used non-Toyota from this dealer. If so you'd be wise to have a 3rd party inspect the car.

The dealer was alright. The staff was very pleasant. The salesman seemed unaware of some common issues with that model of CTS. I did not purchase the car because one of the codes my scanner picked up was timing related. Which happened to be one of the common problems with the car.

Some extras were added without even discussing with me. I went to complete the sale with a financial officer. I had to ask what was included in the monthly payment. I was advised of additional warranty and gap coverage that were added without my consent. Be wary. Ask Questions.

They did not respond to my replies, and when they did, the car was still available and then they didn’t reply back until the owner contacted me to say it was sold the day before. Very bad customer service. I was ready to buy but couldn’t get any responses until it was too late.

Dealership was a pleasure to work with. I flew out with my Dad from Virginia to Iowa to pick up the car and the were happy to accommodate in every way they could. They were happy to send me the paperwork ahead of time so we could finalize the down payment and we could be on our way. Never once tried to blindside me with hidden fees! Great dealership!!

AD BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP... the thousands of dollars you reduced didn't save anyone any money considering the hail damage was over 9k! Shady dealership and would never purchase or suggest to anyone else to purchase a car here ever until they start being upfront with their customers! The hail specialist we took our car to said a regular person would have never seen this damage on a sunny day! Blaming this on the client is WRONG! Should have been fixed or the price should have been reduced more for the damage!! Could have been fixed pretty simply but like the salesman said .... we've had the car too long and need to get rid of it- Stop trying to blame the customer for your LACK OF INTEGRITY DEERY TOYOTA!!! Purchase the vehicle back from us when we would have lost our downpayment and thats not the point- the POINT IS to not try and get away with SHADY tactics and then try and put the issue back on the client!

They were friendly people and easy to talk to. I figured out that when we got home and had time to look at the jeep that there was allot of stuff, they did not tell us about the unit. You would think if you had to look at a car in the rain, they would at least pull it inside to look it over. I would be carful the next time buying from them and ask more questions.

Would not show us this car, also tried to get me to finance through them after I explained I was already pre approved for a loan somewhere else. Brought a car to test drive that was not clean and smelled like someone chain smoked in it. Unprofessional salesman talking about how he got an OWI. When I sent an inquiry on the truck, I had an immediate response. They sent me extra pictures of the truck. When I had questions on the emissions equipment, they connected me to service right away to help confirm it had the DPF, EGR, and other factory equipment still intact. They started it and let it warm up for a few minutes and then called me back again on FaceTime to do a walk around to point out the items that needed repair including the need for alignment, power running boards malfunction, sunroof issues, door dings, and even damage in the quarter panel that was not evident in the initial pictures. During the FaceTime call, Dan took the initiative to test drive it to show how it drove and tracked down the highway. Although, I decided not to buy the truck due to the issues, I’m truly grateful they saved me a ton of money buying a truck that would come with a hefty repair bill to bring it up to par. They were honest and extremely helpful. Definitely buy from this dealer.

DJ and Carlos where excellent to deal with and very fair, however the pickup itself was a little beat up and just not exactly what I was looking for 2019 F150 limited 27K miles looked like had been driving 85K miles. They helped me look at other pickups that I thought I would have liked and just had my gut fixed on the limited and found a 2020 f150 limited and I found one and purchased from another dealership!

Unfortunately some dealers are that way including Dan Deery Toyota CedarFalls Iowa Pay CASH NO FINANCIAL NEED HELPING LOOKING FOR ELDERLY COUPLE/HOPEFULLY THIS IS AN HONEPST FORTHRIGHT DEALER N0T LIKE Dan Deery in Cedar Falls Iowa whom we arranged upfront an agreed upon price on a ranger they had for 98 days! Called and texted b4 leaving Mn and 4 hours later arrive and it's Gone to someone else? Shoddy to say the least.COUNTLESS dealers/ vendors that don't care about the customers that actually support them when they ALWAYS PROFESS that they CARE! I was given what information that the sales associate had at hand which wasn't much but I appreciated the honest approach you don't always find in a sales person at a dealership. I have continued to communicate about any other low price options at their dealership that would fit my request of a manual transmission and she was on top of that and very helpful

Drove 2hrs one direction to look at an Escalade ESV. The vehicle was nice however the touch screen didn't work. They offered to take $800 off the price instead of fixing it. When I asked about fixing it salesman told me they would have to ask more the the price they have it listed for. I had the funds available from the bank to write a check, However since they weren't willing to fix it I had no interest in buying it.

Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested had sold before I could make an appointment to see it, but everyone I spoke to from the dealership was very helpful and very courteous. I highly recommend them!

Ended buying a BMW x5 and forgot to check the heat. I noticed immediately after pulling out of the lot and when I brought it up to them. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. Not a good way to do business.

Went to look at 2 different cars 2nd one made appointment they sold both done with these guys . It's pretty sad when you make an appointment to see a vehicle and you get there and it's sold and they don't even let you know.

It was a tough negotiation but in the end Dylan and the Dan Deery staff took care of my wife and I. The sales staff was very professional and easy to talk to. From the beginning we had a great interaction. Brooklyn responded to my email to inquire about the truck immediately. I told her that we were going to make the drive from Indianapolis to Cedar Falls 2 days later. The whole process was very easy. It was definitely worth the trip I love my truck. If Dan Derry has anything else that I like in the future I won’t hesitate to jump in on the highway again. Thank you all!

I emailed them about the Corvette. The person sent a reply that he would get back in touch shortly. I had to send them another email a day later. He replied to that email. I was informed the Corvette was sold several days before I sent the first email.

I wanted to trade in my vehicle. Gave them good, truthful info about it. Mine is a 2011 GMC Terrain SLT-2 in great condition, with 67,484 miles. I searched Cargurus for similar vehicle, with similar attributes. Based on search, mine should RETAIL for about $11,000 - $12,500. I realize they need to make some profit on their resale of mine. I wanted to trade for a 2013 Subaru Outback Premium, with 114,205 miles. THEY priced their Subaru at $10,000. They came back with a trade-in value for mine of $7,500 !!! They said they couldn't give me more for my trade than the sale price of their vehicle. I told them NOT EVEN CLOSE ! I'm sure they are making a profit on their $10,000 Subaru AND THEN they wanted to make about $4,500 more on resale of my trade-in. RIDICULUS !!!

I requested the Carfax for a vehicle I don't know how many times. How does a dealership not have carfax/ maintenance records on a vehicle. I understand the vehicle was not serviced where it is being sold but that isn't an excuse for not giving me the carfax after asking multiple times. I was seriously considering buying and this ruined my whole process. This is my personal experience might not be the same for everyone. On a more positive note, response time was great and i'm sure the sales person is very good at there job based solely on that.

My son and husband drove 2 1/2 hours one way to test drive a car which the were told to come and see. When the arrived it took the dealership and hour of looking to realize they had sold the car. So then they got back in the car and drove 2 1/2 hours home. Frustrating!!! Will not be visiting this dealership again. May want to call before visiting to make sure the car you’re looking at is held until you arrive.

I would put 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment the same day I expressed interest and drove an hour and a half out to purchase this car. They called me when I was 4 minutes away and said the car had been sold. When I got to the dealership, I was ignored by almost every sales representative and all I got was stares from afar. Crushed that the car was sold, I left for the hour and a half drive back home. Not surprisingly, the car was still available the next day, but listed at a higher rate. My father has been in the car business since '86 so sure this is a sales tactic, but it could have been handled much better. Before I drove all the way out there would have been nice. I'm so glad I did not do business with this dealership and I was treated fairly somewhere else. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Amanda, thank you for the review.  Our vehicles are first come first serve, especially with internet sales.  We do offer our customers to hold the vehicle with a deposit until they can arrange to come in and look at the  vehicle in-person. The car may have been wrote up with a pending deal and could have easily gone backwards.  I will use this review as an example to my sales staff and I do apologize my staff was unable to assist you with your vehicle needs.

Wanted more info on car. 4.5 hours round trip to get to dealer. Got a little more info, but then car was sold and it took them 2 days to let me know. I also received email from manager/owner and never heard back. Not impressed.

