I called 2 days in a row because I was extremely interested and purchasing the Q7 with a diesel motor. The first night Mike answered and said that he would text me an application for finance. He never did. I called him the next day and asked again and he said that he would text me an application, but for me to please text him first my name, which I did immediately after hanging up with him, still no application for finance. I called them about 4 days later see if the Q7 was still available and he told me that he had somebody approved for finance that was coming in to pick it up the next day. Here a couple days ago I noticed it was still on this website so I called once more and asked if he had the 2012 Audi Q7 diesel still available and he told me he did, but even though I wanted it desperately and have the money to buy it on Monday he has no interest in selling it I don't believe! It was a horrible experience.

I found a great car at a great price & a friendly sales person who made me feel that my business was appreciated.
My wife and called and checked the availability of the car. It was available and we immediately did paperwork. When going to pick up the car in Modesto (from Oakland) after signing for a loan, we were told the car was sold 24hrs ago. The insult was them.not apologizing up trying to upsale me almost $3K more with a $300 discount off...smh (scammers)

I really enjoyed this dealer I was able to negotiate a price that was less then what they wanted but fair.
Was very honest and upfront with me did not hold back I purchased this vehicle on Jan. 10th 2021 and I love it I just love it if you need a reliable we'll maintained luxury car this is the lightly used dealer to go see.

Dealer was very nice but when I went to go see the car I arrived and the car was on idling the car smelled like it was over heating and the interior smelled really bad I did not take the car for a test drive after that.
I drove 3 hours to see this vehicle. It looks nothing like the photos.
When I arrived one tire was flat. The other had an entirely different rim on it. So after talking all week with this dealer, they still had not had this ready to test drive. It was is disarray.
Parts inside were broken the car was dirty.. I waited in the rain for the dealer to arrive. After driving 3 hours. He didnt even try to sell me another car. He knew I was going to leave.
The image of the vehicles on the site are not accurate presentations of the vehicles in person. Waste of my time and resources. The guy could care less.
Buyer beware.
