This is a very attentive business. They answer all questions quickly, and are polite. They follow up without being annoying. I ended up not changing vehicles, but not because of this dealership. They will be my first stop when I revisit vehicles.

Awful! Was looking at a car they had it priced at 10,900. I offered them 10 out the door, came back with a 13,000 out the door price after there fees and everything. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they gave it to me!

Contacted them about info and stuff on truck and they messed around for too long and truck ended up getting a deposit put down on it and I was trying to get someone to tell me about truck for 2 weeks prior.

Easy to deal with, drive up to pick her up instead of waiting g on delivery, quick pickup, I just forgot the refund check for the delivery. It’s in the mail. Hopefully here before the end of the week. Jeremiah Happy was great!

They were the first to contact me and told me a salesman would call me the next day. They
did not contact me until the day after that and I was already set on another vehicle elsewhere.
I will say that they stayed on it and followed through after the fact. Unfortunately it was too
late.

from start to finish. Received follow phone call about 3 weeks later from Cody inquiring if
I was still happy with my purchase of a 2011 BMW 535i xDrive. I would recommend this
dealership to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase when time is not ample in the

Tuesday I offered to buy this car at the listed price. I agreed to the add'l 180.00 cost for shipping to
me but was told the keys were unavailable.
Wednesday AM I rec'd a text, "Going to check on that again for you here this morning, the keys are
still checked out. We'll be in touch shortly." I waited around all day to make sure I could receive the
message but nothing. Finally, @ 4 PM I sent a text, "I hope that no news is good news:)". I rec'd no
response from the dealership!
A short while later I sent a text withdrawing my offer to purchase the car.
Thursday AM: I get phone calls and then text messages to contact the dealership which I did and
arranged to meet @ 12:30 - 1 PM. As I'm leaving at 10:30 to drive 80 miles to the dealership I
receive a text that the car sold early in the day!
So,,, before they called me and sent me text messages to come buy the car, it was already sold ! ! !
A total waste of my time and energy, good luck with your attempt to buy there.

This dealer did try to help me, Then a great selection of vehicles, they had very nice employees. Very nice financing people, very nice sales people everything was really good. I just couldn't get financed that's my problembut let me tell you I will be able to get financed. Eventually, it's just gonna take some time to save more money for as a down payment but I appreciate all the help this dealer gave me they gave me a lot of knowledge a lot of insight a lot of help and were there for me... I believe they really tried their best to get me into a vehicle of my choice. They did not play the Switching car game period they were very upfront and honest. I pray I can do business with them again in the very near future. Hey guys I am saving my money.

I like the dealer, but there was a few things they messed up on that cost me time and money because of their rush to get me to sign a deal. Biggest of which was financing. I could get a better rate and stated what that was. They called and agreed to my terms, but on signing day, tried a higher interest rate. This left me scrambling on a Friday and missing some work to arrange financing. Them had to spend and additional amount to overnight a check because we live 1.5 hrs away.

Vehicle was not in great shape, had some poor body work done on previous owner. Salespeople were nice and understanding.

Approach is Too Aggressive. Since the initial call back, I have been inundated with phone calls, text messages
and emails from this dealer within just a few days.
One call and one follow up call is sufficient. There is a point when it becomes harassment and a turnoff. I told
the salesperson that I lived out of town and I would have to drive to Paris KY on a Saturday or Sunday as a
next step. Nothing else needed to be discussed until I make an "in-person" visit because I would like to see and
drive the truck as a first step.