I bought this truck over the phone because the price was right and the trade-in on my Toyota Tundra was more than fair. They were kind and considerate and when I called the day before I was supposed to arrive and asked them if they could deliver the vehicle that day at 3P, they gladly did it to accomodate my travel schedule. This was a highly unusual transaction as it was so far away from my home but I felt the deal offered was just too good to pass up. Thank you Dan Deery Toyota!

I communicated with the dealer quite extensively, asking questions about the car. The dealership was 2.5 hours away so I wanted as much information about the car as I could get. They answered my questions so I went down to look at the car. The second I saw the car I knew I had been duped! The car was in terrible shape. The dual exhaust was totally gone, it was a smokers car, and the front end looked like the car followed gravel trucks for five years. I took it for a test drive and things got worse. I brought it back and gave the keys to the salesperson. The manager asked me what I thought and I told him it was not a good car. He asked me what I was looking for and I said a v6 coupe manual transmission. He then tried to sell me a little Toyota truck that is a manual. Anyway, terrible experience from beginning to end.

They completely lied about the condition of the truck it was absolute garbage I wouldn't pay even half of what they wanted for it the first salesmen was a real jerk the second one was really nice I ended up buying a different truck witch was pretty nice but I already had to do alot of work to it they replaced the windshield wrong and it leaked pretty good so I had to replace that right away and had to put a carrier bearing on it and fix the brakes this dealer is a quantity not quality dealer the repairs I had to make were a safety issue. The first truck needs alot of work and is definitely not safe to drive anywhere we didn't even make it a block during the test drive. Very disappointed with this dealer!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was super friendly. However while we were trying to agree on the deal I was told the truck already sold. Couple of days later I get an email that the deal fell trough and the truck was available again. While trying to agree on the deal again, I was told that the truck sold again. Both times this truck got sold literally while I was on the phone trying to buy it. Later that night I get another phone call saying the person who bought it hasn’t put a deposit on it, so it’s basically still available. So after trying to purchase it we couldn’t agree over $250 on a $40k vehicle. Bummer!

The worst experience we have had at a dealer, offered us 1200 for our 2004 ford sport trac in which I just put NEW 1200 in tires n rims on, NEW transmission, NEW brakes and shocks in the front. They wanted almost 13k for the patriot n we ask for average trade for ours which was 3400 but they refused. DJ Deery emailed me n said our truck was rusted out which it has alittle on the rockers n that's it, the box is plastic so how does that rust ? So now they lower the price 2500 in the past week. WTH? WELL THEY COULD HAVE SOLD IT THAT NIGHT AND GAINED A CUSTOMER. WE will NEVER step foot in any of their car lots EVER. Treat us like people not like dog waste.

not organized, could not find the Jeep or the keys. I waited forever. I just left because I got tired of waiting, drove across the street to some of their used cars, the guy over there said that jeep was already sold. What a waste, drove 2 hours.

I saw the Jeep I wanted and called and asked Michelle if she would hold it for me as I was 2 hours away. She did, and when I got there we went for a little drive and I bought it. I went in to check this vehicle plus test drive a 2019 Jeep because of the gift card offer they had with test drives. I mentioned it 4 times to 2 different salesmen & both of them ignored it all 4 times. I never did get the gift card. I will never go back to them if they aren't going to honor deals the have going.

Spoke to a sales person over the phone, let them know I was on my way to purchase the vehicle. My travel time is 2 hours, one way. I gave them the time of arrival. Upon getting there, right on time, I was informed that they sold the car. I reminded them that I had to drive 2 hours just to get there. Their only response was to try to up-sell a fresh trade for more money. The least they should have done is paid for a full tank of fuel, for that is what my go home with nothing trip cost me, not including time.

Erica followed up with me from the dealership and she was super helpful. She even sent me a picture of the car I was interested in. I contacted the dealer because the mileage was not listed on the website but, once I learned about a ding on the fender, I decided that the 3 hour driving distance was too much for me to drive to check out the car. I am rebuilding my credit after a divorce and advised the saesman. He says he went to hisfinance manager and they are sure I culd get financing. 3 hurs laster I hear you need a co-signer with good credit then nthig else. Three days lter I get an email from hi bos asking me what can h do to close the deal. I said I didnt kniw I thought I couldnt be financed. He checked into it and said they couldnt finance the vehicle i was looking at so I looked at vehicle half the price and then am tos sorry I cnt finance anything without a cosinger cause I dont have enough income.

The dealership was misleading about the condition of the vehicle which smelled like mold, was filthy on the inside and had a transmission splipping. Although I warned that I’d be riding a motorcycle two plus hours away in hopes of making the purchase and bringing my bike back in the bed of the truck I was still encouraged to come and look at a truck that’s not even worth the test drive. Wasted my time, money and energy. All of which I will never get back. An experience like this discourages me from ever looking at vehicles more than 20 miles from home.

Spoke to Adam Charley about a possible vehicle purchase. He was very prompt in his replies and answered all my questions. Made decision to purchase a 2018 Chevy Impala. They replied to my email quick (extra star for that). They refused to tell me what repairs were made to a salvage car. Car was sold on ebay for 20k less then their asking price. Not very transparent.

Thank you for your review.  You inquired in on our 2016 BMW 650i claiming we bought it at an Ebay auction for $20,000 less than our asking price, when in fact this vehicle was a local trade-in.  We are not sure where you are getting your information or which vehicle you are trying to track down on Ebay, but this BMW came in on trade on a new 2019 Tundra.  As far as what repairs were done to the vehicle when it was salvaged, we have no way of knowing what was done.  The previous owner (who traded it here) bought it as a prior salvage title vehicle.  They have no information on prior repairs eit

Ended up buying the 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Dan Deery Toyota. Told my salesman to make sure the vehicle was in near perfect condition for the price they were asking and the low mileage the vehicle had. The vehicle had about five dings and a deep scratch on the hood. The scratch was down to the sheet metal. I drove an hour each way to look at the vehicle. My salesman offered to fix the dings and personally deliver to my location once it was fixed. Overall, the salesman was a little pushy, but not real bad. The biggest disappointment was driving to purchase a vehicle that we couldn't drive back home with us because it needed repaired after being reassured the vehicle was near perfect.

HONESTY ABOVE ALL ELSE! I've discovered that most low prices have very high dealer fees. Dan Deery Toyota has fair prices and low dealer fees.

Adam Charley, Cassidy Bangasser, and the team at Dan Deery Toyota provided an excellent car buying experience for my wife and I this weekend. We found the used 2017 Camry Hybrid that we wanted online and contacted the dealership through a CarGurus search. I communicated with Adam by email first and then by phone and text to get all the details we needed. After getting the information we decided to drive five hours to the dealership to test drive the car and make the purchase. On the day of our purchase Adam had the car warmed up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived at the dealership. All dealership staff were helpful and courteous. The dealership was clean and welcoming. We had a cup of coffee after the test drive while the team collected our final information and prepared the paperwork. In the financing section Cassidy took the time to explain everything we were signing and professionally offered warranty options. We were done with the process in about two hours.

Having someone im sales reply back to my CarGurus email was probably the hardest part of the whole buying process with Dan Deery Toyota. I received a pre-written standard template email that thanks you for contacting them with a promise that someone will get back to you soon. I tried calling the sales agent listed on the email and I also chose another sales agent listed on their website and left voicemails and did not hear back from them. After 2 days, I called the front desk and asked for any available sales agent that could answer my questions regarding the 4Runner and that I was serious in potentially buying this vehicle. After being linked to Jeremy Noble the rest of the process was excellent and smooth, they worked with me on the price I wanted and answered all of my questions. The finance manager, Marshall, was also excellent and was actually able to beat my pre-approved USAA loan's APR through Toyota's Certified vehicle loans upon disclosing that we had excellent credit scores

I was told the car had a 130 point inspection and there was no from damage....The car literally pulled us off the road on the test drive the engine stalled twice (on an automatic) the engine made popping noises something was loose in the car axle was bent the interior had different pieces of different bmws all over the steering wheel was different than the dash the doors different than the ceiling it had dent everywhere a rust spot covered. I had called regarding all these thins seeing if it had any problems before I drove 2 hours to see it I was told it was in great condition

They're quick to respond I will give them that. However, my mechanic is about 70 miles away, under no circumstance was I allowed to bring a car that we were ready to buy if the inspection checked out went well. Poor salesmanship, but nice people if you live in the area and know the mechanics.