5 star dealership! While the vehicle that I looked at didn't end up being the one I purchased, the sales service was outstanding that I felt compelled to write a review. I was promptly assisted, and while my salesman Chase went to check to see if there were any vehicles coming in the pipeline that fit my requests I was visited at the table by the sales manager and she tried to assist as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. At the end of my visit, they took down all my requests and said they would keep looking for me. They followed up with me a few times to let me know that they were still trying to something perfect for me and sent me a few options they found. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, Dan Cummins in Georgetown will be one of the first I check out. I truly had such a lovely experience.

was not interested to, all the
figures changed ,fro $25,000 to
$53,000 on the final
payment,with no warranty, less
than 50 miles from their city ,the
car started running rough, so I
returned back,yet the first
argument was they now wanted
my trade in they had prior told
me I can keep it,so I had sold it
privately to someone offering
more than anyone, then told me
the truck I wanted was already
sold,yet it was still there, and it
got sold a week later ,then they
put it against me that I didn't
understand well , but ,I asked a
question ,how many times do
they run a credit for one car ?
They ran twice for 2 cars

Words cannot describe the experience we had. It was absolutely the worst experience imaginable. We gave assurance that we wanted the vehicle and we were traveling and arriving the next day st noon. There were 3 confirmation text messages from the dealership the next morning wanting my confirmation of our arrival and commitment, which was given each time. No word given that the vehicle we were coming down to purchase had a deposit on it from the night before. As were 30 minutes from arrival, we get a phone call from a sales rep telling me that ' sorry to inform you but we have a deposit on the vehicle..hope you haven't already left.' It was 30 minutes before our appointment and we drove an hour in a half away. I was livid. Unbelievable. Shared my concerns and anger and said we will be there within 25 minutes and will further discuss the situation. Then, a manager called and were were 6 minutes from dealership and I said we will talk then. No recommendations. Awful !

Was pretty good just a few things I wish was a little attention to details and when you asked them if they can take care of an item they seem not to want to do it such as asking if they can get the 2nd key fob or get the owners manual for the vehicle that was not with it and the vehicle being a 2019 should have already had it before the sale.

Buyer beware. I feel this dealer is a scam. They list cars that they do not have on lot even when they tell they have them . Bait and switch . They tell you have to come in for pricing because they claim it’s policy and that do don’t give email invoice . Then you go in car just got sold 15 minutes ago . It’s funny been on website for days and had four challenger scat pack put all weee sold in 15 minutes. Scam scam scam

After 1 1/2 hour drive to dealer, the specific truck I was coming to see was “magically” sold 20 minutes before my arrival. Classic bait and switch I guess, I’ll never do business with them. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

After a lot of back-and-forth communication with
a sales person and with whom I discussed how
much I needed to get for my trade in and had
given her complete detail, I finally decided to
make the one hour trip to their dealership. Upon
arriving at the scheduled time a different
salesperson had to put all of my information into
the system. She did this by typing one-handed
while holding her phone in the other hand which
was not turned on at the time. After all of that I
finally got to drive the vehicle. I liked it very much
and was happy with the price, but then when it
came to making a deal with my trade-in, they
offered $600 less than the low end trade
evaluation and 1500 less than I owed. My vehicle
was in very good condition with less than 100k
miles. I told them that was unacceptable and
then they offered another 500. Still not close to
what I needed. The offer magic changed the next
day (after several form letter emails) but I wasn't
going to let them waste any more of my time.

We arrived without an appointment on a rainy Friday. Zach, our salesman was friendly and attentive. He took time with myself and my wife to answer our questions... The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that their facility needs a covered area for rainy days.

Great place to buy a car! Used or new. I bought a used truck, a 2001 Ford ranger...they offered a price so low I had to buy. It's been 2 weeks since I purchased and I love my new (used) truck!

Got a great deal on my car! The picture above is what I was suppose to look at but it got sold earlier in the day. So Zach, showed me a 2009 Chrysler Sebring, and it was immediately sold! They are all super nice there. I would definitely recommend it!

Dealership responded very quickly to my request, went out there the next day to test drive 2 different vehicles and decided to buy one that day. The salesman, Chris, was extremely nice and helpful. My dad was with me to help me with my decision and to help me get a great deal, but the salesman understood that this was going to be my vehicle and always made sure to address me while going through the purchasing process (that meant a lot to my dad). Overall very pleased with my experience with the dealership.

They told me the car was fine, no accidents, no problems. When I went
there I noticed that the body was damaged. It had two cracks in the front
and back bumper. It also had dents on the front bumper. The check oil
light was on but the sales person said it probably needed to reset and they
were going to contact a Nissan dealership to ask how!!!!!