Very good experience overall. They gave me a good deal. The 4Runner has a distinct smell. Car salesman refuted it is cigarette smell and while I am yet to determine what it is, it is going to cost to get rid of the smell. I had to pay for alignment already. I wonder what Certified Toyota means if the two issues above existed prior to the sale. I will go back to them any day just may need to be more alert before buying?

Contacted them about a Dodge Ram and Marty Ellsworth got back to me very quickly and got to talking with him and liked everything on the truck and he got us approved and we bought the truck. It was a very easy and smooth transaction that happened in a matter of days and would of probably even been quicker but it was Memorial Day weekend. He came in on his day off and we got the deal done. Great price on a great truck. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Dan Deery is a great dealership

The car salesman was terrific. I would have given the dealership a 5 star, but the finance guy pressured us pretty heavily about buying the extra insurance. It's really none of his business why we don't want to buy their separate coverage. And certainly didn't want to take "no" for an answer.

These guys were great. I wanted to buy a Corvette they had for sale. Truly a nice car for a great price. I worked with Cody over a few days and he was an exceptional salesman. I did not buy the car, not because of anything that they did, but because I am a big man and I couldn’t fit in the car comfortably. Cody was supportive, understanding, and a great customer service representative of the dealership. I would definitely purchase from them again if they get a car that I want. You should too.

We were able to agree on a price & trade in value of our car. We told them upfront we had been pre-approved by our bank. When we followed through on our pre-approval instead of letting them setup the loan & notified them by phone we were met with resistance & frustration. However by the time we arrived to pick up the car, they were very professional & pleasant. One of the salesman spent time explaining the electronic features of the car which was very helpful.

Pressure salesman just to get you in. All people you talk to say something different. Was speaking with the general manager and he said the price was dirm and they wouldn't negotiate and then it was lowered on CarGurus by $500 the next day.

Motivated buyer....basically unwilling to adjust the price at all. Even when I was two hours away and had a similar car with 28k less miles on it for $1k more. Needless to say, I bought the similar car.

Awesome experience! Heather the salesperson was very helpful. We drove down to see the pickup and bought it after the test drive. I highly recommend Dan Deery Toyota, they put us first and were really nice, I would definably go there again if I need another vehicle.

Sales person David was very helpful. Sales manager was not. Had to return vehicle due to repairs that were needed. Sales managers solution was for me to by warranty. Hello how about an inspection 6 problems 2 major. What a disappointment from what I've heard from previous customers.

I made an offer on a van that was listed and was told that the price wasn't negotiable. After receiving an email from the general manager about how they actually are flexible on price, I pointed out that the odometer reading was incorrect on their listing. They quickly raised the price $500 and said they could give me a deal $50 less than their previous listing. Also, they never responded about a Carfax report. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

The phone rep was helpful and answered my questions and I ever got a follow up email from the gereral manager making sure I got what I needed. I ended up buying a car 150 miles closer to home but Derry Toyota did a great job following up.

They didn't seem to know to much about the vehicle. And didn't help out very much. The environment there seemed very different from other dealer ships it didn't seemed very inviting. They won't work with you on anything. They sent me across the street to the ford dealership to get the code for the key less interary. My loan officer got bad feeling about them to when she talked to them.

I live more than two hours away and communicated by email before traveling to the dealership. Sales person, Tammy, responded timely and was courteous, friendly, and professional. She had the car cleaned and parked at the front door when I arrived. The sales manager, Ryan, followed up after the sale and ensured that I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. They treated me very well and I would recommend doing business with Dan Derry Motors.

Contacted them and they had the van waiting for us . I cant believe they were selling a van in that condition . The door handle came off and they just pushed it back on . Not the salesmens fault , they just take orders.Test drove another, it was nice but we prayed and slept on it. Decided on another place. Salesman wasnt pushy, but nice.

The salesman did reply to my inquiry. He was honest in describing the condition of the vehicle, which he described as, "rough". The one star is about the bait-and-switch policy of the dealership. The photo shown is NOT the real vehicle. The photo is much nicer. I won't be spending any more time with this dealership.

I inquired about a vehicle though Car Gurus. A salesperson sent me an email asking if I had any questions. I replied with a few questions. That was at 9:00am. At 2:00pm I sent another email to the salesperson and still did not receive any response. I called the dealership a day they told me that another salesperson would reach out to me. About an hour or so I get an email from another salesperson asking if I had any questions. I replied with my questions. No answer. They next day the salesperson emailed back only answering one of my three questions. Frustrated I still attempted to negotiate a price and I made an offer. I did not receive any response to my offer until the next day. The salesperson said they could not accept my offer and that was it. He did not even counter my offer. When I asked if he had a counter offer he just replied "We feel we are good on price." That was it. Needless to say I purchased a vehicle at another dealership that was fantastic. They still have their vehicle for sale. I would not recommend this dealership.

Dealer responded quickly and answered my question. Followed up to see if answer was sufficient and if I had further interest. I explained I had a full size, extended cab pickup with a long box, was looking for something smaller and was trying to decide between a shorter, full size pickup or a mid-size like the Tacoma and said I would let them know. They accepted my response and did not try to pressure me.

I was told it was nice clean little truck on local trade excellent shape. With that in mind I drove 2 hrs to check it out. It was local but far far from clean or excellent shape. I still have voice mail communication from the sales man I wish I could attach. Walking up to the truck I first noticed electrical tape holding the drivers mirror in place. Inside the truck was far from clean, full of stains and just dirty upholstery. As I walked around the truck the gas cap door had black electrical tape holding it closed. When I pulled it away the entire door fell off. The doors sag on the drivers side terrible. Now, had they said it was rough and needed some TLC, they would have been on target but instead threw great local trade and clean running truck. So instead they had this great little Sport Trac that just came in that morning. Lot of road miles but great little truck the salesmans says. I take it for a spin and ultimately purchase the truck in less than 300 miles the rear end falls out of it. I limp it back and they send me home with a loner. I pick it back up and 3 days later it is broke down again definitely not an $8000 dollar truck in excellent condition. Now they want me t tow it to their Iowa City shop but unfortunately thats not quite as easy said as done. I'll be doing more reviews, keep an eye out.

Purchased a $55,500 car from Deery through my dealer. When I went to pick it up. No one knew a thing about it. Stickers still on it, NO gas and would not put any gas into it, also had a scratch and would not give touch up paint. Finally scraped stickers off windows and I left. No thank you or anything. General manager simply went and had some guy bring car to me...that was it. Will not recommend or deal with Dan Deery again. I believe the owners son was the person we dealt with on the phone.

Contacted me to let me know it was sold. Gave me a list of 5 other cars that might meet my criteria and when I told him what two I wanted to test drive, he said they were both sold, but not removed from their system. I went elsewhere.

This was my first time using an internet search other than Craigslist to find a used vehicle. I was surprised how quickly the dealer contacted me and then answered my questions about the vehicle. Once I decided it was one I wanted to look at, the dealer put it on hold so I could see it later in the evening after work. This turned out to be the vehicle I purchased. Their service was great and the process simpler than any other dealership visit I have ever had . I would definitely recommend them and return for another vehicle.

The sales man who helped us was also helping another family and kept bouncing back and forth making us wait on him which seemed very unprofessional and didn't make me feel like top priority. The woman that financed me was extremely rude, and talked about her personal life in a way that was also very unprofessional. And after I had left and was driving my new car home I noticed the gas tank was only half full....

Do not like the policies I was looking at a car and I live 60+ miles away. I wanted to take it my local mechanic to look at it but they did not allow that, only one in their town. They require a $500 deposit to hold the car and even if I did that they still wouldn't allow me to take it to my mechanic and also the deposit is non-refundable! I asked what if I pay the deposit to hold the car and when I get there I don't like it or there were dents, etc and they said the only way they would refund it is if I took it to a local mechanic (in Cedar Falls area) and they found something wrong with it but if I decided I didn't like it for any other reason it was non-refundable. They do not have a return policy either, once you buy it it's yours so make sure your are happy with it! Also, make sure you ask for a car report, the car I was looking at was in an accident. I'm glad I didn't purchase there, just got a bad feeling.

Great, Cody my salesperson was very professional and courteous. He responded to my e-mails and text messages about the Van. i bought the van but i could not take it with me because I was 2 1/2 hrs away and came alone. Cody kept the van at the dealership until I could make arrangements to return and get it. I took a bus from Dubuque too Waterloo. Cody was nice enough to pick me up at bus station and bring me back to the dealership to get the van. It left a lasting impression and when my wife decides to get another vehicle we are going to Dan Deery Toyota to get our next car. From Cody if he still is working there.

Drove 2 hours because the sales man said the acadia was in perfect condition only 1 little chip in the back and we get there and there is alot of chips and its not in the best condition. Also the salesman told to let them no if we have any problems in the next 30 days and they will take care of it and we found alot wrong with it and they tell us thwy are only goin to give us so much money and that isnt even close to what the bill is goin to be.

Though the Internet sales guy was very nice, the Tucson we drove 4 hours to see wasn't ready. He knew approximately when we would be arriving to test drive the vehicle, yet it was filthy. The back of the vehicle was stained quite badly on the inside and with the very high mileage (oh, and the brakes rubbed loudly whenever applied), the dealership would not budge from the $15,000 asking price. Well, overpriced for the high miles and condition we found.

Customer service is lacking. Car had issues within a day of buying. But despite contacting Dan Deery response was limited. Thankfully issues were minor. I am not inclined to recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

Randy Friedley is a great salesperson. He responded quickly to my initial request, and was very knowledgeable about the SAAB name —and and what they are all about. Only complaint was that their original posting listed the car for a significantly low mileage (it skews CarGuru's ability to determine a good deal), something that Randy immediately corrected, among any discrepancies. At the time of my search this was the only vehicle that matched all of my desired options, color combinations and extras... and although it was a long way from home, the car was delivered immaculately and with all features as advertized! I’m very extremely happy with my overall purchase.

By the time they called me back a week later to discuss how much I could afford on a 2014 vehicle I really wanted and had my heart set on, plus I was prepared to pay cash out of pocket, I figured they were not interested in my price (only $1000 less than listed, but still above book value. They listed on the internet that the price was negotiable. They just didn't seem interested in selling the 2014 FJ Ultimate Team Trail Cruiser, so I bought a 2013 FJ Cruiser (my 2nd choice) from another dealer. Are they in business for selling cars or in business to ignore customers? I wouldn't want a vehicle from them if it was gold plated and offered to me for free!

Here are the facts...Was interested in a used vehicle. was told, I did not want that one I was looking at and showed me another of the same make and model. It was brought around from the back of the building. Entire car was full of food all over the front and back. Doritos in the driver seat was smashed all in the cracks and everything. Told me to sit it in as if I really wanted to, did not test drive Was informed that I could not get approval on a prius model so they called me up a few hours later to tell me that he had the car for me. I had a car model in mind, actually three different models I was interested in but this salesman told me over the phone, he had a model for me. First,. it is not a model I want, second, I had not even seen it and I was told by the salesman, it’s a great car just has some hail damage. Then proceeds to tell me if I can’t afford one payment which was 30 more then what I wanted pay, then I can’t afford the payment I want. Was rude, unfriendly and as the stats prove it. Customers will not go back and buy a vehicle from rude people. I will not name the salesman but for I do not want his kids to not have a father without a job. I am positive I am not the first person to complain about this person and won’t be the last. I always believe what comes around goes around. This is not that big of a deal and it is a shame that there are rude people in the world when all you’re doing is putting food on their tables. PS.. I could not find negative star to choose and I had to rate them so I had to choose one star, I would not give them a star at all.

Monte is genuinely nice but his organization is a mess.bought hi mileage car there . Yhe car hadnt been test driven. Something fell off thek kind of pasted it back together. At home it failed again. Waited a wk. For part. When itgot here it was not remotely related to proper part. Car photos were photo shopped.all in all a pretty dismal experience.

The dealership did a fine job and did not take an extra long time working out a deal with us. The only issue we had was that the vehicle we bought was only vacumed out. We took over 4 hours cleaning light stains and gummy bears that were left by the previous owners.
